Tracker drove with Emma, glancing at the rearview window and saw Jay still on his ass and following close behind.

"He's the clingy type huh?" Tracker joked.

Emma snapped out of it, looking at him and then behind at Jay's orange civic driving behind them. "Worried type." she corrected. He had every right to be.

Tracker was quiet for a moment before speaking up again. "That killer seemed to be pretty into babysitters huh?" he glanced at Emma.

Emma uncomfortably shifted. "I-I don't know."

"The father should be what now?" he asked while turning near her street, "Say 25? 27?"

When Emma eyed him, his eyes stayed glued on the road. She then thought about it.. Tracker looked to be in his twenties.. where was Tracker from anyways? What the hell was his last name.. did he even have family?

"You into older guys Emma?" Tracker asked, and Emma flinched when he reached over, putting his hand on her thigh.

oh my god..

He sighed, closing his eyes for a second as fear formed into Emma's eyes, her mouth dropping and realizing what's happening.

"I watched you take care of her." he grinned over to her, then back at the road "Taking good care of my baby girl. You'd be the perfect new mommy." he said.

Emma swallowed hard. It was Tracker, he was Andrew Warren, he was Maya's real Dad. The Killer. Emma let all the clues float in her head..

When he wished her a Happy Halloween after she found his cruel racoon joke and message on the garage. When they ran to the station, he came in two minutes later, because he had been at Maya's house, tormenting them. And when they talked about his true identity in front of him..he was being so strange and arrogant.

How could she not see it?! Nor suspect it. Why the hell did she get into this car with this psychopath!?

FLASHBACK

"Doesn't stop there." cringed the woman again, shivering slightly as she told them Maya's fathers story..

"Course it doesn't." Tracker snickered.

END OF FLASHBACK

"Come on." he teased her, driving to their destination at Maya's. "I mean, Tracker? What a terrible fake name!" he laughed. "You're smart too. I'm shocked you couldn't figure it out."

He grabbed her hair and Emma cried out, he swerved a bit as he glanced over and back to the road as she cringed and he held the back of her hair tight.

"Maya is mine. Those fake parents of hers stole her from me. Who cares that I killed her rapist of a mother?" spat Tracker, "I had finally thought I found another love of my life, ironically another babysitter, but noo, she didn't want to take care of my kid and then she told the cops what she knew. So I killed that bitch too."

Emma sobbed and pleaded, "Please don't do this!"

"Baby, shhh." he cooed, "Maya LOVES you, I've been watching how good you are. I usually go for older woman.." he chuckled, "But you're one hell of a beautiful girl. I think this could work. Don't you?"

He leaned over when she didn't answer him, kissing her hard and she muffled a scream into his kiss before she bit his lip hard. He shouted in agony and let go of the wheel as she grabbed it, turning it away from pulling into Maya's driveway and drove it into her own house next door. Thank god her family wasn't home.

The police car wrecked into the house, windows breaking, and bricks falling onto the car that looked pretty banged up from the crash. Smoke began to exit the front of the car (or what was left of it).

Behind, Jay's car stopped with a shriek and he got out, "EMMA?!" he shouted loudly, running to her house instead of Maya's.

Manny ran out of Maya's house, hearing the crash. Some neighbors heard as well and came out of their houses.

"EMMA!" Manny cried, seeing the passenger door open a bit and Jay yanked it open for Emma to cough and fall out. Her elbows and arms were scratched up, her lip bleeding and a bit of blood on her shirt.

Jay fell to his knees down by her, picking her up into his arms, "Em, Emma, Emma! Are you okay? Look at me." he panicked and yelled, cupping her face as she shut her eyes and coughed but nodded.

"She's bleeding." Manny said, looking at Emma's shirt.

Emma shook her head no, "It's not my blood. Tracker-" she coughed again and Jay held her tighter, "Tracker is Andrew Warren. He's Maya's father."

Jay's eyes widened, and he believed her. He saw something cold in Trackers eyes back at the station. He heard the other side of the car open it's door and a body fell on the ground. Jay got up, gently putting Emma down and looked to Manny who took the cue to come hold her while he took a look.

Jay stepped on broken glass and bricks until he made it to the other side of the car, and 'Tracker' had tried to crawl away, but his legs looked so broken and bloody, probably from the crash. Jay followed him, his eyes darkening as he bent down, grabbing Tracker's gun that fell out of the car when he did, and aimed it down at him.

Tracker coughed blood and turned to lie on his back and chuckled, "Aw, what a pity." he spat more blood.

Jay pulled the safety off the gun, glaring madly at Tracker. He killed Sean. He killed his best friend. Terrorized Emma.

"Jay, don't do it." Joey yelled, suddenly coming into view, his own gun up. He had heard the crash and came running. He put his hand up as Jay narrowed his eyes to him but glared back to Tracker. "It's just what he wants!"

Jay swallowed hard, and blinked. He looked back at Manny and Emma and Emma shook her head at him, "Jay, don't." she plead.

His finger shook on the trigger but he then cursed and angerily put the gun down and Joey ran in front of him, going to arrest Tracker himself. Joey went to Tracker, and kicked his stomach. Tracker groaned but laughed and was tossed onto his stomach so Joey could cuff him.

Joey leaned down before he pulled Tracker up from the ground, "I'm going to make sure you rot in jail for the rest of your life. If anybody is going to kill you, it's going to be me." he growled against his ear in a whisper.

He pulled him up roughly, and Tracker taunted over his shoulder. "Joey, don't make promises you can't keep. You're being a tease." his eyes locked on Emma as he noted the tease part.

Emma and Manny glared back at Tracker/Andrew Warren.

Joey shoved Tracker hard up against the car when a bunch of other police cars sped down the road and over to them. They could hear nothing but sirens now and saw the blue and red lights.

Jay had walked back to Emma, who let go of Manny and latched herself onto him and he hugged her tight, laying his chin on the top of her head. They looked around at the mess that was created here on Halloween night. All because of 'Andrew Warren', the sheep mask killer.

Emma limped as Jay helped her back to the side walk with Manny, and they turned when they heard the paramedics by Sean's body begin to shout.

"He's still breathing!" the one yelled to another cop. Emma and Jay's eyes widened and looked at another. Emma looked to Manny who whispered, "He's alive." she ran over and Emma and Jay turned to go too.

Sean was lifted onto a stretcher, being pulled into an ambulance and fluttered his eyes open to see his friends who were at his side. It was blurry, but he saw them.

"You're going to be okay, Cam." Jay promised.

The paramedic with Sean put a gas mask over his face to help him breath and he could barely open his eyes but saw Manny on the other side of him, her hand in his and he looked down at it, clenching it tightly back.

"We'll follow you to the hospital." Manny promised, her voice cracking and watched with tears as the paramedics pulled him into the ambulance and then shut the door.

Zig and Maya were outside now too, a blanket around both of them and leaning against a cop car.

"So...who was it?" Maya asked.

The cop turned to the young girl, knowing exactly who the killer was. "We don't know." he lied.

Zig and Maya shared a look of confusion before watching the ambulance drive away. Maya sighed tiredly but thankfully, shutting her eyes and then leaned her head on Zig's shoulders again. He smiled sadly and stayed close to her.

And it's been a long time of this
Something is got to give
Everyone here is ready to go
It's been a hard year with nothing to show
From down this road
It's only on we go, on we go
Everyone here is ready to go
It's been a hard year, and I only know
From down this low
It's only up we go, up we go

"You are a strong girl." A nurse said to Emma, standing in her hospital room and going over charts, "Your legs should of been broken and impaled in the crash you were in but you were very lucky."

Emma cringed, remembering Trackers legs..they looked torn. She really was lucky. "Yea." she whispered. She still didn't feel lucky though.

Jay sat in the chair beside Emma's bed as the Doctor gave her medicine and told her how to take care of her wounds for the next few weeks.

2 cops came in and Emma turned her head to see one was Joey. Joey sniffed, trying to pull it together as he took a deep breath, "Tracker's being brought to Alberta, they have uh, b-better prisons there." he looked so choked up. What happened to Craig was horrible. Emma even swallowed the lump in her throat.

"And.." Joey admitted, "We haven't told Maya yet who she truly is, and her foster parents are on their way home now."

Emma looked at him is disbelief, "No, those are her real parents. Maya is meant to be with that family..." she looked at him painfully, "You're not going to tell her, are you?"

"It's up to her parents." admitted Joey. "We uh, we found Katie and her boyfriend Drew, dead. In the back yard."

Emma's mouth hung and she dreaded any more bad news. It wasn't what she needed right now. Jay even scoffed and shook his head before glaring back up at the police officers, "Anymore horrible news you want to drop on us tonight?"

Joey opened his mouth then shut it, looking a bit guilty. He knew Emma didn't need this after this horrific night, but Hey, he had a hell of a night too. He lost his own son.

The other policeman spoke up, "He got Maya's cello teacher. But that's it. He's going to rot in prison now for the rest of his life."

"If her parents decide to not tell her," Joey says, "Then we will just go with Tracker being some sicko who stalked a babysitter." he looked at Emma who nodded slowly.

Emma accepted that, "That's fine. Maya should never know about this."

Joey nodded. "Feel better." He said, before turning and looking down while leaving. The other cop closed the door behind them, giving Emma and Jay privacy.

"Do you?" Jay asked a bit worried, standing up and leaning over Emma, looking her over.

She smiled softly and nodded, "Yea I do. Trackers locked away and I'm okay..your okay." she said, smiling a little more up at him and he smirked, leaning down and kissing her softly.

"I'm okay." he agreed and caressed his lips against hers. They pulled away and Jay's eyes stared into hers, his finger slowly tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "Would it be scary if I said I think I'm in love with you?"

Emma's heart stopped and she felt the same. She laughed sadly, squinting her eyes a bit playfully as she gave him a look, "I think I've seen scarier things than some guy professing his love for me." she informed and leaned up, "And I think I love him too anyways so."

They smiled at another softly, kissing again tenderly.

Meanwhile, on a path towards Alberta's Correction Prison, a cop car was stopped, and flipped over. There was blood over the windshield, and the officer in the drivers seat was dead with a bad wound on the back of his head.

Smoke was slowly rising from the engine of the car and the back left window was cracked too. A pair of feet kicked against that cracked window, smashing it to pieces. Too legs in an orange jump suit wiggled out. Tracker used his ankles to grab his body out and he slid to the ground while still hand cuffed.

He got up, and opened the officers front door. The cop coughed in pain, trying to open his eyes. He wasn't dead.

"Don't do this." he begged.

Tracker took the keys out of the mans pocket, he needed these handcuffs around his wrists off. He then reached for the cops gun and looked at it before aiming it at the cop.

"No please don't. I have a family!"

"So do I." Tracker noted, pulling the trigger and the bullet shot through the mans head. "That's why I did this."
