The Pain with his arm still in Kakashi, said to his fellow Pains "Kill them all, except for Naruto. Then level the village."
Minato seemingly unnoticed, flashed behind the Animal Path; though not knowing what it did sliced its head clean off. The Deva Path (Yahiko) cursed before, ripping its hand from Kakashi, and kicked him by his ribs, a distance away. Tsunade ran to heal him, but before she reached him, the Asura Path stood in front of Kakashi, but Jiraiya had noticed and sent a fireball straight at it.
It formed a shield, and absorbed the jutsu, Jiraiya cursed, but before he or the Path could blink, Tsunade sent a swift uppercut straight at the Pain, ripping its head of in the process (Yes, they rip heads off. Remember this though; this isn't the final battle of the Deva Pain and Nagato. Once Jiraiya got the chance, he grabbed one of the black rods, from the Asura Path, and noticed a faint chakra trail leading to a nearby by sand dune. Without any word, he shunshined to Naruto's side, who had just decapitated the Human Path, while Minato fought the Deva Path.
Jiraiya said "These guys are being controlled like puppets, but I traced a chakra trail to the only sand dune near us, and that is where I figure the final battle will be." Naruto nodded, before utterly destroying the Preta Path. Then, he noticed Minato get sent flying into Suna, crashing into the Kazekage Tower, before disappearing. "Let's go guys" Naruto said, pointing to Jiraiya and Gaara, who both nodded, but he hadn't taken a step before Temari and Ino tackled him a said icily "You better return to us gaki or we will find you in the afterlife and make you pay" they threatened simultaneously. Naruto nodded, kissing both on the lips, before flashing away in a yellow light. He appeared by Jiraiya and Gaara, who had clarified that it wasn't a sand dune, but what he could tell was paper.
Jiraiya turned pale, before yelling "NINJA ART- FIERY WHIRLWIND!" sending a fiery whirlwind at the fake sand dune. Nagato began to explain everything that led up to this moment, even the death of Yahiko by the hands of Danzo and Hanzo of the Salamander. Jiraiya was shocked to hear about Yahiko, but stayed perfectly quiet, while Gaara stood there, eyeing Konan all over. She noticed this, and blushed, before returning to listen to Nagato. By the end Nagato asked "How will you bring peace to this world, Naruto?" I already have treaties set up with Kumo, Kiri, and Taki with Suna. I have been to each nation, and have convinced them to set aside their differences, hatred, and greed, and begin the Age of Peace, which will reign for as long as there is hope, love, and forgiveness. I have even become the summoner of the Shinigami, and I at the moment can revive two more souls to their bodies, even if they died as babies, they'd have the bodies they would have had now. And I will bestow upon my sons and daughters to come, my Will of Peace. So they can continue my goal of keeping peace, when I am dead." Nagato smiled, and said to Konan "My dear old friend Konan, I wish you the best of happiness, and as my final request before I die."
Konan looked shocked, but Nagato simply waved his hand dismissively, and continued. "I have minutes at best, and I request that you stay here in Suna, live on, and find love-" at love he glared at Gaara who just nodded. "I fear though that this will be my end, so I leave Yahiko, to you Naruto, he can use any jutsu you can use. Obito has my scrolls in his Time Space, so just ask for them. Author's notes: Minato and Kushina didn't go with for two reasons: first, being that they no longer cared for the village; and two, they're currently on a mission to rescue the four Jinchuuriki, which succeeded, but once facing Minato, Onoki started a battle with him. We all can guess that he lost, but Minato and Kushina were captured by the Madara, who in this version was revived way to early, and was at a mere 2% of his former power, but when he captured them, he would've been at about forty percent.
