Aisha sat in the sofa as Flora came downstairs wearing a strapless mini pink dress with a black belt around her waist. On her feet were black ankle high heel boots.
Aisha saw her and said. "Look at my hot Grandma. Who is the lucky guy that got the chance of dating you?"
"His name is Nabu. It's-."
Aisha cut her off. "Nabu? As in tall, dark, brown hair and sexy looking Nabu, who goes to my school?"
"Well not sure about sexy looking but he is the one." Flora answered. "It's-."
"Grandma, I really like him." Aisha jumped to her feet. "I have had a crush on Nabu for a long time now. How could you go out with him?"
"Girl, if you would stop cutting me off I will tell you the rest of my story." Flora yelled.
"Sorry." Aisha whimpered.
"Nabu asked me to meet him at Club Revolution to talk about you." Flora explained. "He has a crush on you also but is too afraid to admit it so he wants me to find out if you like him before confessing his feelings."
Aisha smiled. "How about you meet him at the club and I will come by later and have a talk with him."
"That sounds great. So hurry up and change then meet us at the club." Flora replied as she walked through the door.
Aisha smile widen as she stormed up the stairs to get ready.
Flora sat by the bar waiting for Nabu to met her. Her mind kept on flashing back to Helia. Even though they have parted ways years ago she still had feelings for him.
"I should have gone with him." The brunette whispered.
"What was that?" Nabu asked. "Who should you have gone with?"
Flora turned around to see Nabu wearing black pants with a purple shirt.
"It's nothing." Flora sighed.
"Come on Flora." Nabu took a seat. "You are helping me with Aisha, the least I can do is help you with your problem."
"I am still in love with my ex." She admitted. "He has made it clear that he doesn't return my feelings."
"Why did you two break up in the first place? Was it that bad that it couldn't have worked?"
Before Flora could answer Diaspro came up to them with Helia beside her.
"Nabu, I told you never to show up with losers." She pointed to Flora.
"You better get your finger out of my face before I break it." Flora stated.
The blonde moved finger out of the way. No one has ever back talked her before.
"Anyway, how about you show me where this DJ is. I want to know if he is any good."
"Sure." Nabu got up. "I will be back in a few minutes, Flora."
"Sure." She replied.
Once Diaspro and Nabu walked away Helia took a seat. "Why are you going out with this clown?"
"Why do you care?" Flora questioned. "Are you jealous, Helia?"
"Why should I be jealous? You were the one that gave me the divorce, remember? I just signed the paper." He pointed out.
"I do remember." Flora felt something stab her in the heart. "You clearly didn't and still don't love me."
"Where did you get that idea that I didn't love you?" Helia was thrown off by the statement.
"Leave me alone, Helia." Flora got up and ran out of the building.
Helia ran after her.
Nabu and Diaspro soon came back to the bar and wondered where Helia and Flora disappeared to.
The brunette ran till she stopped in the middle of the city's park. Sitting on a nearby bench tears began to shed.
"Flora, we need to talk." She heard Helia's voice. Looking up, she saw the raven hair male trying to catch his breath. "Where did you get the idea that I didn't love you? I loved you from the moment we met."
Flora sighed. "If you loved me so much you would have never given me that divorce."
"I only signed the papers because I thought it would have made you happy." Helia took a seat beside her. "I have and will always love you, Flora Knightly. That has and will never change."
Tears continued to fall. "I love you too, Helia. That hasn't changed over the years and it never will."
Helia leaned forward and planted a kiss on Flora's lips. The brunette gladly returned the kiss. Wrapping his arms around her waist, Helia moved Flora closer to him.
Parting ways Helia kissed away the tears. "I should have never let you go woman."
"Helia, I need time to take in all of this." Flora whispered, kissing his cheek.
"Take all the time you need, my Flower Princess." Helia said, sincerely. "Don't think that I never loved you. My heart still beats for you even to this day and that will never change."
Flora blushed at the nickname Helia gave her. She hasn't heard that in years.
Kissing her lips once more, Helia never wanted it to end. Parting for air the two had a smile planted on their lips.
"I better get home." Flora stood up. "Good night, Helia."
"Good night, my Flower Princess." He rose to his feet. "I will give you all the space you need and will wait for you, no matter what."
Reaching home Flora saw Aisha sitting on the sofa, wearing the same outfit she had on earlier.
"Aisha, I thought you went to the club to meet Nabu." Flora looked surprised to see her.
"I did go to the club and I saw Nabu dancing with Krystal. She is one of the girls from school." Aisha informed her. "Maybe you were misinformed of his feelings towards me."
"Sweetie, Nabu has feelings for you. He told me that himself." Flora reassured her. "Don't you believe me?"
"Of course I believe you." Aisha sighed. "Grandma, if you haven't noticed guys aren't attracted to me. I never had a boyfriend before and the only guys that hit on me are the one that only want sex then leave."
"Sweetie, you are one of the most beautiful and amazing girls I have ever met." Flora told her. "Your Prince will come soon, I feel it."
"Thank you, Grandma." Aisha felt a little better. "How was your night?"
The two shared a hug before Flora told her what happened.
