CH6

Hinata (Kiba) woke up and adjusted his eyes to the bland room that he was faced with. Hinata turned his head to see the one and only Neji, patiently waiting next to his "cousin". Neji was criss-crossed sitting, waiting for him to awake and explain as to why he rushed to training field and decided that would be a good place to sleep. Though the older one was having intentions, there were other things he was curious about. Neji quietly offered the tired, cold Hinata some nice, warm tea. Its fragrance filling the room with a delight aroma. Hinata was content with its flavor but wished it was less sweet and made a little face that suggested this was not "his cup of tea". (AN LOL I pulled a pun lolll.) Neji caught this face in its moment and took a quick notice of this. Neji turned to his right and pulled out a bento box. Since it was almost noon, the family chef will no longer be serving breakfast. Neji calmly pulled out two onigiris and handed one to Hinata. Hinata looked at Neji to make sure this food was safe before trying it himself. Hinata (Kiba) had never seen Neji cook so he was quite wary of the older's culinary skills. Neji ushered the food toward his "cousin" once again as he sighed and took the first bite of his own to make it clear he had not poisoned them, despite his old loathing toward the main family. Hinata was content with this action and tried to eat his food in the most lady-like way possible. Neji finished first and poured them both another cup of tea before his interrogation.

"So…'Hinata' Does the tea satisfy your taste?" As Neji started the conversation, Hinata was about to open his mouth before closing it quietly. He did not know what Neji would do if he insulted Neji's tea-making. Neji continued after realizing that this imposter was not going to speak, a wise choice indeed. "As I recall this has always been your favorite tea. Since you are growing, I presume your taste buds have changed."

HInata gulped down the tea and replied with a nervous laugh. He knew Neji had gotten closer and more protective of Hinata but he had no idea by how much. Neji smirked as his prey had let himself out of the bag.

"You know 'Hinata' that I do not like that Inuzuka teammate of yours very much. You seem to be becoming more intimate with him during these past few days. I do hope you have a good explanation for this. I also hope for you to explain yourself as to why you had the slightest thought of sleeping outside last night, despite it being winter and containing cold nights." Neji emphasized "Hinata", You, and yours a lot. He hoped the person sitting up across from him would notice that he caught onto their little scheme.

"Neji-nissan," Hinata (Kiba) had no idea what the real Hinata would say in this situation, so he decided to come clean and maybe Neji would help him out. "I have something to tell you."

-Skip thirty minutes or so

"WHAT!" Neji was chasing the fake Hinata throughout the entire clan's chambers. He knew the elders would not mind, knowing Hinata and Neji used to play tag all the time. Except this time, the next person tagged would probably die. Hinata (Kiba) was running for his life literally. As soon as he finished his explanation, he hoped Neji would help him conquer Hinata's feelings. Instead, Neji seemed to be stuck on the part where he asked a mythical man to switch his male, mongrel, body with Neji's precious, innocent, petite cousin. Neji could not help but feel rage knowing that the real Hinata had probably seen a male's anatomy. Knowing that Kiba, who is in Hinata's body, might have done the same, only fueled his rage toward the terrified teenager.

"Neji! Please calm down! I know how to fix it! Please listen to me!" Hinata (Kiba) soon ran from the Hyuuga household and toward his real home. Neji, of course, was on his tail the entire time.

-Kiba (Hinata) around *8:00 AM-

Hana was surprised to see her little brother up so early. She knew that almost all ninjas had Christmas Eve and Christmas off. She was curious as to why Kiba (Hinata) had left right after breakfast only murmuring something about ramen. Hana was wise enough to not ask boys questions any more, she always received weird, blunt answers. Hana stayed home, continuing to wonder about her brother's behavior recently. She shrugged it aside and went out to the back yard with a couple of the family dogs excluding Akamaru who decided to join Kiba (Hinata) for her morning stroll. Hana stopped around 11:00 to make lunch and went inside to grab some water. After a quick shower, Hana kicked back on the fur-covered couch. Not before long there was a rapid banging on her front door. She quickly went to see what could be see so urgent on her day off. As soon as she unlocked the door, Hinata (Kiba) rushed slamming the door behind her and onto Neji's face. Neji was already pissed off about earlier so now he definitely saw a grave for the young Inuzuka. Neji rushed inside tackling Hinata to only be quickly be separated by Hana.

"Hana! Please tell me where Hina- I mean Kiba is?" Hinata was in a rush to find his love before something terrible happened to her or worse himself. Neji was huffing as tried to grab Hinata again to once again be restrained by Hana. Hana called in a few of her dogs and they continued to restrain the raging Neji. Hana turned to Hinata (Kiba) to answer her heaving question.

"He went out earlier this morning. He didn't tell me where, as usual but I did hear him say something about ramen." Hana was too confused about the situation at the moment. She looked to Neji for an explanation. Neji shook his head, not wanting to embarrass his dear cousin. Hinata (Kiba) sighed a relief but soon caught Neji's eyes filled with the intent to kill.

"Thanks," Hinata hightailed it out of there and grabbed Neji before Hana could shout at them to question them on anything. Hana just rubbed her head with her fingers and sat back down on the couch. She decided to take a nap and that would hopefully make her think this was all a dream.
