Violet woke up the next morning with a red face. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, feeling disappointed with herself as she found herself naked on the bed. Around the ending of the charity event that took place last night, she danced with Jeffrey and they kissed. After dancing and laughing she remembered Jeffrey drove her home. When they stood outside of her door they kissed once more and couldn't stop. She invited him inside the house, he picked her up by the legs and walked into the bedroom, slowly removing every piece of her clothing. And the rest was history afterwards. It was a night that was fun for the girl, however, she was now starting to regret it this morning.

Turning her head to the other side of the bed the only thing she saw was a pillow and the other half of the blanket. Assuming that Jeffrey had gone home in the morning she stood from her bed and stretched out her body, planning on having a nice hot shower before going to work. After her shower, she dried off her wet body and changed into blue jeans, a black tank top, and her favourite brown leather jacket. While wrapping her hair in a ponytail she made her way to the kitchen, planning on having a coffee before making her way to work.

When the young girl walked into the kitchen she stopped in her tracks and breathed heavily as her face was starting to flush. "What are you doing?" Violet asked Jeffrey, seeing him standing above the kitchen cooking eggs and bacon. She looked at the kitchen table and saw a plate full of pancakes, a plate full of waffles, and a plate full of french toast. She hasn't gone grocery shopping for breakfast supplies in a while so she was surprised that he managed to find everything, hoping they weren't expired.

"I thought I could make breakfast for us while you slept," Jeffrey continued after fiddling with the bacon. "We were up pretty late last night so I thought you wanted to sleep in. And I had no clue what you liked eating for breakfast so I found what I could and decided to cook everything. Is that okay?" He asked while examining the girl's face, knowing that she was confused by all of this. "Your coffee is also done." He said while nodding his head a few times and biting down on his lip.

Before Violet could say anything else Jeffrey walked closer to the girl and leaned into her, giving her a kiss on the lips. After one kiss Violet's anxiety had crawled all around her body and backed away, stunned in the moment, wishing that he would've just gone home instead of making breakfast. "I love that you did all of this but I can't stay. Gimple called me and asked for me to come in early before everyone else, so I have to leave now," Violet lied. Everything felt so rushed and awkward for the girl and she needed everything to end. She needed everything to stop before it was too late. "Just stay here, enjoy your meal, and lock the door on your way out." The girl said and walked away.

"See you soon!" Jeffrey yelled at the girl and sighed as the only response he had gotten back was hearing the front door close. He looked at all the breakfast he made and decided to make himself a coffee while making his own plate of eggs and bacon. He wished that Violet would've stayed and eaten the food; he wished that she would've told him sooner that she had to go so then he didn't wake up at five in the morning to shower and cook everything.

Making his plate of food and his cup of coffee he took a seat at the table and started to eat. While eating and sipping on the warm caffeine he heard the front door open, hearing Norman walk through the living room moaning and groaning. "Rough night?" Jeffrey said with a wide smile on his face, seeing Norman with glasses covering his eyes as he ran a hand through his unwashed hair.

"I had way too much to drink and passed out in the storage closet at the club. It's really surprising when you're drunk that closet is pretty comfortable." He said as Jeffrey giggled. "So, what are you doing here?" Norman asked his friend while grabbing the mug full of coffee on the counter, the coffee that Jeffrey had made for Violet.

"I drove Violet home and she offered me to spend the night," Jeffrey said to Norman as he took a sip of his coffee. He looked up and saw the man winking at him with a smile. "No, nothing happened, I slept in the guest room," Jeffrey lied to his friend, thinking it was best to not tell anyone anything about him and Violet just yet. Throughout his past relationships, he has always kept everything quiet. Never trusting anyone with that subject, especially other celebrities that could accidentally tell the media everything. He trusted Norman with his life, but the subject of him and Violet sleeping together was something that he needed to keep to himself.

After eating and drinking their coffees Jeffrey and Norman made their way to the set of The Walking Dead. They were almost done shooting while the writers already had everything planned out for the next season. For Jeffrey it was sad to think that everyone was winding down for the finale, not wanting the experience to end yet. He knew that he wasn't done with the show, that everyone will be back for the shows eighth season, but this year it was fun for the man as he met a lot of new people and made a lot of friends. Knowing that if he didn't sign to play the part of Negan he wouldn't have met Violet.

"Hello again," He said to Violet who was sitting on a couch going over her lines. "Did you find out why Gimple wanted you here early?" He asked.

"I don't mean to sound rude, but I have to memorize all these lines before shooting begins. Which starts in a half hour." Violet turned her head and went back to reading the script. After apologizing to the girl Jeffrey took a seat on the other side of the couch and stared at the set, knowing what Violet was doing. She wasn't the first girl he's been with that would ignore him after sleeping with him, but it was surprising to him, thinking that Violet wasn't that type of person to do that to him. He was getting close to the girl and he was trying his best to not mess anything up, but this time, he felt like she didn't care at all.

Ten minutes left before shooting and Violet sighed tiredly, not able to concentrate and focus on her lines. She had half of them memorized but for some reason with Jeffrey being in her view, the only thing she could think about was last night. Both of them naked in bed, Jeffrey laying on top of her, kissing her passionately as she trailed her fingers down his back. It was a heated night that she enjoyed.

"Hello?" Jeffrey asked with a raised eyebrow as he picked up his cell phone and stuck it to his ear. "Is..is he okay?" He said as water started to form in his eyes. Violet looked at him with a concerned face, hoping that everything was okay. "I'm on my way," He hung up the phone and stood up from his seat and ran off the set.

Violet sighed and placed the script on the table before standing from the couch and stretching her body. She walked off of set and saw Jeffrey speed out of the parking lot. She folded her arms against her chest and stared at the smoke from the car, wondering what made him leave so quickly. The girl turned her head to the left and saw Norman leaning on the brick wall with a cigarette between his lips. "Hey," She said to him with a friendly smile. "Can I have one?"

Norman inhaled on his cigarette and blew out the smoke slowly, debating if he should really give the girl one. They used to smoke together whenever Norman or her wanted to go out for one. At parties, special events, or even during breaks between filming. But now that he wanted her to try to keep herself clean from everything, he wasn't sure if it would be a good idea for her to have any. "Vi, I don't know..." He blurted.

"Please. It's not a pill and it doesn't have alcohol in it." Violet begged, giving her friend the puppy dog eyes.

"Fine. Just... Smoke it slowly." Norman said while digging his hand into his pocket, pulling out the pack of cigarettes he bought last night. Giving the girl a cigarette he also gave her his black lighter, knowing that she didn't carry one on her. Violet nodded a thank you to him. "So, how are you and Jeffrey doing?" He asked.

"I don't know," Violet said while taking a puff of her cigarette. "We've been hanging out...as friends... but that's about it. It can be confusing sometimes though."

"How so?" Norman asked.

"We argue a lot before getting along. And even when we're in the same room together we barely talk. It's always quiet...the kind of awkward quiet." Violet lied to his friend. She didn't want anyone knowing about how she's been feeling of Jeffrey. Not because she wanted to keep everything quiet but because she didn't know what she was feeling. It was always confusing for the girl as she was always jumping to the idea of dating to not dating and just continue being single. She took one more puff of her cigarette and looked afar, seeing a figure on the beginning of the trail that would lead into the woods. Violet cranked her head to the side and squinted her eyes, doing her best to have a better image of the figure that she was seeing. It was a man wearing a blue shirt and a pair of brown dress pants. A man that looked familiar to the girl. She couldn't quite see his face or say a specific type of colour his hair was besides dark, but it was a man...a man that she swore she knew.

"What are you doing?" Norman asked his friend.

"Do you see that?" Violet asked her friend while continuing to squint her eyes.

"See what?" He raised a brow.

"That!" Violet exclaimed while pointing her finger to the person that was now walking around.

Norman followed Violet's finger and found the entrance to the woods. When the young girl looked at him he shrugged his shoulders and shook his head no. Violet sighed and ran a hand through her hair. She rubbed her eyes with her hands and once she looked back up to see the mysterious man he was no longer in sight, thinking it was probably exhaustion that was making her see things. It was most likely due to lack of sleep. The girl hasn't had a coffee yet today because she had to run out of her house early and she barely got any sleep last night.

"Also, are you busy tonight?" Norman asked his friend. "I have a date tonight and I've never met this girl in person yet so I was wondering if it could be me, you, Jeffrey, and her at your house? If not it's fine." Norman said before Violet could answer.

"Uh...sure? You don't need to invite Jeffrey though." She replied.

"I just thought it would be better if you had a date too. So it's not awkward or weird or anything. You okay?" He asked, wondering why she didn't want Jeffrey over for dinner.

Violet coughed before saying anything. "It's not a date; it's more of a group hang, especially if Jeffrey tags along. What's this girl like? How did you guys meet?" Violet asked Norman, changing the subject. Using the word 'date' while talking about Jeffrey made the girl's heart skip a beat. She still wasn't sure what she was feeling for the man, besides it being one giant mess, and talking about going a date while involving Jeffrey made her cringe.

"I met her online. We've been talking for about a week now and I already planned on having her over at your house for dinner so that's why I was hoping you would say yes. So, I'm glad that you did."

"Oh..." Violet said while bobbing her head. "As long as this one doesn't pee on my carpet like the last one did," Violet said to Norman as they both chuckled, thinking about the past. Two years ago Norman had brought over a girl he met at a club to Violet's house for dinner. While eating a nice meal together the girl got frustrated with Norman and stood from her seat. Claiming that he wasn't giving her enough attention she stood on the rug in the dining room and stretched out her legs, peeing all over Violet's floor. It was a night that Norman wanted to forget, not knowing what he saw in her. But Violet always teased him about it whenever they talked about relationships, finding the whole incident funny. "What the hell did you even see in her?" Violet giggled.

"I don't even know," Norman chuckled. "But I've dated worst, trust me." He laughed once more before the pair of friends flicked their cigarettes away and made their way back onto the set.

Walking through the gates of Alexandra and down the street where the next scene will be played Violet was abruptly stopped while Norman continued walking. "Hi," Violet said to Gimple with a polite smile, hoping she wasn't in trouble and hoped her character wasn't going to be killed off. Whenever Violet got a call, an email, or a text from Gimple out of nowhere she always panicked, always thinking that she would be the next character to die on the show. "Is everything okay?" She asked, trying to remain calm. She's been apart of the family since day one and she had no intention of leaving the show.

"Oh, yeah, everything is fine. I just wanted to talk to you about your character," Violet gulped and bit down on her lip while scratching her arm nervously. "Don't worry, your character is still kicking. However, I talked with the other writers and we want your character to feel conflicted about the war and when she goes to the sanctuary by herself she sleeps with Steven Ogg's character, Simon. Is that okay? Are you okay with that?"

Violet smiled. From the start of her character, she wasn't only doing movies back-to-back but also doing television. Her first major role was in 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer,' and when that show ended she went on to do the spinoff 'Angel.' Shortly after she was on the teen soap opera show, 'The O.C.' and the fantasy show 'Heroes.' Throughout all of her time on television, she never had complete control over her characters and the storylines. However, from the start of the show, Gimple has always wanted to make everyone feel comfortable, something that she always loved when he always asked for her approval. "Yeah, I'm okay with that," The girl said with a smile. She has always been okay filming sex scenes, due to the fact that she's done them in the past, but this time with was somehow different for the girl. "Are we filming that scene today?" She asked.

"No, during the sex scene that happens with Simon and your character, Negan eventually finds out," Gimple continued. "Jeffrey isn't filming today due to an emergency so we plan on having a closed set tomorrow so we can shoot it. Me, you, Steven, and Jeffrey."

"Wh-what kind of emergency?" Violet stuttered in panic, hoping that Jeffrey was okay. "Is h-he alright?" Little pieces of hairs on her arms started to rise as she gulped while feeling her face turning pale. She wasn't sure how she felt about Jeffrey but she still didn't want anything bad happening to him.

"He had to go to the hospital," Gimple said. "That's all that I know."

"I'm sorry Gimple, but can you just do the scenes that don't involve me today? I have to go," Violet quickly said to Gimple as she made her way to the car. Driving away before anyone could stop her. Nothing was going to stop her, not even Gimple if they tried. Jeffrey had clouded her mind, not knowing if he was okay scared her the most. She had to go to the hospital to see him, to be there for him, as he did the same for her, even when he didn't have to.

Throughout the drive to the hospital, Violet couldn't help but only drive with one hand while she held a tight grip on her phone in the other. Calling Jeffrey non-stop, hoping he was doing okay. She tried calling him again and again and each time it went to voicemail her heart broke into pieces. The thought of him being hurt, the thought of him suffering without anyone by his side worried her. It scared her. She could barely focus on the road, thinking the worst possible things that could have happened to him. "Jeffrey, just please call me back when you get this." She said as her voice cracked, water soon starting to form in her eyes. "Fuck it!" She shouted at the top of her lungs she stomped on the gas, going through red lights, not caring if she was driving into traffic. She had to get to the hospital and she had to get there fast as the unknown scared her the most, it was something that always scared her.

...

When Violet pulled into the parking lot of the hospital she quickly hopped out of her car and burst through the hospital doors. "Can I help you?" She heard the secretary ask her but ignored her and continued running down the corridor. She was out of breath, sweat starting to form on her body while her heart pounded so fast as if it were a bomb counting down before it blows. She didn't stop running until she saw Jeffrey sitting on one of the seats in the waiting room with his face buried in his hands.

"Jeffrey?" Violet called out to him while inhaling sharply, doing her best to catch a breath. The moment Jeffrey looked at the girl with puffy cheeks and swollen red eyes her heart instantly crumbled. She was glad that he was alive and he didn't have any injuries but seeing him cry, seeing a side of him that she's never seen before hurt her. "What happened?" She said in a soft tone, doing her best to hold back her tears, not wanting to cry because he was hurting. "Gimple said that you went to the hospital and the moment he told me I made my way here," she explained.

"My son, Gus..." Jeffrey tried to explain to Violet but stopped as tears and sniffles took over his body. "He got into a car accident..." He sniffled once more. "I don't know if he's okay, Courtney is in there right now but she's refusing to let me in the room as him, not letting me see my own fucking kid!" He said while stomping on the floor as loud as he could.

Violet took a seat next to the man and embraced him with a hug. She held onto him with a tight grip as he buried his face into her chest sobbing. "I'm sure it'll be okay," Violet reassured him and rolled her eyes at herself. She didn't know what to say to the man, not knowing how to comfort him besides holding him as he cried. She was usually good at giving advice and cheering her friends up, but with this situation, she didn't know what to say. She never had a kid, she was never divorced...she didn't understand what he was going through. She felt disappointed in herself, wishing she could do more for him and wishing he didn't have to go through any of this.

She held onto him tighter as he did the same with her. With her free hand, she ran it through his hair multiple times, doing her best to calm him down. She could feel his heart beat against her chest, seeming like it was beating faster and faster every second. "I'm sorry that I can't do more to help you, I wish I could," Violet said to Jeffrey as she used her right hand to rub his back.

"You being here helping me," Jeffrey said as he sniffled, his words hitting Violet harder than she thought, making her want to cry.

"What the hell is this?" A voice said.

Violet and Jeffrey moved their heads and looked up at the voice. Jeffrey sighed as he saw Courtney standing in the middle of the hall with her arms crossed over her chest, giving Violet and Jeffrey a scowl look.

"Is he okay?" Jeffrey asked his soon to be ex-wife.

"He's alive. He'll be okay, he's just sleeping right now, but I don't want any visitors."

"You have to let me see him, he's my son," Jeffrey spat as he and Violet stood from the chairs.

"I'm still taking you to court for sole custody of him. This is the starting point. I already gave the doctor your name, informing him to not let you see him."

"Gus wasn't with HIS FATHER during the car accident, that was you," Violet continued, standing up for Jeffrey. "He is the father of your child, you can't be an ignorant bitch when you know that your son would like to see him. It's not a choice for you to make, it's Gus's choice."

"I'm sorry, but I'm not going to let Jeffrey see him. Especially when he's with one of his whores," Courtney continued as Violet's body began to tense. "Yeah, I know you, Violet. Read all about you since you're such a fucking icon in this city, even though you shouldn't be. You do nothing but crappy movies, you make crappy songs, you-"

Violet had cut her off. "It's okay I read about you too. You do movies too, right? You also sing, still struggling to get a record deal? I'm sorry about where's your Oscar? Where's your Grammy?" She said, making Courtney's face turn red. Jeffrey snorted, doing his best to not chuckle could be heard in the background.

"At least I didn't chase someone out of the bed to the point they drove so fast they crashed and burned," Courtney spat back, referring to Shawn. "I don't blame him for killing himself, for purposely crashing into that tree. He was a mess...a little pussy..."

Violet laughed in anger as she turned her hands into fists, squeezing her fingers with a tight grip. She walked toward Courtney who was grinning at her and swung, crashing her fist into her nose. Courtney fell to the ground with a bloody nose. As Violet was starting to lean over, ready to beat the hell out of this girl Jeffrey ran over, wrapping his arms around Violet and carrying her to the closest exit he could find.

"Violet, I'm so sorry that she brought up Shawn," Jeffrey said to the girl as they stood outside, connecting his hands with hers until she pulled back.

Violet paced back and forth with tears in her eyes. "That stupid bitch shouldn't be talking trash about Shawn, especially when she never met him. He's a man that didn't deserve to die... a man that I love and will always love deeply with my heart and soul."

Jeffrey looked Violet pacing back and forth. When she finished her sentence a frown started to grow on his face. A man that she loves and always will love? He thought as he felt his heart starting to tear.
