(Camren's P.O.V)
We all got together at the dock near the river to get a boat.
''This river is dangerous but it leads back to the prison. Way I figure it, they won't be expectin' us to come this way. You sure your up to this miss fox?'' Tennessee asked the fox who was now in the boat with me.
''Thats inspector fox, but you two can call me Carmelita. Thanks for the rescue by the way.'' She told Tennessee kindly.
''My pleasure, couldn't let cam and you get hurt. Inspector? You some kind of sheriff? How did you get mixed up with sly?'' he asked.
''it's a long complicated story. Right now I need to rescue that ring-tail.'' She said in worry before her faced changed to anger.
''So I can wring his neck!''
''Hoowee you are feisty. You remind of this one time when cam-''
I quickly cut him off. ''Nonononono, we swore that we would never speak of that day again!''
Tennessee put his hands up in surrender with a chuckle.
''Hey lovebirds! Whats this prison like anyway?''
Tennessee scratched his head in thought/embarrassment while I gaped when she said 'lovebirds'.
''Uh, well plenty of fires for starters..''
''Terrific. Let get going.''
We got to the point when Tennessee had to go find a switch that would let us through a bridge after me and Carmelita had to shoot some stuff.
''So you and the cowboy.'' Carmelita asked trying to start a conversation.
''What! No no, were not a thing.'' I said embarrassed. She quirked an eyebrow.
''That's not the vibe I'm getting.''
I sighed in defeat. ''Is it that obvious?''
She shrugged. ''Not really, but what made a girl like you partner up with a thief.''
I shrugged myself. ''I don't know, it just happen to be honest. But I don't regret a day that passes by.''
''Well at least your happy with your love life.''
I looked at her sad face. ''Carmelita, I don't know what really goes on between you and sly but I can tell you that he cares for you. But you can't change that he's a thief. So you can either leave it or embrace it.''
She looked thoughtful and was about to say something until we heard the gate open and saw Tennessee making his way toward us.
''So ladies did I miss anything?'' He asked sensing the air.
Me and Carmelita looked at each other and smiled, before looking at Tennessee.
''Not really.''
And that's when a friendship bloomed between me and Carmelita.
We then continued on our journey before we reached our destination, the jail.
We were going through the entrance before a cow body-guard started shooting at us. Carmelita took charge and shot the guard with her shock pistol.
''You two go on, I'll stay here and cover you!''
We nodded and were now in a room with the gang inside a cage dangling above the ground.
We fought the guards and brought down the cage releasing the gang just as Carmelita came into the room.
"Carmelita! Are you alright?'' Sly asked looking concerned.
''I am, no thanks to you! I should leave you in that cage after what you pulled, Sly Cooper!'' She yelled while crossing her arms.
''I know! Look I can explain everything-''
''And if it wasn't for these two amazing people, I wouldn't be here!''
''Aw shucks.''
''Amazing? Really? Look Carmelita, I know-''
He was cut off again as she shoved her pistol in his face.
''Save it, Sly! All I want to know is how I get back to Paris!'' She said as she began to walk away with us following her.
''Actually Carmelita, I was more curious about how you got here in the first place.'' Bentley asked.
''But guys! What about the van!?" Murray cried/asked.
''We'll have to track it down later Murray. Now what where you say Carmelita?'' Bentley said switching from the hippo to the fox.
''It's a long story Bentley. Let's get moving and I'll tell you.'' Carmelita said as we left the prison.
Well there you go and I'm so sorry about not updating for so long!

Tennessee- well it would depend on who. If he has no intention of hurting her in anyway, then I'm alright. But if it's one of those skirt chasers, then let just say I'm gonna use my gun to make a new definition of neutering.
