Hey you guys thanks for sticking around and supporting me as I try to get this thing together. So enjoy Chap 5.

"So that motherfucker invited you to Vegas, huh?" Sango scoffed while perusing through the rows of shoes in the Christian Louboutin store. She was fresh off her surprise weekend trip and decided she would do a little wedding shopping. "That bastard." She mumbled. "I told him to take you home not seduce you. You need to stay away from him."

"Why are you so upset? You told me Inuyasha and Miroku were like brothers and you guys were like a family."

"I meant what I said Kagome. Stay away from him. You don't want to get caught up in this lifestyle."

"Uuuhhh you're in the Louboutin store shopping for shoes that I will never be able to afford, like ever. You have a big ass house and you drive a Mercedes Benz SUV. Sango you shit rainbows and glitter. What part of your life don't I want again?

Sango rolled her eyes. "Rainbows and glitter didn't always come out my ass. I worked hard to get where I'm at, and you will too. You'll get there. You have real talent. You can do something with your life. And once you win that big fashion show at your school your last year of school with be full of opportunities. You don't need this life."

Kagome rolled her eyes.

"Look, you don't want to get involved with men like that." Sango gave her a serious look.

"Men like what?"

"Men that will take advantage of a little girl."

Kagome twisted her face into a frown. Little girl?! She was insulted.

"But it is kind of strange for Inuyasha to invite you to come with us. He doesn't really do too much traveling with women. Shit, he don't even like when I come along."

"You're going too?"

"Yeah, to support Jinenji, but its more of a business trip than anything."

"Oh. How nice." Kagome looked down at the floor in defeat. Knowing that Sango would be there in Vegas would have made things fun. But her mother would never allow her to go on this trip.

Sango's heart clenched. Kagome looked liked the twins when her and Miroku wouldn't let them sleep in the bed with them.

"Do you really want to go that badly?"

Kagome looked up at her with puppy dog eyes.

"Geez! Ok!"Against her better judgment Sango agreed. "If you can come up with a plan, and I mean an air tight one, I'll handle everything else. Just get your mom on board. I can help you sneak out the house but not the state. And the last thing I need is a kidnapping charge on top of all my other ones."

Kagomes eyes lit up. "I'll do it! I promise! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She squeezed her friend in a tight hug.

"Yeah. Yeah. Im the cool "big sister", right?" Sango shrugged.

Kagome sat in the cafeteria pushing around the food on her tray. She was racking her brain for ideas to convince her mom to let her go to Vegas. It was just for a weekend. It couldn't be that hard to get her to agree.

Fuck! Who was she kidding? It was!

"Ok! Spill it!" Rin said slamming her tray down as she sat across from Kagome. "You been acting real strange lately. I tried to let it go thinking you would eventually tell me, but no! Your ass hiding secrets! So spill the tea!"

Kagome paused for a moment. She never told Rin about her romantic life. As far as Rin knew she never dated and she never had a boyfriend.

"I'm waiting." She tapped her finger nails on the lunch table.

Kagome sighed. "I met a guy." She admitted.

Rin looked at her, mouth agape. Her face holding a shocked expression that soon turned into glee.

"Bitch I knew it!" She shouted, bring attention to the both of them.

"Shhhh! Keep it down." Kagome looked around in embarrassment.

"I knew you met a boy. You been smiling at your phone way too much lately."

'That's because of Sango and her crazy ass text messages' Kagome rolled her eyes.

"Where did you guys meet? What school does he go to?"

Kagome went on to tell her how she met Inuyasha. Twisting the truth and leaving out certain details.

"So you met an older guy at a college party? And now he wants to take you Vegas?! This is soooooo juicy!" Rin squealed. "Why didn't you call me? I would have totally went."

"It was when you were dealing with your family stuff." Kagome lied.

"Well...What did you tell him?"

"That I'd think about it."

"Are you fucking serious? Why the hell did you tell him you had to think about it? You should've gone when he asked. No way I would've passed up on an opportunity like that."

Sango had told her to stay away from Inuyasha, but Kagome was still curious about him. She wondered if his lips were soft, and if his skin was as smooth as it looked. She wanted to see him again, and yet she couldn't even bring herself to call him.

"Well I got until Thursday to figure it out."

"Thursday? Today is Wednesday. Bitch, thats tomorrow." Rin shook her head. "I think you made a dumb move with this one. You got a college guy that wants to fly you out to Vegas and spend time with you. Its so romantic. And rich! Is he rich? He sounds rich. I mean I would know. Girl if I were you I'd be all over that."

"I can't just leave. We're supposed to be at school on Friday. And on top of that my mom would flip."

"You ain't never heard of skipping school before? I mean its just one day. And your attendance is so good I bet they wouldn't even question a sick day." Rin said in a matter of fact tone.

"What about a doctors note? I'll need one when I get back."

"I could do that for you. My family uses a private doctor, so getting you a doctors note will be easy. The problem is getting your mom to let you spend the weekend with me and my family in our villa in the Hamptons." Rin winked as she took a sip of her juice.

"You're too good at this." Kagome smiled.

"Well you know my boyfriend is a college guy too, so I know how to get around the system." Rin shrugged.

"What about my job at Keade's?"

"Must I do everything for you?" Rin joked. "Just tell her the samething. Its not like she's going to check. She's old and can barley use the phone."

"Don't talk about her like that."

"But its true." Rin laughed.

After school and her shift at the fabric store, Kagome came home ready to tell the biggest lie of her life. She found her mother in her room getting ready for work.

"Hey mom?" She spoke nervously from the doorway of her mother's bedroom.

"Yes sweetheart." Asako was putting things in her bag for work.

"Uh...Rin...invited me to spend the weekend with her family. They're going to the Hamptons."

"The Hamptons?" Asako frowned. "These rich folks and their money." She shook her head. "And you want to go? I don't know what you see in that little spoiled brat."

"She said they have a villa out there and..."

"Kagome you know I need you here to help out." Asako interrupted.

"I know but I thought just this time..."

"I'm sorry Kagome. Its a no for me."

"But its just one weekend." Kagome argued.

"Kagome I said no. End of discussion." Asako's tone firm

"Dad would've let me go." Kagome spoke under her breath as she turned to leave.

"Excuse me, yound lady?"

Kagome spun back around. "Its not fair! Its always 'Kagome do this' 'Kagome I need you for this.' I do good in school. I take care of the chores. I take care of Sota. I even went out and got a job. When do I get a chance to do something for me?!" Even if it was a lie Kagome was tired of be the "dependable daughter." When was she going to be able to enjoy her own life.

"You better lower your tone right now." Asako said sternly. She had never seen her daughter act like this.

"I can't even tell you how I feel the way I want to! I can't do anything in this house!" Kagome ran down the hallway into her room slamming the door behind her. She threw herself onto her bed stuffing her face into her pillows, then she screamed.

Moments later her mom came into her room but she refused to take her face from the pillows.

Asako sat on the edge of her daughters bed. "Kagome, your right. You do, do a lot around here. And you do deserve to be able to have your own life." She sighed. "You can go on this trip with Rin."

"Really?" Kagome looked up from her pillows.

"Yeah. Sota can just stay at a friend's house this weekend."

Kagome jumped up and lunged at her mother, pulling her into a tight hug. "This means so much to me, mom." She felt bad for lying but not as bad as she thought she'd feel if she didn't go to Vegas.

Asako kissed her on her forehead. "Ok. Ok. I have to leave for work now."

Kagome released her from the embrace.

Asako stood up and went to the door. "Oh and before I go...don't you ever slam another door in this house or you won't have a door." She threatened.

"Yes maam."

Kagome had to pinch herself after she landed at McCarran International Airport. After calling Sango the night before with her plan in full effect, they flew out first class the very next morning. Kagome looked like a lost, little puppy as they navigated through the airport towards ground transportation. Colorful slot machines littered the floors. She couldn't believe she was actually there. Once they finally stepped out of the crowded airport, she took in her surroundings. She had never laid eyes on an actual palm tree in all her life. The air even smelled different. Las Vegas was beautiful.

Miroku flagged down the next yellow cab in cue.

The snake demon driver eagerly pulled up to the curb, hopped out and helped them with their luggage. Every so often he would steal glances at Kagome and Sango. And who could blame him. They were both looking mesmerizing.

Sango was wearing a Black T-shirt dress with the words "Move On" writing across it from top to bottom, a black mesh corset, and Hailey sparkle booties. All the items coming from the Kendall+Kylie collection. She wore her hair bone straight. A pair of Andy Wolf Ophelia frameless sunglasses framed her face and Cartier Ballon Bleu Serti Vibrant watch sat upon her wrist. Kagome wore one of her own creations. An off the shoulder light wash denim crop top with and a matching light wash denim high waisted mini skirt. It was inspired by an outfit made my TLZ L'Femme. A pair of white Puma Basket Heart sneakers adorned her feet. Her hair was in a bun to show off the pair of hot pink Dragonet Pom earrings by Vanessa Mooney she wore to finish her look.

"We have a problem?" Miroku inserted himself in the view of the demon. He was practically drooling over his fiancée.

"My apologiesssss ssssir." The demon hissed. He scurried back around to the drivers seat.

"I love it when you get jealous, baby." Sango sensually licked her lips."

Miroku pulled her close. His hand slid down her back to her voluptuous ass giving it a firm squeeze. "You better make sure you show me how much you love it when we get to the hotel." He bent down and gave her a soft and sultry kiss on the lips.

Kagome got in the cab deciding that Sango and Miroku needed a little privacy. She had met Miroku a couple of times before, but she didn't know he'd be all over Sango like that. She smiled. It was cute.

Kagome pulled out her phone and sent a text to Inuyasha letting him know they had landed and was on their way to the MGM. Kagome was excited to tour a city that wasn't her hometown. She'd never left NewYork before, and it felt good to be somewhere new. She was also nervous about seeing Inuyasha again. He made her uneasy, vulnerable, and excited all at the same time.

When the couple finally ceased their flirty behavior, they joined her in the cab and they drove off. Kagome took in the colorful lights, high-rises, and scenery on the way to the hotel. The MGM was even more impressive than she imagined. After being dropped off, the group made their way to the front desk where they checked in and were provided key cards.

"Ok. So we're in room 602 and you're in room 608. I'm down the hall if you need me, ok? Buuuuttt..." Sango looked over at Miroku, who was leaning against the wall by the elevator smirking at her. "Could you try not to need me for a couple of hours?"

Kagome got the hint. "Yeah sure. I'll find some way to occupy myself." She smiled.

"Well meet up later, ok." Sango said over her shoulder as her and Miroku got on the elevator.

'Guess I'll go to my room too' she thought.

Kagome attempted to call Inuyasha on the way up to her room, but he didn't answer so she texted him her room number. When she finally reached her room her mouth hit the floor. The suite Sango got for her was huge. Setting her luggage in the corner of the suite, Kagome walked over to the large windows and looked out. She could see the entire strip from where she stood. The city was lively, and unlike anything she'd ever witnessed.

A knock at the door caused her to turn around. She went to the door and looked out the peephole. Kagome's breath instantly got caught in her chest when she saw that it was Inuyasha standing on the other side of the door.

'Play it cool Kagome. Play it cool.' She tried to calm her nerves.

She opened the door and all her cool was gone.

She was stuck. There he was. Inuyasha in the flesh. And he was looking like a snack. He wore a Palace Skateboards white marble t-shirt, a pair of I Love Ugly jogger pants, and a pair of tan Nike Air Max1 Patches on his feet. The 14k gold gucci link diamond cut chain matched the rolex on his right arm perfectly. And she could smell a hint of Givenchy cologne coming off his body. Gotdamn!

"Are you going to invite me in?" Inuyasha said bringing her out of her stupor. A smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

"Oh! Yeah. I'm sorry." She moved aside so that he could enter her room. "Come on in."

Inuyasha came in and looked around. "You like your room?" He went over to the large windows just like she had done earlier.

"Yeah. Its real nice." Kagome closed the door.

She joined him at the window.

"This a nice view, ain't it?" He looked down at her petite frame.

Breathtaking would have been an understatement if used to describe Kagome. The way she wore her hair showed off all her delicate features. Her high cheekbones, deep chocolate eyes, and those cute dimples had him shook. Inuyasha thought she was the most beautiful thing he'd seen in a long time.

"Yeah. This is beautiful. I'm not used to fancy stuff like this."

When Kagome realized he was staring, she nervously cleared her throat. It felt odd every time they made eye contact.

"I called and texted you." She said.

Inuyasha grabbed her by the waist, pulling her in an embrace. "My bad. I was a little busy so I couldn't reply to you right away. How was your flight?"

The close contact made her nipples harden. "It was… uh…" Kagome nervously cleared her throat. He always made her tense up whenever they were in close proximity. "It was good. For it to be my first time on a plane, I thought I did alright."

"You hungry?"

"Starving. I only had a bag of chips on the plane."

"Sounds like I need to feed you then."

"Yeah. Sounds like it." Kagome bit her bottom lip.

Inuyasha held Kagome's hand everywhere they went. It made her feel worthy and special. Like they were actually a couple . For lunch, Inuyasha took her to Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab. It was Kagome's first time ever trying it, and it was delicious. She loved how Inuyasha was able to introduce her to new things. After getting their fill on seafood, they rode around the city together in his topless Bentley Coupe. Kagome felt like she was in a dream. After taking her on a brief tour of the city, Inuyasha returned to the MGM where he entertained himself with a couple of games of roulette.

"I'm confused," Kagome spoke up. "I don't know how any of this works."

"Don't worry. I'll teach you everything." There was double meaning behind those words.

In just a couple short hours, Inuyasha racked up eight thousand dollars. Collecting his earnings, he and Kagome went to the bets section where they met up with Sango and Miroku. He put seven thousand on Jenenji and gave Kagome the last thousand to put on him as well. She tried to refuse him but he insisted. She couldn't help but wonder what he did for a living. Although she wanted to ask, she didn't want to overstep her boundaries.

Sango hooked her arm into Kagome's to drag her off to the side. "So...you spent the day with Inuyasha? I thought I said to keep your distance." She asked in a disapproving tone.

"Well, what did you expect for me to do all day? Stay in my room?"

"You could have called me and I would have done stuff with you."

Kagome let out an irritating sigh. "You told me not to need you."

"Bitch, you were with Inuyasha all day. You needed me!"

"I'm a big girl. I can handle myself."

"No you're not, Kagome. You're a little fifteen year old girl." She shot back.

"Shhhhh!" Kagome desperately shushed her. "Do you want him to hear you?"

Sango gave her a look of bewilderment. "How old does that man think you are?"

Kagome averted her eyes. "Nineteen."

"Kagome!"

"Please don't tell. Please don't tell." She begged.

Sango pinched the bridge of her nose. "I knew this wasn't a good idea. Did you sleep with him? Kagome I swear on my kids life that if..."

"No! Gods no! Sango just promise me you won't tell. Please."

Sango rolled her eyes. "Fine. I won't tell. But promise me you'll be careful and tell me everything. No secrets, Kagome. I mean it." She looked over in the direction where Inuyasha and Miroku were. The two men seemed to be engrossed in their own secret conversation. "Men like that ain't meant for nobody."

"I promise."

Inuyasha noticed Sango staring and instantly became irritated. What the fuck was she saying to Kagome? She was probably over there talking shit about him.

"Man I swear, if Sango messes up this thing I got going with Kagome I'm getting rid of her. And I'm getting rid of you for not controlling your bitch."

"Yeah I'd like to see you try." Miroku chuckled. "What are you trying to do with her? Ever since she made Sango that dress, Sango makes it seem like she special or something."

"I ain't trying do nothing but drop some dick off in her."

Miroku shook his head. "And you had to bring her all the way to Vegas to do that?" He side eyed he friend.

"Shut up."

The two men had been best friends since middle school. They were stuck together like glue. Miroku had his back and he damn sure had his.

Since the women were so wrapped up in their conversation, they decided to pay Jenenji a visit in the locker room. "We'll be back!" Miroku yelled and Sango waved them off.

When they got to the locker room Jenenji was getting his hands wrapped while his coach massaged his shoulders. He wasn't a big time boxer but this fight would put him on the map.

"Long time no see, champ." Inuyasha barked playfully walking in the locker room.

"Inuyasha. Its good to see you man. What's up Miroku." Jenenji stood, dapping both the men's hands. "Coah, could you give us a minute?"

"Yeah sure. I'll make sure your robe is ready." The coach replyed.

Once the coach was gone Jenenji asked, "You got something for me?" in a low tone.

"Of course." Inuyasha reached into his pocket and pulled out a small vial of glittery green powder. "I put a lot of money on you tonight. If you don't win we're going to have some problems." Inuyasha handed Jenenji the vial.

"Don't worry. With this stuff I can never lose." Jenenji opened the vial, then balled his hand up into a fist. He dabbed some of the powder on the back of his fist. He put his fist up to his nose, inhaling the powder with his right nostril while holding the left down with his index finger.

His eyes glowed green then rolled to the back of his head. His muscles bulged and tightened for several seconds until they returned to their original state. "Thats the good stuff."

Inuyasha smirked. "That's what I like to hear. We'll be in the front row watching. Go get'em champ." He said over his shoulder. Him and Miroku leaving Jenenji to enjoy his high alone.

Inuyasha and Miroku found their way back to Kagome and Sango, and went to their front row seats. When the fight began Jenenji and his opponent entered the ring. Jenenji was huge but the his opponent, a lion demon, was massive. But Jenenji showed no fear. The drugs coursing through his veins blocked all feeling and emotion.

Sango stoop up and cheered for him.

Both fighters removed their hooded robes and made their way to the center of the ring so that the referee could run down the rules to them one last time.

"Okay I want a nice clean fight. When I say break, I expect for ya'll to do so; okay fellas keep it clean, and good luck… touch gloves," The referee's voice boomed through the microphone as the crowd cheered in anticipation of a good fight.

Once the bell rung, the lion demon quickly rushed Jenenji back against the ropes, throwing wild vicious haymakers. The crowd quickly erupted when they saw the half demon against the ropes, trying to block each shot. One haymaker broke through Jenenji's guard and connected with his jaw. Immediately Jenenji clinched the lion demon then whispered in his ear, "You hit like a bitch." As the referee untangled the two. The lion demon tried to rush Jenenji again, but to no avail. Jenenji quickly sidestepped the blow catching the lion demon with a clean uppercut to the chin, followed by a left hook that made a loud clapping sound as it connected on the lion demon's eye. Jenenji quickly noticed blood trickling down the fighter's right eye and he grinned. The drug made his hits harder and faster.

Jenenji quickly attacked like a predator going after it's wounded prey. He threw a lightening fast jab at the lion demons face, followed by a hook to his body. "Bitch," Jenenji growled through clenched teeth, the drug making him more aggressive than usual. The lion demon was doubled over in pain from the body shot. Before the bell rung he caught him with one last right cross. "You my bitch," Jenenji said staring the lion demon down as he made his way to his corner.

"That motherfucker is already out of gas," Miroku laughed at the lion demon.

The bell rung again, signaling for the beginning of round two. Again the lion demon came charging like a wild animal, but Jenenji's jab stopped him in his tracks, knocking his head back. The lion demon was no match for Jenenji's lightening fast jabs. When Jenenji saw an opening he took it. He quickly faked a jab and instead came with an uppercut, breaking the lion demon's nose. Once Jenenji saw the lion demon stumble he jumped on the fighter, and quickly threw a series of combination punches. The referee immediately stopped the fight when he saw the vicious blows connect with the lion demon's unprotected face, knocking him out cold.

The crowd went wild as the bell rang once more signaling Jenenji as the winner. Jenenji's coach jumped into the middle of the ring hugging him.

"That's what the fuck I'm talking about!" Sango yelled. Her and Kagome stood up to cheer with the rest of the crowd.

Kagome was on the edge of her seat during the entire fight. She had never had so much excitement in her life.

When Inuyasha grabbed her hand, she blushed.

"Come on. Let's go get all that money we just won."

It was nearing sunset when they finally left all the commotion of the fight. Inuyasha then told Kagome he had to handle some business with Miroku.

"Look, we're about to be gone for a couple hours. Why don't you find something in the room to keep you entertained. Then when I get back, we'll get dressed and go to a club or something."

"I could just waste time with Sango at the casino in the hotel."

"Sorry KittyPaws. I'm going too." Sango spoke up.

"Oh." Kagome felt a little left out, but she had to play like an adult. "Its ok. I'll still go. I could just..."

Inuyasha quickly cut her off. "Nah, I don't want you walking around down there by yourself. I don't need no other guy trying to flirt with you. I'll have to break somebody's jaw." He wrapped his big arms around her holding her close. He bent down and placed the softest kiss on her forehead. "Stay up there and wait for me. I promise I won't be long."

Sango nearly gagged watching Inuyasha and his act.

"Okay. I'll stay up there," Kagome agreed.

"You got something in that suitcase thats red? Thats my favorite color."

Kagome smiled and nodded her head. Her face turning just as red as the dress she had in mind to wear. Thank goodness she packed it. "Then I'll see you guys later." She said slipping from Inuyasha's arms.

Inuyasha watched Kagome walk back to the MGM. The way her hips naturally swayed when she walked was so sexy.

"Let's go asshole." Sango's voice breaking him out of his trance.

He gave her and irritated growl, which she ignored.

'I can't stand that bitch!'
