Quinn walked into work the next day. She didn't know what she was going to do. George wanted her to choose between him and Alex and frankly, they were both so different, but just as amazing and as important to her.

George was her first love and even though it took a while for him to realize that, he married her, they loved each other. George was the reason she was the mother of a beautiful girl and boy named. Emily was just an amazing little girl, she was so much like Quinn. And Georgie was so much like his father, not just including but the name, but he had his eyes and sure enough when he was older he was would be like his father; heroic and someone who had a huge heart.

But then there was Alex. Sure, he was a total idiot and asshole when they first met, but over time Quinn got to see the sweet side of him. Alex had a hard past and he also loved kids. They were in the same specialty. Alex and Quinn did understand each other, they took care of their siblings when they were younger because they had no one. And to be fair when George was gone, Alex was there the most, not just for Emily, and George when he was born, but mostly for Quinn.

But now she had to a choice. Who did she want to be with and sure enough, Alex wanted an answer to, but she didn't know who she wanted to be with more. It wasn't like she was decided what cake she wanted for her birthday. This was the man who was going to be married to her. Be in her life and raise her kids. If she chose George, one of those kids wouldn't be his, but if she chose Alex two of them wouldn't be his.

The hard thing was the Quinn loved before guys so much and they weren't giving her the option of letting them both be in the lives of herself and her whole family. She had to choose one of them and that wasn't easy. They were both so amazing and sweet and just so right for her, but she had to choose one.

Quinn dropped Emily and George off at daycare at the hospital, where Meredith took Zola. She went up and found Alex up there too and frowned. This wasn't getting any easier for her.

"Hey." Alex said, kindly.

"Hi." Quinn replied, stiffly.

"Why so stiff? Is living with O'Malley again going south?" Alex asked and Quinn sighed. Alex frowned, he knew then something must have happened last night. "What happened?" Alex asked her.

"George knows. About us and the baby." Quinn told him.

"You told him?"

"I had to. Emily basically told him for me." Quinn said. "And now he wants me to choose."

"Choose?" Alex asked, he was little confused.

"Choose who I want to be with. You or him. I have to pick one of you." Quinn explained and Alex sighed.

"Well… who do you pick?

"Alex!" Quinn exclaimed.

"Sorry, but I kind of understand George's intentions. No guy wants to be second to a girl." Alex said and Quinn sighed. She knew that, but she loved both Alex and George and didn't know what to do.

"I know, but I can't just decide who I want to marry and help raise my kids on the spot." Quinn said and luckily the conversation was ended by Arizona walking into the room. It was time for them to get to work. Thank god for Quinn it gave her some time.

A few days past it was harder on Quinn because she was going to be due to have the baby next month and she couldn't be under as much as she was. She was a Peds surgeon and as if that wasn't enough, she had Alex and George breathing down her back.

They found her walking down the hallway to lunch and followed her. She frowned, she really didn't need this. They sat with her while she was about to eat her lunch.

"Did you decide? Me or O'Malley?" Alex asked.

"Please, you're not actually picking Alex are you? Remember what he used to be like? What he did to you, me and everyone? He was a womanizer, doing every girl in the on call rooms." George said.

"Hey, I never was a jerk to her. She showed how much she liked you, but you had rather been with Olivia, Izzie, or Callie." Alex said.

"How was I supposed to know that she was into me?"

"Dude, it was obvious. And even after you got her pregnant and she had the baby you went to another woman and then cheated on that girl with another. And you called me the man whore." Alex said.

"That was a mistake. I didn't recognize myself and you're one to talk." George protested. Quinn just wanted this to stop. She really felt picking a random intern to be her man so they would leave her alone at least for minute, she was pregnant and didn't need more stress. She just wanted peace, but then the unthinkable happened and her eyes widened.

"Quinn?" George asked.

"What's wrong?" Alex asked.

"My water just broke." Quinn said.
