As the team arrived in Dorean Citadel, they all crept through the iron gate. The town had recently suffered from attacks to their city- forcing them to put up a giant stone wall around the citadel in a haste. It was poorly done, with rough edges and emerging holes. Entirely unsafe and useless. Carts and horses and people would race by so quickly; the whole town was on edge and hurrying. As they all cautiously made their way to the center, they met up with the mayor. She had long, wavy blonde hair, and the same body type as Lucy. Part of her hair was put up in a bun in the back, and her long white and thing dress flowed around in the wind. The top of her dress was made like a kimono and the end feathered out. "Hello," her soft voice spoke. Lucy's eyes dialated and constricted repeatedly- this woman seemed farmiliar. "Several members from Blue Pegasus have sent a rather sickly disease on the animals in our forests. It has caused many cases of rabies and other wild things that have made the animals mutate and attck.. we need you to help us." The gang looked at each other, "we're on it!" Natsu shouted as he slammed his fist into his hand virtically.
Everyone walked off, back towards the gate, but Lucy glanced back, making eyecontact with the woman as she dissipated into the blackness of the town's center-building entrance.
Later on.. at the Gilly Pub in Dorean Citadel..
Erza fueded with tough local citizens, and grey and natsu fueded over who was more handsome. They both approched the dishevled Lucy in a rage, "Lucy! Who's better!?" they both silmutaniously shouted.
She sighed in response, "I don't know," and they both looked at each other. A stranger in the dim corner of the room signaled for them to go over. Grey and Natsu suspiciously went up to him as his eyes gleamed. He wore a brown fur coat covering him from head to toe. "You could always bet on it..." the man grumbled. The two of them echanged glances, liking what they heard.
"Go on," Grey plead. "You could see who's better, by seeing which one of you could make that girly over there fall in love with you.." Natsu blushed lightly and looked down. "That's not very-" Natsu started to speak, but the man waved his hand in front of them with spell rings on his fingers. "Deal!" Natsu and Grey both yelled, agreeing to this horrendous bet.
Everyone sulked back to their room at a low-rent nearby inn.
TAP, TAP, TAP. Lucy opened her eyes slightly, to see a blurr at her window. She sat on the edge of her bed to notice it was a woman wearing a cloak, standing there. The sky was dark gray and foggy and Lucy's room was damp. She rose into the heavy air and slowly made her way to the window. The woman glided backwards, tipping her hood back in the wind. "Lucy-luu," the woman whispered lightly. "Casan?!" Lucy quietly shouted as she flung her window open.
The woman kept gliding backwards, not moving her arms or feet. Her golden hair sprawled across her and flew around, sending lilac petals throughout the air. "Lucy-luu!" she softly called. Lucy's vision became somewhat blurred, yet she leapt out her window after her. She ran and ran trying to keep up, but she kept sliding back, still facing Lucy. They made their way out into a feild before the woman stopped. Lucy ran up and wrapped her arms around the warm being. Soon, it turned cold and she fainted to the mosit ground- grasping nothingness.
"Luuu?" Lucy awoke to Natsu's comforting voice, "Why're your pajamas soaked?" She laughed, "I don't know," they giggled at it together. "Everyone's already down at the gate, consulting the gaurds and preparing. You coming?"
"Yah," she smiled, "I'll be right there." Natsu got up and left and Lucy slowly got out of bed. Had she dreamt it? As she gathered her things, she had yet to discover the lilac petal key in her key-holder.
