Introducing the OCs of Omega Zekrom, StattStatt, The Perfect Replica, FinalPower, and The Pokemon Company (Hey, why not. I don't own 'em all)
Ah... space. Just think, only 62.14 miles above the Earth's surface, there's an uncharted expanse of one-hundred billion galaxies, all with their own unique creatures and environments. Comets, nebula, stars and super nova, all living harmoniously in the vacuum that is the universe. Constantly expanding, constantly changing, and all of them delicately linked together in the fabric of creation.
Scientists and astronomers have worked together for decades, attempting and unceasingly failing to reach the outskirts of our solar system. It was hard enough calculating every minor detail of the rocket launches, but they had the inevitable threat of Rayquaza, whom circled just past the ozone layer, destroying the expensive machines.
But they keep trying and trying and trying, because they needed to answer a question. The one question that has been burning in the back of their minds, silently torturing humanity for as long as the idea of what may inhabit beyond their borders may hold.
"Were they alone in the universe?" Whether they were or not, both possibilities were equally terrifying.
Well, I can tell you the cliché answer to that. We're not.
"BZZT-STOP IN THE NAME OF INTERSTELLAR LAW!" The police bot screeched. It had a bulky pentagon-like form with thick red armor covering every inch of it. To its sides were its stubby arms, each with a single, pointed claw. It had two large red eyes which carefully studied its lavender target.
Said target was having a very hard time averting all five of the bots' attacks and keeping the treasure safe. He could only keep flying, as he'd done for the past several months.
He hissed in pain. They'd landed a hit on his right leg. The purple limb had started to dissolve, spreading to his knee. The rogue's flying became unsteady, the loss of over half its leg making it harder for him to keep control. The wobbly movements slowed him down just enough for the bots to reach him.
"BZZT- YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR THIEVERY, ASSULTING AN OFFICER, RESISTING ARREST..." The officer recited as two others shifted into bipedal forms and grabbed the thrashing rogue's tentacle arms. Another quickly scanned the creature and paused. It scanned it again, this time circling him slower.
Cutting its major mid-sentence it announced, "STOLEN ITEM IS NOT IN P-SVXN'S POSESSION."
Although its voice was set to be without emotion, it was clear that its circuits had stopped cold. "ERROR," The red bot said after a moment. Its subordinate was quick to repeat its statement.
The last two bots quickly scanned the area. "ITEM NOT IN SURROUNDING AREA."
"WHERE IS THE STOLEN ITEM?" The red bot demanded, moving so close to the rogue that he could feel the heat radiating from its boiling hard drive, penetrating through the cold gasses of the Terran System. Nonetheless he had his rights, according the King's Laws.
"I have the right to remain silent." He said. The right was weak and served little to no use in court, but it'd have to do. Hopefully the others would've found it by the time he returned to the Arc of Infinity. Hopefully they'd be able to take it from a Terran if it got its hands on it. If they fail to reach their goal, well at least he tried.

The White Team was made up of complete opposites, which may explain why the counselors themselves weren't the best partners. Like each team, there was a male and female counselor. The young woman was fair-skinned with a slender frame and thick, curly light brown hair tied in a low ponytail with the faintest of blond highlights within the strands. She wore a black shirt that bore a bit of her stomach, showing off her hourglass figure, and under the sky-blue hoodie currently tied to her waist she wore black leggings.
The woman's intimidating counterpart was two years older and five inches taller than her, with much longer hair and crimson red eyes. The white mass had a single black strand going through it, which reached his jawline in the front but the back went as far down as his waist. Under his dark blue vest, he wore a bright red shirt with the image of a black star over his left breast. Had it not been for the fact that most of their team wore their bandannas on their foreheads like ninjas, he could've been mistaken as a member of Team Victini. He absolutely refused to remove the red one tied around his neck.
Currently, the two were going over their strategy with their team, although it hadn't been going anywhere for the past few minutes.
"We can't keep everyone on defense, Volke," The female stressed, "We tried that last year and we ended up getting creamed!"
"We lost later than everyone else last year, though." He pointed out, crossing his arms. "Plus, I don't think they're ready to fight yet. They're still inexperienced and barely had any practice this morning." Unlike the Blue Team who woke at the crack of dawn for a jog that morning, or the Red Team who just slept in and had fast breakfasts, Volke and Alexandra liked their campers to get just enough sleep to feel recharged. So they ended up with the majority of the kids sleeping in (apparently that battle last night was "totally" worth it) and they got next to no practice before the activity started.
"Then we'll make a vote." Alex said. "Raise your hand if you want to go out and fight for the flags!" It seemed like 100% of the team had raised their hands, so the counselor allowed them to go on their way. Only three kids remained; two females and a male that looked like he wanted to die right then. Volke sighed and leaned against a tree, watching as his equivalent left with two other kids. He glanced at his nervous campers, sizing them up. All three didn't seem like much.
The first was a dirty blond with brown bangs that fell just below her ears- but concerning the chest area, maybe it was a he? A chunk of dark-brown hair fell over the right greyish-blue eye. (S) He wore an unzipped black hoodie with white slash marks to the left, which revealed the light grey vest inside. (S) He wore dark green cargo pants and plain red sneakers with white highlights.
The second was easily distinguishable as a female, concerning her long purple twin-tails that reached her back. She was small, with light tan and dark blue eyes. Over her white tank top was a dark blue vest. She wore black shorts and blue-purple sneakers. Lastly, the boy was Andrew, one of the boys in his cabin. He could see that the pale boy was all but happy to be there. He looked a bit green.
"Are you alright?" So it was a she. The boy nodded and quickly backed off, talking his own patch of the clearing a bit far from the girls. That was a bit rude, but the girls, although slightly offended by his actions, ignored it. Instead they decided to introduce themselves to each other about this thing called… manga.
The minutes ticked by without much happening. Every now and then Andrew would work up the courage to talk to them, but the conversations tended to be very short and awkward, often filled with stuttering and apologies.
And then a ferret barreled out of the bushes, its' cry disturbing the peaceful silence. The Pokémon looked injured, as it seemed to limp and it had several scars decorating its' body. The Pokémon didn't even make it its goal on the other side of the clearing, where it'd be safe from the salmon talons of its predator.
Seeing the poor creature was getting scooped up like a rag doll against its will, Layla sprang into action. She pulled out one of the Candies from her pouch and bit into it, releasing the condensed energy. The light that immediately surrounded her was blinding, but if one had worn some extremely powerful light-resistant glasses, they would've seen feathers sprouting all over her as her body shrunk. Her feet turned into talons, with all five toes reverting to three. And what about that long purple hair? Forget it.
Once the light calmed down, there was no longer a young woman standing there, but an owl with black and brown plumage and confident, blood red eyes. The Noctowl flapped her wings as fast as she could, occasionally finding soft air currents to help carry her, but the flight itself wasn't the was quite disoriented and tiring, but she got close enough for a special attack. She'd been practicing it with a few of the flying-type kids. She hadn't tried it on a living organism but this seemed like an exceptional time to do so.
Once she was in an adequate air current, she brought her weight backwards with her wings over her head. Faint energy seeped through her feathers and condensed between the tips of her wings. The attack had always taken up a lot of her energy, so she had one shot. Layla eyeballed the Fearow carefully, predicting where to strike. Finally, she'd spotted it. The girl quickly spun to give the attack more force before the orb charged for the large bird.
The Beak Pokemon was hit just below its breast. Surprised by the unexpected attack, it dropped the Furret and flapped away. As previously stated, Air Slash took a lot of Layla's energy, making her too slow to catch the misty-eyed Pokemon as it fell to its doom.
"I got 'er!" Azura shouted, outstretching her arms. With a grunt, she caught the Long Body Pokemon, who gave a sigh of relief. Though it huffed when the blond said, "She's kinda heavy though..."
As the counselor quietly watched his campers inspecting the injured Pokemon, he started thinking. Even though he'd only been at camp for two years (this being his second), he'd been informed of all of the island's Pokemon. A Fearow wasn't common but there were a few Spearow so it was a likely Pokemon. The Furret, though, Volke had never seen one on the island. Not one. From his seat next to the flag, he mentally face palmed. He couldn't believe he'd let his guard down so easily!
Before he could let the words escape his lips, a Houndour burst through the bushes with a cocky smirk. "CHAAARGE!" He roared. A sea of human-turned Pokemon fell upon the four members of the White Team, drowning them under with their attacks. All of them transformed and tried to keep their flag safe, but the power in the Red Team's numbers were too overwhelming. It was absolutely no surprise that a small Pokemon with silky fur could slip past their weak defenses.
The Long Body Pokemon had hid its bandanna under the creamy tip of its tail, making it next to impossible to see, but the fact that it stole the flag into its jaws and bolted was proof enough that it was a member of Team Victini. Azura slammed one of the enemies out of the away to find the Pokemon running past her. Without giving it a second thought, she crossed her arms and concentrated energy into the three leaves on each of her wrists. Once she felt that there was enough, she released the green power onto the Normal type.
By nothing short of a miracle, the Pokemon threw the metal pole in the air, made a quick frontal flip over the powerful attack, caught the pole in it's paws mid-air, and kept running on her two hind paws. And as if that wasn't enough bad luck, the attack ended up hitting her counselor, making the Bisharp return to its Zoroark form. This left her male teammate wide open to the attacker's Hi Jump Kick, which sent him flying snout-first into a tree.
The Grovle winced at her mistake. "Uh... s-sorry about that!" The Tepig whimpered in pain as he rubbed his snout, trying to numb the pain.
"RETREAT!" A Chandelure appeared out of nowhere next to her, making the Grovyle jump in surprise. The feminine voice repeated the order multiple times and the horde of campers ran down the same direction as that evil little Furret had. Soon the clearing was empty, and the defense portion of Team Mew was left tattered and slightly depressed with their situation.
Volke sighed, crossing his arms. "I told her we needed stronger defense..."

"...I mean, I was the bomb. I stole that flag and ran all the way here like a boss! You saw how I dodged that Leaf Blade-attack?! That's some mad skills right there! Mad skills-"
"Yes, Grace, we know." Drake interrupted, seeing that some of the campers were getting annoyed with the girl's inflated ego. "But please remember that this was a team effort?"
The Furret chuckled nervously as she tried to shrink away from the stares, scratching the back of her neck. "Heh, heh, yeah..."
"Well, anyway, we still have to get the Blue Team's flag before we can win." Mizett pointed out. Like her co-worker, she'd reverted back to her original human form. Under her white lab coat the 5"6' woman wore a black tank top, black flats, and green skirt. She had shoulder-length black hair, and brown eyes that matched her skin tone. "We'll need more back up here, now that we have two flags."
"Right," North agreed, "Any volunteers?" About seven campers raised their hands, most of them being the larger Pokemon like Nidoking and Beartic. Once they were given their strict instructions, the team moved out, chanting,
"Team Vic-ti-ni! Team Vic-ti-ni!"
And during all this half of the White Team's offense had surrounded the clearing. They'd all been shrouded in leaves, camouflaging them from their enemies' eyes. Once the majority of the Red Team was out of hearing range, they attacked. It was quick and deadly, leaving every camper knocked out within a matter of seconds.
The exact same thing had happened to Team Lugia, leaving the entire team unable to battle or a while. If they weren't knocked out, they'd been put to sleep. Those were the lucky ones. The clearing was littered with unconsious bodies, which was highly unexpected. The Blue Team had been taken down for the first time in four years, all within a few short minutes?
"What the heck happened?" Drake and Mizett questioned the Magikarp. The rest of the team had decided that it'd be in their best interests to stay as far away from the Fish Pokemon. After all, this was the second form of the Demon Karp's trainer. He probably did ten times more damage than his Pokemon.
"There's a certain Clefairy running around singing nursery rhymes."The Red Team counselors nodded in understanding. Rosario. She was tricky, that one.
"We better go check on our guys. Thanks, Hershel."
"Mhm," The fish replied in a bored tone as he watched the team stalk off. Being the only conscious member of his team, he couldn't take any flags. There was a rule about how only campers could take them, so he'd just have to lay on his side and wait until the others came back from dreamland. It wasn't easy, being an insomniac.

It was the end of the day. Everyone was tired and half the Blue Team had grown a hatred of lullabies, but the were all pretty proud of themselves. They'd all put up a good fight so whether they won or lost wouldn't matter (except for the fact that it would). The rivalries had multiplied tenfold over the course of the day, and the campers had gotten the hang of their Pokemon forms. A few of them could even transform on their own already.
The Mess Hall was louder than a Loudred, with everyone retelling stories of their war experiences, but the second Mark Carter stepped on the stage there wasn't so much as a whisper. "Well everyone, you all made me proud today. This was one of the best capture the flag games I've seen a quite a while."
He stepped aside so that everyone could have a better view of the huge whiteboard behind him. It was a pretty simple start to finish type of scoring, with a picture of each teams' pin being displayed at the start. They'd been ordered in red, white and blue from top to bottom for a quite obvious reason. The man recited the scores, leaving Team Victini in the lead with 46 points for stealing flags and 4 bonus points for a good show of teamwork.
Team Mew was only six points behind, but the lowers score belonged to Team Lugia with a measly 7 points, plus 10 for effort. "Pity Points," Wile called them, his cheeks red in a mixture of embarrassment and anger. Let's just say that the Red Team wasn't going to forget this any time soon.
Just two days after I posted the last chapter my dad went out and bought me a new 3DS plus Pokemon X. :'D That wonderful man.
Alright, so some actual plot happened today! Yay! As for the transformation, I kinda feel like it's "Animorphs" or something like that. I've never read the books but now that I compare the covers to my description... (of course, not as creepy.. I think) =_=" I'm not purposely plagiarizing anything.
