(Hei gaiz, I'm so sorry if I didn't update last month. My Internet got jacked up again and I had to save the story in flash drive and then upload it in one of the computers in the Internet Café in our neighborhood. Oh well, this chapter is gonna be long. So sit back, relax, and enjoy J
And oh, do correct me if I get some of the terms wrong)
It was a Friday afternoon. The whole day was normal, except for people still chattering about the issue that concerned Natalia and Toris.
"Hey, peeps are still talking about that picture, huh?" Feliks blurted out, as he fixed the things in his bag.
"Yeah…well…at least we took down the post, eh?" Maddie said as she looked at Toris and Natalia, smiling.
"Well it will have to do, won't it?" Natalia calmly added.
"Yep. I pretty much think it would."
"Anyway, let's head out shall we?" Toris insisted as he hung his bag around his shoulder. And then the four headed out of their classroom and to the corridors.
The crowds seemed thinner than usual. People awkwardly gazing at Toris and Natalia were becoming fewer than usual.
"Oh well, all is good," Natalia thought to herself, eyeing the decrease in people gossiping around them. The group then passed by Mia and Roxanne. They passed by them as if they were invisible, not minding them at all so as not to make a fight brewing. Then, Mia glanced at Maddie, turned back to Roxanne and asked, "Hey that twin-tails girl, who is she?"
"Oh, that's Maddie Williams. It's surprising she actually got friends," Roxanne replied, pausing for a moment.
"Loser friends, that is," she mockingly added.
"Hm. Well I've noticed her usually hanging around them though," Mia recalled.
"Well you know what, I think she could be useful to send that Natalia bitch to oblivion," Roxanne smirked.
"Oh, do tell."
Roxanne moved her lips closer to Mia's ear and softly whispered,
"We could use her to ruin Natalia. To make her do what I tell her, let's leak out some of her 'personal stuff',"
"Ooh. Good thinking," Mia remarked.
"But then, let's observe her for a while before putting the plan into action."
"Right. Just you wait."
"Hey attention-whore, made some new friends, hm?" Carl, a bully, said mockingly as he tugged at one of Maddie's twin-tails.
"H-Hey! Let go!" she demanded, trying to wiggle free from his hold.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing?" Natalia walked in, giving Carl a glare.
"Oh, it's Ms. Loser. What do you care, anyway? Move aside if you don't wanna get hurt," he demanded, tugging at Maddie's hair even stronger.
"Just let her go and there won't be a fight," Natalia insisted as she stepped an inch closer.
"Make me."
"Fine then," Natalia rolled her eyed and reached for the scissors in her pocket, and pointed it straight at Carl's face.
Meanwhile, Feliks and Toris were walking, unaware that Maddie got in trouble, and Natalia threatening a bully with scissors. Toris felt the group was incomplete. He turned back to notice that Maddie and Natalia were way behind them and saw them stuck in a certain part of the corridor. Worried, Toris turned to Feliks and said,
"Hey, it seems that they got in to trouble."
"Huh? I thought they were right behind us all this time," Feliks responded in disbelief.
"Anyway, I think we should help them," Toris suggested.
"Okay."
Both of them ran towards the two girls. But then as they neared Natalia, she looked at them rushing towards her and gave them a glare that clearly says "Do not interfere."
So they did as she signified.
"Let her go or I'll fucking stab your eyes," Natalia demanded threateningly, pointing the tip of her scissors at Carl's left eyelid.
"Ugh…" Carl grunted. Threatened, he let go of Maddie's hair and Maddie ran away towards Toris and Feliks, scared.
"Have I made myself clear?" Natalia said, lowering down her scissors at a comfortable angle.
Carl nodded as a reply.
"Good. Now run along," she commanded as she pushed him away. Eventually, she walked away and walked towards the group calmly, without even saying another word.
"T-Thank you, Natalia…" Maddie said gratefully as she smiled nervously at her.
"It was nothing really," she humbled herself.
"Girl, were you fierce there!" Feliks remarked enthusiastically.
"Well then."
For a few minutes, there was awkward silence. The group ran out of ideas on what they wanted to discuss about. Then after walking a few yards, they arrived at the school gate and headed out to the side walk.
"Hey, since I have free time…is it okay if I hang out at Natalia's place..?" she asked, smiling.
"Well, is that okay with you, Natalia?" Toris turned to look at her, and asked.
"Sure," she replied blankly, without any trace of emotion.
"Let's hang out like the hell of a group we are!" Feliks shouted as he wrapped an arm around Maddie's shoulders.
With that, Natalia gave a faint smile. While walking towards the nearby train station, they chatted happily, not even mindful of the noise they were making. After a 15-minute long walk, they entered the station. They then rushed themselves to the ticketing kiosk and got themselves a ticket.
One by one, each of them got themselves individual tickets and slid them through the ticket barrier. They passed through the rotating metal spokes of the barrier, and then sat on the usual bench fronting the train tracks. Now what was left for them was just to wait for the train.
Five minutes of chatting with one another.
Their train finally arrived. The four of them hung their bags over their shoulders and walked towards the train's open door. They took a seat beside each other on an unoccupied seat, just facing the window.
"Finally. I don't have to hold on those railings anymore," Natalia said as she recalled the past embarrassing experience she had in a train.
"Yeah. We wouldn't want that 'accident' to happen once again," Feliks added teasingly as he directed his gaze at Natalia. She looked away, and flushed slightly, making herself want to forget about that embarrassing situation she was caught in days ago.
"Eh? What are they talking about?" Maddie asked as she gave Toris a curious, puzzled look.
Toris was quite alarmed as images of that day randomly popped out of his mind. He blushed and gave an awkward look.
"Well that…I can't tell…"
"Come on, I'm interested~" Maddie insisted excitedly as she hit her elbow gently at Toris's arm. Then Maddie felt someone poking her left shoulder. She rotated her head to see who it was.
It was Natalia.
"Hey…I'll tell you…if you want…" Natalia hesitantly offered as she looked away.
Interested, Maddie leaned her ear closer towards Natalia's lips.
Natalia leaned in closer and cupped her hands around Maddie's ear, and whispered to her that embarrassing moment.
"You see…just days ago, when I was holding on to the railings, I suddenly lost balance, I fell on my chest and my underwear was exposed to the public…" Natalia said in a straightforward manner despite the humiliation.
"Oh my gosh that is embarrassing," Maddie commented as she covered her mouth with bothhands.
"Yeah…"
Natalia moved her lips away from Maddie's ear and resumed her original position.
"Damn, I've never expected for her to be THAT open," Feliks commented as he bit his nail.
"Well…they're both girls," Toris added.
And then, a brief moment of silence.
Seven minutes later, the train halted at their stopped. The pressurized doors opened, bringing along a swarm of people towards it.
"Oh well let's just sit here until the crowd thins out," Maddie said.
As the crowd began to thin out, the four of them stood off their seats and headed outside. Then, they headed out from the train station and into the sidewalks, heading towards Natalia's place.
"So…given the fact that the three of you are headed in the same direction, I'm assuming you must be neighbors?" Maddie guessed as she held on tightly to the strap of her backpack.
"Well yeah…" Natalia replied as she gave her a quick glance.
"Must be cool being neighbors," Maddie gave a giggle.
"Yeah, we could copy each other's homework," Toris said with a grin.
"Hm. Hey Natalia, do you have any siblings…?" Maddie asked.
"Yeah. I do. Two of them particularly, and I happen to be the youngest," Natalia responded as she glued her eyes to the sidewalk.
"Well…you're lucky…" Maddie added, looking rather down.
"Hey Maddie, are you okay?" Toris asked, concerned.
"Yeah…it's just that…I miss my sister," Maddie replied, slightly tearing up.
"Well where is she now?" he asked curiously, but carefully so as not to trigger something.
"Well…when I was still a kid, my family went on a vacation in Hawaii. We lost her in a boating accident…and it was all my fault," Maddie began to sob as she covered her tears with both hands.
"And after that…everything was just so lonely…"
Hearing this, Toris wrapped his arm around her shoulders and comfortingly added, "Well we're here for you, Maddie. Think of us as family now."
Maddie's eyes widened up in delight as she looked at him.
"R-Really? You mean that?" she asked, a single tear streaming down her cheek.
"Don't you think so, guys?" Toris gladly asked Feliks and Natalia.
"Well if ever you need advice or shoulder to cry on, I'm here," Natalia said kindly with a smile.
"Like, let's hang out and have fun or something!" Feliks said with a grin and a thumbs up.
"You guys, really…"
"I love you all," she gave them all a group hug.
"Ahaha..we love you too, Maddie," Toris added.
"Anyway let's get going, shall we?" Maddie said delightfully as she broke them free of her group hug and wiped away her tears.
"Okay," Natalia smiled.
After a couple of yards walk to Natalia's apartment, they arrived.
"So you live here?" Maddie asked, as she looked at the pale exterior of the building.
"Yep. With my siblings," she replied as she opened the iron gate, its rusted hinges giving a squeak as it turned. She headed in and everyone followed. They headed to the winding staircase towards Natalia's apartment unit. And with each step, a clattering noise. After climbing the flight of stairs, they arrived before her apartment unit. She twisted the brass door knob, headed in and was greeted by her sister.
"Welcome back, Natalia~" Yekaterina gleefully welcomed as she trotted towards her.
"Oh, and who are those you have with you?" Yekaterina wondered as she peeked behind Natalia's shoulder.
"My friends," she blankly replied.
"Oh well then," Yekaterina giggled as she scratched her head.
"Anyway, do come in," she warmly welcomed them with arms outstretched.
"Thank you," Maddie said with a gentle smile and walked in the apartment unit.
"No problem."
Then, the other two followed and took a seat on the couch and put their bags down on the carpeted floor.
"Guys, would you mind introducing yourselves to sistra?" Natalia asked of them calmly.
"Not at all," Maddie cleared her throat and started to introduce herself.
"H-Hi..I'm Maddie Williams. I'm Natalia's classmate."
"Well nice to meet you. I'm Yekaterina Braginskaya, Natalia's big sister," Yekaterina said with a smile as she shook Maddie's hand.
Then, she moved on to Feliks.
"And you are?"
"Like, I'm Feliks Lukasiewicz. Natalia's classmate as well," he introduced himself proudly, followed by a hair flip.
"Well nice to meet you," she shook his hand.
"I'm Yekaterina Braginskaya."
After introducing herself to Feliks, she moved on to Toris.
"Oh hi…Yekaterina," Toris greeted.
"Hm. Looks like I don't need to introduce myself, huh?" Yekaterina remarked, giggling.
"Yeah, well…I'm Toris. Toris Laurynitis. I'm Natalia's classmate as well."
As she heard the familiar name, Yekaterina's eyes sparked with interest.
"Oh, You're that guy Natalia keeps on talking about," Yekaterina put a finger on her lip as she recalled.
"Ehh?! She talks about me?!" Toris asked in disbelief, flushing a deep red.
"Fufufufufu~" Feliks smirked in the background.
Natalia turned around so as to cover her embarrassed expression.
"Well yeah, she talks about you almost every day. Right, Natalia?" Yekaterina asked casually as she turned to her,
"Shut up, sistra,"
Embarrassed, she immediately lied down on her bed and covered her face with a pillow.
Seeing that her little sister was embarrassed, Natalia gave a little smirk.
"Anyway Toris, nice to meet you. Take care of my sister for me, would you?" she requested.
"Y-Yeah…sure.." Toris agreed.
And then, the usual handshake.
Yekaterina let go of his hand, walked towards the door, and grasped the door knob.
"Oh well, I'm going to get Ivan," she notified them.
"Who's Ivan?" Feliks asked.
"My brother," she replied with a smile, headed out of the room and slammed the door shut.
"That Toris is quite cute, I must say," she chuckled and headed downstairs to Ivan's apartment unit.
After a few clattering noises and steps, she arrived before Ivan's door. She then hit her knuckles against the white, wooden door repeatedly, giving a knock.
"Hello Ivan? Natalia's already here," she called out.
"And oh, do get some snacks for the guests," she added.
"Guests? I'll be right over," Ivan responded as he got a tray of pirozkhi, walked towards the door and creaked it open. He locked the door and headed back upstairs with his big sister. Then, they arrived back at Natalia's apartment unit and walked in. Ivan looked around to see new, unfamiliar faces on the couch.
"Oh, seems that we have visitors here, hm?" he remarked as Yekaterina walked in and shut the door.
"You must be Ivan," Feliks said as he raised an eyebrow.
"I am. How'd you know?" he asked.
"Yekaterina told me."
"Oh. And you are?"
"Feliks Lukasiewicz. That brunette dude beside me is Toris and that blonde, twin-tails girl is Maddie," he introduced, as he pointed at his friends individually.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Ivan Braginsky," he introduced himself with an innocent smile.
"Nice to meet you too."
"Oh, and anyone want a pirozkhi?" he gladly offered a tray of pirozkhi in front of them.
"Sure," Maddie took one and gave it a nibble. And then, the other two followed. Ivan placed the tray on a table beside the couch, and headed to Natalia, bounced on the mattress and ruffled his little sister's hair.
"Hey Natalia, I know you're not sleeping~" Ivan said playfully.
"Cobrat. It's just you,"
"Something happen?"
"Nyet. It's nothing, really," she replied in a muffled tone as she pressed the pillow against her face.
"Oh, really?" Ivan smirked.
"Yes, really,"
Then, Yekaterina called out Maddie, Feliks and Ivan.
"Psst. Mind coming here for a while?" Yekaterina called out, peeking out of the door outside as she gestured for them to come closer.
"Oh well. Looks like sistra is calling me. I'll see ya," Ivan said as he headed outside the apartment unit along with Maddie and Feliks and shut the door.
"So, uhm…what was the reason you called us here…?" Maddie asked as she looked at Yekaterina while twiddling her thumbs.
"Have you noticed that Natalia acts weird around Toris?" Yekaterina gave out one of her observations.
"Most of the time," Feliks blurted out.
"So sistra, is it like, Natalia's in love or something?" Ivan guessed.
"Something like it. The other day, she told me that her heart pounds faster and she suddenly flusters when she's around him," Yekaterina explained, her hands on her waist.
"So it's gotta be something…right?" Maddie said.
"I mean, they just met this week so…I think it's a crush type of thing…?"
"Hmm. True. But it's possible it's something else," Yekaterina commented.
"So? What do you want us to do?" Ivan asked.
"Here's the plan. Gather 'round." Yekaterina said as the group huddled together.
"Maddie, Ivan and I, will pretend to go out, hang out or something but we'd actually just do some eavesdropping outside Natalia's room," Yekaterina whispered.
"What about me?" Feliks asked.
"You see that air vent there?" Yekaterina pointed at the air vent on the ceiling.
"That connects to Natalia's room, so I want you to crawl through it quietly and stealthily and spy on them," she instructed.
"But that air vent's like, 8 feet from the ground and what about the exhaust fan in there? I'll get chopped to pieces!"
"Well Ivan is a 6-footer, so I suppose he could give you a boost. And about the fan, it's located in another part of the vent, don't worry."
"Well about the boost, would that be okay with you, Ivan?" Yekaterina asked.
"Sure, but why are we spying on them?" he asked curiously, a finger on his chin.
"I just want to confirm if my suspicions are correct or not," she replied firmly.
"But they just met this week-"
"I know. But it's possible, don't you think?" she added with a giggle.
"Guess so."
"Anyway, let's start. Maddie and the rest, head in and think of a believable enough excuse why we're 'going out' and then head back out. Once you head out, be careful not to be in the door's way. Your shadows might be seen from the inside and they'll know we're spying on them," she instructed.
"Any excuse will do, right?" Maddie blurted out in doubt.
"Yeah. As long as it's believable and logical enough. But then I'll just do the excuse part," Yekaterina replied.
"Well..let's go then?"
"Okay,"
With that, they all headed back inside Natalia's apartment unit.
"Hey, what took you so long?" Toris added cheerfully as he followed them with his eyes.
"Oh, it's a secret. I'll whisper it to you," Yekaterina said.
"Sure."
Toris leaned his ear towards Yekaterina, and then whispered a believable enough excuse.
"Actually, since Natalia's birthday is soon, we were planning a surprise for her."
"Oh, I see."
"Don't tell her, okay?"
"Okay."
With that, Yekaterina moved away and headed closer to the door.
"We'll see you in an hour…" Maddie informed as she waved goodbye.
"See you," Toris replied.
"See you later, Natalia~" Yekaterina blurted out teasingly.
"Yeah, whatever," Natalia rolled on her bed as she covered herself with the sheets.
The group went out, off to do some eavesdropping.
"Okay, let the operation commence," Yekaterina said softly, feeling pumped. They moved out of the doorway, careful not to let their shadows be seen from the inside.
"Okay Ivan, now carry Feliks on your shoulders," Yekaterina instructed as she pointed at her brother.
"Okay," he replied in affirmation. He then knelt down the floor and looked at Feliks.
"Get on."
"Okay," Feliks replied and got on Ivan's shoulders. Ivan secured his hold on Feliks's shins and stood up, walked towards the air vent.
"That's your cue," Ivan said as he looked up at towards him.
"Okay," Feliks reached for the grills of the vent, and then set it aside inside. He gripped tightly on to the edge and stood on Ivan's shoulders.
"Ugh..you're heavy…" Ivan commented, feeling the weight on his shoulders.
Feliks hoisted himself up and gave himself a tight squeeze through the air vent.
"Okay Maddie, stomp on the stairs repeatedly," Yekaterina instructed.
And Maddie did as she said. She made clattering noises on the stairs, making Toris think that they actually went out.
Feliks crawled in the air vent as stealthily as he could until he could see a view of Natalia's room. But then, he accidentally kicked a wall of the vent, and amplified a thunderous noise.
"Shit," he cursed under his breath.
"Hey, did you hear that?" Toris asked.
"Probably just a cat," Natalia disregarded as she curled up in her bed.
"Hm." Toris didn't even bother to look at the vent were Feliks was obviously spying on them.
Meanwhile, the other three eavesdropped, waiting for something interesting to come up.
Toris stood up from the couch, headed towards Natalia and sat on her bed.
"H-Hey…" Toris called out, stuttering as he blushed.
"Yeah?" Natalia turned to face him and got the pillow off her face.
"Is it true…what your sister said..?" he asked, taking a glance f her eyes.
"Y-Yeah. You're quite interesting, so…" Natalia replied as she looked away, flustered.
"I see."
Then, Natalia sat up, got the sheets off her and fixed her gaze on his eyes and gripped his arm.
"I like you," she said in a straightforward manner.
Toris was startled at what she said.
"I like you," she repeated another time.
"So…does this explain about the kiss the other day…?" he asked, taking several pauses.
He nodded as a response.
Toris's heart skipped faster. Feeling the uneasiness, he pursed his lips.
"Just as I thought. She does like me.
But then why do I feel so uneasy?
We just met this week but then…"he thought.
"A-Anyway, is it okay if I get some water?!" he sprung up all of a sudden, attempting to erase that air of awkwardness.
"Y-Yeah…the glass is by the sink and the pitcher's in the fridge," she directed, blushing.
Toris headed directly to the kitchen and poured himself a cold drink. He slammed the fridge shut and placed the glass back on the sink. He stepped out of the kitchen, and back to Natalia. Just as he was six inches away from Natalia, he tripped on something on the floor and landed on Natalia, his chest pressing against hers.
Their faces were so close to one another. Just a single inch, and they end up kissing.
Natalia was startled, but looked surprisingly calm, her striking purple eyes focusing on Toris, studying his expression. Toris was frozen, wanting to get off but couldn't as his eyes were focused on her lips.
He leaned closer to touch them, yet at the same time fighting the temptation to do so.
Natalia closed her eyes, as if she was expecting it all along.
"No. What am I doing? Why am I suddenly drawn to kiss her?
No, Toris.
You musn't do this.
Keep yourself together," he thought, conflicting ideas popping up in his mind.
"Oh my God, they're going to kiss," Feliks whispered to himself, excited.
Feeling the rush, Natalia cupped both of her hands on Toris's cheeks, as if wanting their lips to collide with one another. Seeing the gesture, Toris, without a trace of hesitation, leaned in closer and kissed her. Natalia wrapped her hands around his neck, pulling herself against his chest tightly.
She bit his lip, begging for an entrance, which he gladly gave. Toris opened his mouth, their tongues pressing against each other and ended up being tangled. She gave out a little moan, and took a gasp of air, and then wrapped her legs around his waist.
"Why's it suddenly quiet?" Yekaterina whispered to the other two, having noticed the sudden silence.
"Silent? How do you explain the moaning?" Ivan remarked.
"Moaning? Oh don't tell me—" Yekaterina pressed her ear against the door to hear all the commotion inside.
"No, no. Maybe it's something else," she convinced herself.
"I hope so," Maddie added.
"Oh my. Horny teenagers," Feliks commented in a whisper tone, his hands grabbing on to the grills of the air vent. Feliks enjoyed his little show until the hinges of the air vent give out a loud creak.
"Shit," he cursed again.
A split-second after that, the grills creaked open, snapped, fell on the floor and gave a loud, clanging sound.
As he heard the nosie, Toris pulled out to see what was all of that.
He straightened up his back and looked up to see Feliks, taking a peek at them in the air vent.
"Hi," Feliks said nervously as he scratched his head.
Realizing that Feliks was watching them all along, Toris was utterly humiliated.
He immediately got off Natalia, walked towards him with an obviously pissed glare.
"Shit. I have unlocked his alter ego," Feliks remarked, slightly trembling.
"Must escape."
As Feliks was about to slide out of the vent (which was on the wall), Toris grabbed hold of Feliks's hair and dragged him down, slamming him against the floor.
"Oh seriously Feliks, fuck you," Toris said, glaring at him as he pulled Feliks by the collar.
"H-Hey dude, chill. Everything's cool, okay?" Feliks tried to reason out as he flailed his arms around.
"Cool?! How the fuck is eavesdropping on me supposed to be cool?!" Toris roared as he shook Feliks briskly by the collar.
"Dude, I'm sorry. I'm not gonna do it again, I swear!" he vowed, creeped-out.
"Uh-oh. Seems like our cover's been blown," Ivan remarked, having heard the argument inside.
"Well at least the three of us haven't been found," Yekaterina blurted out.
"Yeah…for know, I think…" Maddie said, pressing her ear against the door, and eventually moving out of the doorway.
Toris let go of Feliks and stood up.
"Get the the fuck out of here before I do something else," he demanded as he glared at him and pointed at the door.
Without a word, Feliks heeded his words and headed outside to the others.
"What happened?" asked Yekaterina.
"Hey, you're not going to believe this," Feliks said, gesturing them to come closer.
"What is it?"
"You see…Natalia and Toris just kissed. Like, dirtily kissing," he replied.
"Really? I thought it was something else," Yekaterina said.
"Something else? Like what?"
"Oh, nothing," she giggled.
"So who started the kiss?" Ivan asked, interested as he folded his arms in front of him.
"Natalia did."
"Wow. I never knew Natalia was capable of such things," Maddie remarked in astonishment.
"I'm sorry," Toris faced Natalia as he scratched his head.
"No. It's okay," she replied calmly, her eyes focusing on Toris despite the suddenness earlier.
Toris shrugged it off and smiled nervously.
"Anyway…since it's a Saturday tomorrow…do you want to hang out?" Toris asked, a slight blush forming on his face.
"You mean…just the two of us? Together?" Natalia wanted to make sure.
"Y-Yeah…"
With this, Natalia's heart started to race.
"My God, is he asking me on a date?
A real-life date?"
She thought to herself as she pursed her lips.
"I'm in," she replied sternly.
"I'll go pick you up at 5 PM, then?" he said as he picked up his bag and hung it around his shoulder.
"Sure.."
"Okay. It's settled then," he smiled.
Just as he was about to head for the door, Natalia stood up from her bed and grabbed his arm.
"Wait."
Natalia gave him a sudden kiss, her fingers intertwining with his, their tongues touching slightly.
Toris closed his eyes and wrapped his other arm around Natalia's waist, pulling her closer. They then gave it a little twist, pausing for air as they kissed. They parted lips and gave each other's eyes a stare. Toris unwrapped his arm from Natalia's waist, and Natalia let go of his hand. She licked her lips and pushed him away.
"Anyway, bye," Natalia looked away and headed straight to her bed.
"Yeah…bye then.." Toris waved at her, stunned, and headed outside.
"Ugh God, why'd she suddenly do that? And why did I even give in? I mean—" he mumbled to himself, blushing as he caressed his lips. He then turned around to see Maddie, Ivan, Yekaterina and Feliks having awkward grins on their faces.
"Eh? What's the matter? I thought you were planning for Natalia's birthday," he asked with a puzzled look.
"Asked my sister on a date, did you~?" Ivan smiled, his hands clasped together.
Toris widened his eyes in shock.
"B-But how—Why-" his words were all mixed up as he was finding the right words to say.
"Take care of my little sister, would you?" Ivan requested and patted Toris's shouder.
Toris blushed and nodded in affirmation.
"A-Anyway…we'll…be going.."Toris said as he waved nervously at them and grabbed Feliks's arm.
"Oh well, we'll look forward to your next visit," Yekaterina said warmly.
"Y-Yeah..thanks."
Toris ran down the stairs in embarrassment as he dragged Feliks along with him, heading straight to their apartment,
"Oh well, I didn't expect for Natalia to get a boy ahead of me, huh," Yekaterina commented, followed by a chuckle.
"I see~" Ivan smiled.
"Anyway Maddie, can you manage to go home by yourself?" Yekaterina asked kindly.
"Of course," she replied.
"And oh before you go, do get your bag," Yekaterina reminded Maddie.
"Ah yes, thank you for reminding," she headed back inside and got her bag from the floor.
"Anyway, Natalia…I'll be going. See you on Monday.." Maddie said as she slinged her bag around her shoulder.
"Yeah…" Natalia tossed in bed.
"And oh…since Feliks's bag is still here, should I turn it in myself or leave it here instead…?" Maddie asked, noticing Feliks's left-behind bag on the floor.
"I'll just turn it in myself," Natalia replied.
"Okay. See ya.." Maddie went out and shut the door gently and said her goodbyes to Yekaterina and Ivan, and went on her way.
"Anyway, let's head back to our rooms, shall we?" Yekaterina suggested.
"But how about Natalia and dinner?" Ivan protested.
"Oh, I'll just bring her dinner up to her room. I don't think she wants to be around us at this time."
"Well as you say so, sistra,"
They then headed downstairs towards Ivan's apartment unit to get themselves some food.
"Ugh God, why was I so stupid enough to even do that?"
Natalia thought to herself as she covered her flustered expression, although no one was around.
"But then…" she paused for a while and caressed her lips.
"It was nice…somehow…" she said out loud, smiling faintly. While thinking of such, she flushed even redder.
"Ugh Natalia seriously you stupid bitch," she slapped herself in the face,
"But then…I couldn't understand that feeling. Why couldn't I just fight the temptation to do it? When he kissed me, it's as if I was inviting him all along to do so. Is this love or is this just Mother Nature doing its wonders?"
She wondered, squeezing the sheets in between her knuckles.
-CHAPTER 6 END-
(Oh well guys, that was it for chapter 6 8D It was long, but I hope you liked it
P.S. More kissing to come)
