Bella's Pov

I denied everything.

"W-w-what are you talking about?" I stuttered which was a big mistake; Riley just smirked at me, "I know you can feel that I am different because I can feel it on you too…I'm a warlock though not a witch okay.

I shook my head, but I knew he was right, "Very smart of you to declare yourself a non-origin; Not clever because then you would be able to do as much magic as you want "he shrugged, "but still very secretive"

"Does your father know?" he asked, I shook my head, "only my grams, but she passed away a few months ago" I declared feeling sad but also a little relieved that I had someone to share my secret with.

"SO what really happened to your mate?" I asked curious, he laughed as he came and sat in front of me on the ground.

"After all I told you, you worry about who my mate is?" he laughed while saying this. He looked at me his brown eyes stared into my own, "We don't have mates Bella"

I stared at him confused, Edward is my mate?

"I. Don't. Understand?" I said it slowly and my mind tried to process it but it couldn't, "Don't overthink it…Bella. We choose our mates" I stared at him, "No…NO…NO" I defended myself, "i-i-I –I didn't choose Edward….We hate each other" I said it more to myself that to him. I looked at Riley as he rolled his eyes and gaged, "yeah, then explain why you smell like sex" he smirked and I had the urge to punch him.

"It's the mating bond okay…it's mating me have sex with him even though we both hate each other" I stated, Riley threw his head back laughing, "yeah, I don't believe that for a second" I blushed, "Let me guess..."he cleared his throat, "He was mean to you, but paid the most attention to you, he's attractive and has power" I blushed because it was kind of true.

"I have been proven corrected" he noticed my blush, "You know we are more powerful than them right?" Riley whispered as if someone where listening, but I nodded, "yes my grandmother told me…she taught me" I gloated.

Riley smiled in glee, "then let's do this project on you and say it was me" I smiled and nodded, "it's been forever since I last used magic" I confessed, "the more we hang out the more you can practice" he acknowledged.

"Do your parent's know?" I asked him, he shook his head, as I pulled out the grimoire, "My parent's thought I might be a non-origin but then I started doing Earth magic and put hat down since my father is earth magic"

I nodded, I open the grimoire and looked for a spell on earth, I heard Riley chuckled next to me, "what?" I asked as I looked up at him, "you sue sprit magic?" he laughed.

"Let me teach you the good stuff, yeah" he asked I hesitated but nodded, "sure, it could be fun" I smiled and he smiled back, "okay, put that away for now and let's start"

-ELEMENTS-

Riley taught me Dark Magic…and it was incredible; I couldn't believe the power it held. Got to the Cullen house late at night and snuck into the guestroom.

Edward was there looking pissed, he noticed my presence and stood up and turned to look at me as I strolled in and took off my bag and sat down to finish my other homework.

"You were supposed to be back at 7" he stated his green eyes were almost black, I shrugged my shoulders, "well I'm back now, be thankful I didn't run away" I said and he growled at me.

He roughly grabbed my arm and pulled me up so we were facing each other, "you are my mate…not his"

"Sadly yes" I said through my teeth in anger, "Edward, you're hurting me "I whined and let go of my arm instantly. He calmed down a bit…just a bit.

"Besides he's gay remember" I reminded him, "if anything I should be worried about you…but I'm not" I said happily and sat back down and ignored him.

"Do you want dinner?" he asked, it caught me off guard but I nodded, "thanks" I whispered.

He nodded and left to go get me a snack.

-Elements-

"omno Ritum Per Dax Ritum" I chanted and when I opened my eyes I saw through the eyes of Riley, my body looked like if I was asleep; I checked my pulse and found none.

The world seemed a little darker but it was the same as I saw it, after a few seconds more I was back into my own body.

I gaped for are, I looked to my left and saw Riley smiling like crazy , "how was it?" he asked knowing the answer, " I had no idea I could do that" I said breathless.

He laughed and helped me out, "practice more and you'll get it don't worry" he promised, "know you remember the counter spell?" he asked and I nodded," okay" we both laid down again as he took over my body.

I tried to concentrate as I was stuck into my own mind, "Phasmatos…. Phasmatos Tribum" after a few more stressful tried I finally got it "Phasmatos Tribum, Nas Ex Veras, Uenes Phasmatos Et Somnos. Ex Totum Ex Um Maleo Matos"

I woke back into my own body; I checked the time, "2 hours!" I screamed, "You need to practice Bella"

I nodded "I need to leave before they suspect anything" I said and picked up my stuff and walked back to his house, "I'm gay remember" we both laughed.

"See you tomorrow Bella" Riley winked at me as he went inside his house, I blushed and headed to the Cullen house.

-Elements-Edward seemed a little distant and I didn't know if I was because of Riley or the fact that I told him I wouldn't have sex with him until we married to which we argued about or the fact that Carlisle was stressing him out.

I decided that I had to practice so when Edward ditched me on studying together after dinner to talk to his father I tried the possession spell.

I lay on my bed and concentrated on Edward's presence in the house, "omno Ritum Per Dax Ritum" I opened my eyes and was looking at Carlisle.

"Edward are you even listening, the kidnappings are happening more and more someone is taking Origins and human" his voice sounded distress, "Why?" I asked, Carlisle just rolled his eyes, "do you remember nothing of our last conversation Edward," I shook my head.

Carlisle sighed; "The seer saw…"I was back into my own body surrounded by my books on the bed.

I thought about what Carlisle had said about the kidnapping of the humans and origins and the seer…I had to talk to Alice.
