Throughout the rest of the day Ross and Ratliff spent their time with helping Laura. Jaymee and Cassie jumped into help aswell. But not as much.

Jaymee and Cassie thought it would be better if they just let Ross and Ratliff handle it. They never know. Maybe this will develop a friendship between Ross and Ratliff. Yeah right. Cassie and Jaymee just laughed at the thought. Cassie was Ratliff's friend. But both of the girls didn't hate eachother just because the boys do.

"I give it 2 weeks before they become friends." Cassie said. "Me too." Jaymee agreed.

Just then.. There was a loud smash that came from nowhere. "YOU IDIOT!" Ross shouted.

"Or not.." Jaymee shrugged. Both of the girls then got up from where they were sitting and into the room where Ross, Ratliff and Laura were.

Laura was sat at a table smiling, shaking her head and writing things down in a notebook whilst Ratliff was on the floor picking up smashed pieces of glass and Ross was sat down on a seat almost ripping his hair out. "So, is it running smoothly in here?" Cassie asked who couldn't help but smirk. Ross glared at her "What do you think?" Ross snapped. "Jee, I was only asking no need to get all touchy." Cassie said walking over to Laura.

When Cassie walked over to Laura, Laura quickly shut her notebook and rested her arms on it. "You hiding something?" Cassie asked. "No," Laura shook her head "I just don't like people seeing what I write." "Understood.." Cassie said taking a seat next to her "but.. I'm not one to judge unless I don't like you. But you seem like a nice girl, so I won't judge. Can I have a look?" Laura shook her head.

Ratliff then finished picking up all the pieces of glass. Something tempted him to throw a piece at Ross, but he decided not to. That was be mean. Ah. But.. What the heck? Ratliff then shot a piece of glass at him. Luckily it hit his arm. Ross turned and glared at him "Is there are reason you did that?" Ross asked. "Yeah," Ratliff said "I don't like you." Ross sighed and rolled his eyes.

"Laura, do you wanna have some fun?" Ross asked. Laura nodded. "Great! Then come on!" Ross said holding out his hand. Laura took his hand "What are we doing?" Laura asked. "Having some fun," Ross said "whether you like it or not, we are taking you outside the building." Laura shook her head "Oh no.. no! Ross you promised!" Laura whined. Ross sighed before taking off his purple hoodie and giving it to her "There.. Where it. Put the hood up and nobody will notice you." Ross said. Laura smiled before putting it on.

The hoodie was a little over sized. Which she guessed made sense because Ross is a bigger build than Laura, Laura has a petite build. Ross.. He's like a body builder. Except. Without the fatness.

Ross, Ratliff, Laura, Cassie and Jaymee then left the center and made their way to the beach. It was a nice sunny day so they weren't gonna let it go to waste were they?

They were all sat on the sand, Laura had Ross's hood over her head. "Why are you so scared about being outside where everyone can see you?" Jaymee asked. "I don't wanna talk about it.." Laura said starting to feel insecure.

Ratliff then stood up "Anyone coming in the water?" He asked. They all shook their heads. "Just cause it's nice doesn't mean we wanna go in the water." Cassie said. "Oh but I beg to differ." Ratliff said grabbing her. "Ratliff don't even think about it!" She squealed. "Thought about it," Ratliff said he put her over his shoulder "and I'm doing it!" "Ratliff you dare and I'll kill you!" Cassie screamed. "I'll die happy!" He said running to the water. He then dropped her into the water. Ratliff then lost his laughter senseless. "Told ya I'd do it!" Ratliff said laughing.

Cassie let out a sigh before standing up where she then pushed Ratliff where he tumbled into the water underneath "Ha! Now who's the loser!" Cassie laughed. But Ratliff didn't come up from the water which made Cassie panic "Ratliff?" She asked "Ratliff! GUYS RATLIFF'S DROWNING!" Ross then jumped up from where he was sat and looked. But then Ratliff jumped up from the water "BOO!" He shouted. Cassie screamed "YOU JERK!" She shouted pushing him "you scared me!" Ratliff couldn't help but laugh.

Ross then plopped back down onto the sand. Little moment of panic there for Ross, but its over. Wait.. Why was he panicking? He hated Ratliff. Remember? Or did he? That was a pretty cool prank he just played on Cassie its something Ross would do to Jaymee if he got her in the water. Eh. Maybe Ratliff wasn't that bad after all. But he still didn't like him. Right?

Cassie then came running out of the sea chasing after Ratliff. Ross just stood up and looked down at Jaymee and Laura "I'm gonna go to the ice cream truck," Ross said "what do you guys want?" He asked. "I want a-" Jaymee then stopped her sentence "ROSS WATCH OUT!" Jaymee said jumping out of the way, along with Laura. Ross looked at them confused. He then turned around where he then came face to face with Ratliff. Well.. It was more of a head but to.. Face then anything. Then a smack to the floor with them both.

Jaymee, Laura and Cassie then just couldn't help but laugh.

Ross then coughed as he pummeled to the floor with Ratliff's weight crushing him. "That... hurt.." Ross said letting out a cough. "I know right.." Ratliff said. "How would you know?!" Ross asked almost shouting "your the one who crushed me!" Ratliff shrugged as best as he could. Then he attempted to get up, but with the sand being movable his hand dug into the sand which made him re-loose his balance and fall back onto him. "Are you doing this on purpose now!?" Ross asked. "No! The sand is movable ya know!" Ratliff raised his voice.

"Yeah yeah, okay.." Laura said walking over along with Jaymee. "Lets just end this bromance now." Jaymee said helping Ratliff up along with Laura. Ross then got up himself and brushed the sand off him. "Thanks for that Ellington." Ross said sarcastically. Ratliff sighed heavily "No problem.. Rossy.." "Stop calling me Rossy!" Ross whined. "Stop calling me Ellington?" Ratliff whined back. "It's ya name!" Ross raised his voice. "And Rossy is your nickname." Ratliff replied in the same tone. Ross sighed.

Laura had her hands on her hips and just shook her head. "I know," Jaymee said before looking at Laura "they'll be friends in no time."
