Aiko got up from her bed. Makishima was long gone, judging by his warmth was no longer there. She got up and walked into the living room, but showed no sign of the man. Aiko then made her way into the study room, where Makishima often sought solitude for doing his so-called work. But it was locked.

Aiko sighed lowly to herself. She went to the dining room where her breakfast had been prepared. She took a sear and enjoyed the calm morning of a Sunday. Not long after, Choe gu-sung joined her at the table.

It wasn't uncommon to her. She knew Choe gu-sung had a spare key to the house. Her basic needs were taken care of by the Korean man whenever Makishima's not around.

"Where is he?" Aiko asked while layering each of the pancake with maple syrup.

"He has some business to attend to." Choe gu-sung answered with a smile on his face, like he's usually did.

"What business?" Now she's cutting a portion of pancake and stuffed it into her mouth. Aiko slowly chewed it with her eyes not facing Choe.

"I believe he's hunting with a client."

Aiko dropped her knife and fork. "Hunting?" She was now looking Choe straight in the eyes. "The client you're referring to...is it Senguji-san?"

Choe didn't deny nor admit. Instead he replied her with a question. "Do you have a problem with him?"

The lass picked up her fork and knife again, trying to finish the pancake despite she had lost her appetite. "Not really. I just don't like him."

"Hm? Why? Makishima's quite fond of him."

Aiko gave Choe gu-sung a quick look before returning her gaze at the half-finished pancake. "He smell like blood." She whispered lowly. "A lot of blood."

Somewhere at the abandoned factory and subway lines, Kougami was fighting for his and Tsunemori's friend's life. The hunting game had began where Toyohisa Senguji preyed on Kougami and Yuki for the sake of 'obtaining youth at its best' with Makishima acted as a third-party observer.

"I must admit, he's a good entertainment. You certainly have a good taste, Makishima."

Makishima just smiled at the comment. "This should proved to be a good game to watch from the bleachers."

"Why don't you take part in the game sometimes too?"

"I'm more interested in what lies within the game." And they both continued to watch as Kougami and Yuki tried to escape from the death trap.

Aiko was sitting on the couch in the living room while reading one of the Shakespeare's books. Choe gu-sung had disappeared to Makishima's study room. As she flipped one of the pages, a photo fell from it. Aiko, who was startled at first, picked it up from the floor and her eyes went wide.

Thousand of memories and flashbacks made their way inside her head as Kougami's picture stared at her. She threw the photo and held her painful head in her hands while taking in short and quick breath. By this time, Aiko had already curled into a ball and began rolling on the floor, bumping everything that's in her way.

Choe gu-sung, who was bothered by the loud sounds of thudding and breaking, came out of the room. His smile faded when he saw the state Aiko was in. Quickly he went back into the study room to grab something and rushed to Aiko's aid. He held Aiko firmly with his strength and took off the syringe from its cap. He injected the content of the syringe into her arm.

Few seconds afterwards, Aiko had finally calmed down and slowly she lost her consciousness. Choe gu-sung sighed and looked around. Makishima wasn't going to be pleased when he saw this. And he's not going to be much much much happier when he knew Aiko saw Kougami's picture that was lying not far from where he sat now.

Makishima walked into his house only to find a very trashed living room and Choe gu-sung had Aiko slept on his lap.

"The weather forecast today certainly didn't mention about indoor tornado."

"Did the Hunter fall into his own trap?"

Makishima smiled. "He became the hunted himself at the end. Anyways, what is this?" He was referring to the living room.

"She saw it." Choe gu-sung handed the photo to Makishima. "What are you going to do?"

Before Makishima could answer, Aiko already came to her senses. She looked at the Choe gi-sung and to the Makishima who didn't have his usual smile on.

"Leave." Choe gu-sung nodded before switching position with Makishima. Aiko closed her eyes with her arm. "How are you feeling, Aiko-chan?"

"You smelt blood." Makishima frowned at Aiko's words. Looked like he underestimated Aiko's nose. "Did you kill anyone?"

"Aiko."

"That man in the photo, why is he so familiar in my mind?"

"Aiko."

"Tell me, Makishima Shogo." Makishima waited for her to finish her bombarded question. "Who am I?"

And when Makishima didn't answer her, Aiko wiped her tears with her arm, got up to her room and left Makishima alone in the living room.
