This chapter is a bit longer.
Danella woke with a gasp. She had another dream. The same memory dream of when she was sent to Midgard for her safety. This time, she had seen what had happened in the throne room whilst she, her sister, Frigga and Sif ran to the Bifrost. Her father was dead and her brother killed him. But only to keep her from harm.
His death did not bother her as much as it should have, it has been a long time since Alikay was considered her father. No, what bothered her was that Alfyse may still be alive. She knew that when Loki let go of the All fathers staff and became lost in the stars, he had survived. So Alfyse may still be out there somewhere, raising her half sister.
Now, what bothered Danella was that the threat of Alfyse was still being very real and that Angelique was still lost. It had appeared that Alfyse had a fail safe spell if she were to lose her chance. When Danella and Angelique were sent to Midgard, they were both turned back into little girls no more then three years old with no memory of who they were. But something happened to Angelique. Only once Heimdal was certain that she was found, he lost all sight of her. He could no longer see the other princess. He could only sense that she was alive and that her spirit was still dark.
As Danella stood, she sighed in frustration, pulling at her hair. She had been searching for her sister for five and a half months now, and she was no closer in finding her. She had went to Seattle and found that she had indeed meet with her sister again. She just did not know it at the time. Angelique Vanira had became Angela Webber. The daughter of a poor pastor and his wife. Who had soon lost favour when her adoptive parents had welcomed twin boys. It seemed that after she finished school, all traces of Angela Webber were lost. No word on were she was going, her now, ex-boyfriend, had said that she had gone from a shy, polite girl to a dark, closed off vengeful person after Isabella Swan was found to be the adopted daughter of Tony Stark.
Right now, she was in a some what run down motel. She could see the Pacific Wheel from her room. Laughing at herself, 'dad would have a fit', she though when she looked around the room she was staying in. Especially since her Malibu home was in the very same city she was in.
The tip she got that her sister may be around this part of her home city was from none other than her former mark, and sort of ex boyfriend, Johnny Storm. Despite being slightly-'possibly more than slightly'- pissed off that she indeed was working for her dad and SHIELD, he had heard of her mission and offered his help. So he made a few phone calls and suckered his sister into getting her husband to help track Angelique. He, meaning Reid, wrote a program, and through every camera in America, they traced her traveling along the West Coast of the US. The place she seemed stop was Los Angeles.
Her father, well, after New York and when she left to search for her sister, he did not take it all that well. He had told her that he may be his daughter, but he would not help her find someone that would willingly hurt her. Her sister was lost to all those who knew her as the dark young princess of Vanaheim. To her father, Angelique had a new life, why disturb her if she did not want to be found.
Now, Danella could have agreed, why disturb the peace that her once abused sister had found, but the threat of their half sister and mother in law was still at large. Their half sister, Danella knew that she would be raised to hate her. Alfyse wanted to rule, and after what had happened on Asgard, it was almost certain that Alfyse would be training her daughter took take over her plans.
Pacing, she sat on the bed, clearing her head, she pulled out her phone. Scrolling through her contacts, she was torn, should she call Johnny again, or should she try get her dad to try help. Hesitating, she took a breath, closing her eyes, she hit call.
Fidgeting while it rang, "Hello?
After a moment of silence between the two of them she spoke, 'Hi."
"Are you all right? What's wrong?" He panicked.
"No. Everything is okay. I just haven't any luck finding my sister yet." Running her hand through her hair, taking a seat on the bed, "I'm running out of time. I have two weeks to find her until Thor and Loki come back for me."
"He's still not helping you is he?"
"No, Johnny. He's not." She sighed. "He adamant that she remain lost. He does not understand the threat that remains in my sister and our step-mother."
"Do you need me to come help you? I'm sure my sister, Reed and Ben can handle a couple weeks without me."
"Only if your absolutely sure. But can you check and see if my sister is at least still here in L.A." Laughing quietly, she asked, "You know when you get here their will be all sorts of rumors going around, right?"
Johnny laughed too, "Can see it now, 'Johnny Storm trying too win over the Multi-Billion Dollar Princess?'"
"Isabella Stark- Soon-to-be Storm?' The press always make things out of nothing. Has she left L.A?"
"One Sec. REED!" Johnny yelled, causing Bella cringe at the voice level change. "Has Izzy's sister left L.A? Kay. Thanks. Babe, she hasn't left L.A. Or she's skilled enough to not get caught on camera."
"Okay. That means I'm not looking hard enough. When are you going to be here?" Bella asked.
"Seeing that I will be leaving after this call, later today." Bella could practically hear the smirk on his face.
"Still don't fly coach, Johnny?" She asked, laughing.
"Hey! Hey, like you can say anything, Miss Privet Jet." Johnny scolded.
"Not my fault my Dad is Tony Stark. He's back in New York, so I'm off to my house in Malibu, so meet me there?"
"Sure. See you later tonight Izzy." Johnny said before hanging up.
Shoving her phone back in her pocket, she hoped she was making the right decision on calling Johnny for help. But she didn't have much of a choice. Nat and Steve were dealing with something on the other coast, she didn't know where Clint was, Bruce was in another Third World country helping people, and her father, he was different. He was distant from her and Ms. Potts, and was currently trying to fix things between the two of them.
Sure, she could have called Charles for help, but with how things where with him, Johnny and the others seemed to be the best option with how little time she had.
==Later that Night- At Stark Manor==
"Excuse me Ma'am, but it seems that the Fantastic Four will be here in a few minutes." Jarvis interrupted her from running a trace on her fathers computers.
A small smirk crosses her face, "A few minutes Jarvis? No actual time? Usually your more exact then that."
Hearing the sarcasm as he spoke, "My apologise ma'am. I was trying to be more conversational."
Laughing, "Well, it's not working. How soon?" She asked, looking through several cameras.
"Three minutes. Might I suggest that you use the algorithm that SHIELD used to find Loki? That may be more effective then what you are doing now." Jarvis requested.
"You know what, that may work. May you start the program the while I go welcome them in, please."
She didn't wait for Jarvis to reply, knowing that he would do what she asked. Rubbing her arms when she stepped out onto the balcony to try and avoid the Pacific breeze. Smiling, when they landed the Hemi on the balcony. "Sue!" Bella yelled, running to give her a hug. "Come on in guys. I have Jarvis running a program to see if he can help me find my sister."
"Is Jar-" Reed tried questioning, but Johnny interrupted.
"Izzy's dad created Jarvis, Reed. He could probably find her faster then you ever could." He said, patting him on the back as he walked towards the house. "Hey babe."
Giving him a hug, "Hey Johnny. Come in. It's cold out here." As they walked in to the house, "As I was saying, Jarvis, have you found her yet?"
"No ma'am. But I have eliminated a lot of the city. Good Evening, Mr. and Mrs. Reed, Mr. Storm, and Mr. Grimm." Jarvis greeted them.
As they all walked in, Sue and Ben helped themselves to the kitchen, Reid went to one of the computers, Danella and Johnny went to sit on the couch.
After a few minutes of silence, Johnny was going to speak up, but Jarvis spoke up first. "Ma'am, I have registered that there are three highly unnatural creatures approaching the manor and they are coming in fast."
Standing up, "Show me the feed please Jarvis." Jarvis projected the feed, showing three fast moving blurs approaching her home. "Slow it down and enhance the picture." Danella requested, tilting her head as she saw who was approaching, gasping, "Let them in," she ordered.
"Babe, no. It might be a trap." Johnny tried to protest.
"And if it is, you and Sue can protect us easily. Jarvis, let them in." Danella ordered again.
"Very well ma'am." Jarvis replied, all the defenses could be heard as they were lowered.
Not even a minute later, the three vampires came barreling in. One of the yelled, "Belly-bean!"
"Emmett no!" Jasper yelled, coming to a halt.
But it was too late. Sue had reacted fast, throwing up her shield. Emmett had collided harshly, collapsing to the ground in a heap. With the amount of force that collided with the shield, Sue was sent back, she too falling to her knees
Glaring at the intruders, Reid stood tall with Ben and Johnny(who was completely lit,)at his side, protecting Sue and Bella.
Rosalie ran to her mates side as Jasper raised his hands in surrender. "We do not mean any harm. We are here to warn Bella."
"What do you mean warn me? Sue, drop the shield." As Sue dropped her shield, Danella walked forward, holding out her hand, "Give me your hand Jasper. It'll be faster this way."
Jasper slowly and uncertainly held out his hand, Danella held onto his hand, reading all the relaid information. Gasping, in both pain and panic, she let go of his hand. "Are you certain?" Danella asked, looking from Jasper to Rosalie.
As she helped Emmett up, Rosalie nodded. "Yes. I saw it all myself."
"What! What is going on here!" Reid demanded.
All three vampires looked over to the Fantastic Four, flinching when they saw Johnny. Before they could answer, Danella spoke, "I have to make a call." She looked to Johnny, "They are not to be harmed."
Danella walked out to the balcony, looking up to the nights sky, "Heimdall! If you can hear me, I am in need of assistance! Please tell Thor, Loki, Sif and the Warriors that I am going to need their help!"
After a few minutes later, she could see the Bifrost opening a few feet away. When the brightness of the Bifrost died away, she that they had all answered her call.
Thor walked forwards, pulling Danella into a tight hug. Slowly letting her go, he asked, "What's wrong Ella?"
Before she could answer, Loki pulled her into a hug. Mentally thanking her for making sure that he was brought forth to his mother instead of the Allfather.
When he let go of her, she spoke, leading them inside. "Lets talk inside. It is a lot to explain."
As they walked in, Thor asked, "Ella, why does Steve not have any clothes on?"
Danella looked over, noticing that Johnny did indeed burn off his clothes and did not have his specially made suit underneath.
Groaning and rolling her eyes, "Johnny. Clothes."
He looked down, laughing and unembarrassed, "I knew I forgot something this morning."
Ben rolled his eyes, grabbed Johnny's bag and threw it at him. As Johnny got dressed, Danella introduced them all to one another. Looking to the Asgardians, "I'd like you to meet, Reid and Sue Richards. Also known as Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman. Ben Grimm, or the Thing." He pointed to Johnny, "The idiot that burned his clothes off is Johnny Storm, the Human Torch. And yes, he does look like Steve. Together they make up the team of the Fantastic Four based in New York."
As he zipped up his suit, Johnny asked, " Babe, who are they and why are they here?"
"Babe? Danella is MY betrothed. I am Thor Odinson. My brother Loki. Danella's right hand woman, Lady Sif. Our friends, the Warriors Three, Hogun, Fandral and Volstagg." Thor boomed, feeling threatened by Johnny.
Grabbing hold of Thor's arm, she tried to calm him, "Love, relax. He was just an assignment when I worked for SHIELD."
"M'lady," Sif called, trying to break the tension, "Why are we here?"
Running her hand through her hair, "I have a vampire army after me. Rosalie, Emmett and Jasper," She motioned to the three vampires that were still standing in the same place, "Came to warn me. Apparently, these vampires have my sister and are being controlled be someone." Sitting on one of the couches, her head in hands, "Thor... they have Miss Foster."
"Why? Why do these creatures take her?" Thor asked, confused.
"They said it was a distraction. That you would focus on trying to contain her and leave Bella vulnerable." Rosalie answered. She looked to Danella, who nodded, telling her that she could continue telling what was going on. "Edward and Alice offered their service to this, being, I don't know who are what it is, but they call it 'Master.' It controls minds or something because they also have Carlisle and Esme. But what makes matters worse, they have Jasper's sire, Maria, and Victoria. Together they are creating an army of newborn vampires. Their army however, should be impossible. The combined number is two hundred and thirty newborns. That is if they are not destroying each other and if they are not adding to their army."
Jasper took over from there, "Why that number should be impossible is that, that amount of newborn vampires would be extremely hard to control. In my early days as a vampire, I was known as the God of War. I trained armies of newborns for my sire, Maria. The numbers I trained were nowhere near what they have. Another thing, Maria had a knack for finding humans that would be useful to her. So there is a good chance that vampires in that army could have some sort of skill."
Emmett added on, "Victoria, for example, she had a way to always find escape. The wonder twins," he said with an eye roll, "Edward can read minds and Alice can see the future based on peoples decisions. And there was talk of their master sending in a spy. We don't know who the spy is or who this person looks like."
Danella looked to everyone in the room, they all were in different stages of shock.
"This is quiet the mess your in sister." Loki spoke first.
Danella looked to Loki, letting out a dry laugh, "Yeah. A lot more then the fourteen people can handle alone."
"Ma'am." Jarvis spoke, "It won't be just the four of you. Mr. Stark is on his way back to Malibu. And he is accompanied by the rest of the Avengers."
Johnny scoffed, "now he choses to help."
Danella either didn't hear Johnny or simply choose to ignore him. "Jarvis."
"Yes ma'am?"
"Did you call my father or did he bug his own house?" Danella asked.
"Of course I did, ma'am. I heard you all talking about your life is in mortal danger. You are a Stark ma'am. Your safety is my concern. As soon as you said you have a vampire after you, I connected the call and Mr. Stark has heard every word that was spoken." Jarvis answered.
Rubbing her forehead, "Are they still listening?"
"Oh you can bet that we are." Her father answered, his voice going through the intercom. "Why didn't you call me instead of calling on the Fantastic Four?"
"Now is not the time to talk about this dad." She said with an eye roll.
"I saw that." Her father scolded.
"I may be your daughter-"
"Actually you're not. He was just the man who took care of you when you were sent here." Loki spoke up.
"Loki!" Danella scolded, "He is my father just as much as Frigga is our mother!"
"Oh yes, you are nearly twice your father's age." Loki replied as if he was commenting on the weather. "We will live to well over a thousand, where the Midgardians will be lucky to see a hundred."
"Who the hell are you to talk to me like that about my daughter, Reindeer Games." Tony snapped.
Loki rolled his eyes at the old insult regarding his helmet. "Her brother. She tells me things she would never tell Sif or Thor. Whether it be about you, Odin or Angelique."
"And what, pray tell would my daughter complain about me?" Tony scoffed.
"Meals all over the world? Over compensating on your guilt. She would never tell you, but she always tells me."
"Your lying!" Tony yelled over the intercom.
"Oh, Am I?" Loki asked with a smirk on his face, "You raised her as the princess she is, then you abandon her as if she were a mere peasant unworthy of your time."
"Loki! Enough!" Danella pleaded.
"Is it truly a surprise that when you were dying and did not tell Ella, that she run to Miss Romanoff? Then you leave her to try and find her sister by herself. Can you truly not believe that she would rather call on the Fantastic Four and us Asgardians then ask her own father for help."
They all heard the quinjet land outside, Tony stormed inside, grabbing Loki by his collar, throwing against the wall. "Say it again! Say it to my face!"
"Put my brother down!" Thor demanded. "I said put him down Stark! Now!"
When Tony didn't listen, Steve and Clint grabbed him off Loki. When they struggled to contain him, Danella snapped. "ENOUGH!"
But that didn't help. Everyone went from yelling at each other, to yelling at her.
She looked to Jasper, he nodded. Looking to everyone in the room, concentrating, he tried to get the room to calm down. But with all the anger and conflict in the room wasn't making it easy. He looked back to Danella, shaking his head. There was no way he could sway these people.
"Jarvis, could you..." Danella pleaded. Moments later, there was a loud screech cut through the house, silencing everyone, making them cover their ears. "Thank you Jarvis."
"It was no trouble at all ma'am."
Looking to her father, "You left me to find my sister by myself. Cutting me off from my sister and the others. So yeah, I called Johnny." She turned to Loki, "I trusted you! I trusted you not to say a word!" She looked to everyone, "So what I have a vampire army coming after me. I need all the help I can get. But this is not going to work if you all cannot get along!"
After a few minutes of silence, everyone started yelling again.
Grumbling to herself, "Oh yes. Quiet the mess you are in, Danella."
