Sorry for all the short chapters. I am working on other stories.
Chapter 6
I walked over to the plane. My parents and the rest of my family hugged and kissed me goodbye. My heart grew sick feeling I had to leave them.
Once I got on, I saw Celeste sitting there. She had a math book out; reading it and studying it.
" Ready for our seven hour flight?" I asked.
" Yes, I see u look sad and so am I." Celeste said. "Why won't they tell us how long we will be there?"
" I don't know but it makes me feel like they are hiding something. Are we picking anyone up?" I try to change the subject .
"The pilots said it would take less time if we were the only ones." Celeste explained.
" That will be easy for them but boring for us" I explained.
" That is why I brought homework." She said.
I did too but I just wanted to be there. I was ready for a change. A good change.
I always lived in a small town. No need to go to a big city during the war. You just had to go around town. I felt like stuck in a box.
" You know we will be one of the first people of Rubezla to know where the castle is." Celeste added.
" You are right about that" I commented on.
"Where do you think it is at?" Celeste asked.
"Well a six hour flight is around Florida." I answered. " So off the coast of Florida would be my guest."
" Oh that makes tons of sense. So they can see attackers. An island is so hidden."
I laughed at Celeste comment and looked out the window as the plane went up. Bye-bye Oregon, hello mysterious island.
