(Europe, 2 weeks after Train raid.)

The 4 Mutons watched as another 4 ADVENT Heavy MEC units rolled off the assembly line as Nathan turned to look over his army.

It had barely broken 300 soldiers…. Nothing compared to the millions strong army as ADVENT and the Elders.

And he had the Chosen to deal with… Nathan turned and looked over the state of his army at the moment.

"150 Mutons…. 40 Vipers…. 20 and growing Spectre Units…. 30 Archon Units…. And nearly 100 ADVENT troops…"

Nathan muttered as he looked over a computer, unlike X-Com, he was trying to build a massive military army…. X-Com was good, but they couldn't engage the Elders and their empire head on.

He would need an empire to beat their empire.

He would also need a navy to engage the Elders and ADVENT in combat…. That meant acquiring Warships and dropships to carry his army further around the world and engage the Elders and their armies.

Speaking of engaging the elders and their army…

(Russia, Elder base.)

the Archons were used to command the squads of soldiers that were sent into Comat with their enemies…. For Nathan and his army, they served the same purpose.

"Xirrra…. I'm guessing you took a unit of soldiers to attack the Elders'sssssss…. Elder base in Russia?"

Nathan asked as Xirrra ducked behind a tree before firing her Beam Rifle and watching an ADVENT Trooper crash to the ground dead.

"Yesssss… They are taking heavy losses, they had to divert units to attack the Resistance units in the area… Our intel was good…"

Xirrra hissed as 2 Squads of Mutons and ADVENT Heavy Mecs moved up to engage the rest of the Elder forces.

"It was due to a dropship and its patrol, Xirrra… I would capture the supplies and then return to base…. We don't have any interceptors and without them, I can't engage air support… And we don't have a standing Navy…."

Nathan said as Xirrra felt blood flood to her checks, Nathan had shown some care to his forces and while she hadn't seen entirely how he was at the moment, she had seen that he was becoming a kind leader.

"We will be returning shortly…. Have we prepared enough for the major attack on the one city?"

Xirrra heard and Nathan let out a sigh in annoyance, he and Xirrra, who was becoming his military second in command… A role central used to fill, had retrieved a report from Central about 3 other factions… And a disturbing surprise…

(Nathan's headquarters base.)

"Third attack this month… And these…. 'Lost'… We have an entire war going on and now we have something similar to zombies… Great…. But that means we have to find out more about these creatures… And I have a feeling the Chosen will track us there… If they attacked X-Com, then their going to deal with the same odds we do… Damn it…"

Nathan muttered as one of his scientists walked up to deal with him… He would need to get more…. Maybe he could attack one of their bases again.

"Commander…. I was doing more research on the armor project…. It will take 4 weeks…. The Venom rounds will take possibly 1 week…. The Viper Venom is aiding us greatly…"

The scientist said as Nathan nodded as he watched a squad of ADVENT troopers carried in more supplies from the dropships below.

"Don't rush the projects, Dr…. You and the engineering division are helping our fight for Humanity to survive…. If this is the best way to do so, then it is the best way to do so…. The supplies you requested are being brought in…. You are part of a growing military empire…"

Nathan said as he crossed his arms behind him and he turned to the rest of the staff in the control and command room.

"Let me supply my empire…. Archons, help Commander Xirrra finish off the rest of the Elder forces and then return to base…. We will have to Engage Operation: GRAVEYARD SWORD soon…. And I need as many units as I can put on the front line…."

Nathan ordered as he turned and went to return to his quarters, they would have to be dealing with their next operation in less then 2 weeks…. They will have to grow stronger.

And he would have to contact Central soon… And the Spokesmen… That would be nothing but awkward considering he had only learned Central had contacted.

"Nathan… Supplies are aboard, our dropships are returning to base…. We will be home in 30 minutes…"

Xirrra said over the communicator Nathan wore in his ears as he sighed.

"I'll meet you in hanger bay 2…. The Doctor…. Who we need a central leader… Wants all supplies…. Even though we need them… I'll call you back soon."

Nathan stated before he moved to an elevator.

Phew, another chapter done! Yes, Nathan and Xirrra are growing a massive army to deal with the Elders…. As for Nathan and the Elders? He will meet the Chosen next chapter so you will learn how he is next chapter… Next chapter will be not this week… But next week. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
