My eyes fluttered open to see familiar hazel orbs. "Hello Angel." Flashes of yesterday played in my head- signaling an alarm. "Where's Misaki?" Saga-Sempai just chuckled. "With Akihiko." I moved to sit up but stopped when I met resistance. Looking up I found my wrists chained to the bedpost. "W-what is this?" I asked looking up at my former lover. "I'm not risking you leaving me." I struggled against the chains. I must get to Misaki, "Let me go." I demanded, I attempted to release myself from the chains -but my attempts were futile. "Tell me Ritsu," I looked up expectantly to the demon. "Why did you leave me?" I flinched creating a symphony of chains clanging together. "Why did I leave YOU?" His eyes widened at the anger in my tone. "YOU USED ME!" I shouted for the years of anguish that I could not. "YOU LAUGHED WHEN I ASKED YOUR FEELINGS FOR ME!" Tears ran down my face, "You used me." I whimpered bowing my head in sorrow. "No I did not.." He said quietly. "Yes you did... After you used me for sex I asked you what were your feelings for me, you laughed-like it was all a game." He tensed, "Oda, I love you." My eyes widened and the tears streamed down my face twice as fast. "NO! NO YOU DONT! DONT LIE TO ME!" I struggled harder against the chains that held me captive.
"Stop. Stop Ritsu." He also had tears running down his face, "I was nervous, I didn't want to give my heart to you. I was hurt before Ritsu. You understand right? But I already had given you my heart the day I fell for you. Please understand... I still love you." My heart skipped a beat, his desperate tone made me want to cry harder. "You hurt me," I started, "You hurt me so much, but I'll learn to forgive you- just not now." He nodded and lean his forehead on mine.
Suddenly my body was burning, memories flashed in my mind like a video on fast forward. "NO!" I screamed panicked. He was laughing at me again, I can't handle the pain again. No - not again. Tears built up in my eyes and rolling slowly down my cheeks. "NO NO NO NO NO! PLEASE!" I screamed in my panicked state.
Masamune's Point of view ~~
I watched him scream in hopelessness. "NO NO NO NO NO! PLEASE!" He screamed as if he was being attacked. "Ritsu." I called but He showed no recognition to my voice. My eyes darted to his arms, there were countless fresh thin cuts. Tears welled up in my eyes, Ritsu- my beautiful Ritsu. He harmed himself, Oh my beautiful Ritsu, I'm so sorry. "Sempai." He whimpered with his eyes now closed. I rushed up to his side, "I'm here Oda, I'm here baby." I sounded desperate, but It didn't matter, I decided that I would always protect him. "I love you." I whispered and pressed my lips upon his. Slowly his body relaxed and his tears stopped. I released him from the chains and aided his wounded arm.
"Masamune." Akihiko stood at the door looking disheveled and stressed. "It happened to my angel as well. His wounds from when he was human reopened. He also had a moment of hysteria." I nodded digesting this new information. "It would seem that both angels take comfort in our presence. Takahashi Misaki, asked if I had known his brother, Takahiro Takahashi, I nodded and told him that he was my former crushed and was wedded before he died. He then went into hysteria, crying and screaming, I had pulled him out of his memories By linking our subconscious(s) together." I, again, nodded to the new information. "What do you think happened?" He shrugged, "We will have to ask the angels, I am sure this is nothing demon knowledge would help us with." I agreed. "We should get some rest," he nodded and left behind the closing door.
"I'll see you in the morning, Angel." I kissed him once more before tugging the blanket over our two forms and pulling him closer. I closed my eyes unaware of the happy smile that dawned Ritsu's unconscious form.
