Her golden orbs stayed on the door, this time not looking through the window of the classroom. Amu's steps slowed down as she neared the door. Taking a quick glance at the hallway clock, she knew that she wouldn't want to wait out here for the next five or ten minutes.
Making a split decesion, Amu headed inside the classroom through the back door, ignoring all the looks she was receiving from the students and the teacher. The only one she really saw was that kid with blue hair; as soon as she had seen him, she scowled. Suddenly wanting to leave the classroom and wait outside.
Her pride got in the way again, she wouldn't leave, it would make it seem as if he had won this round. She didn't even know what kind of a game they were playing, yet she didn't want to lose.
So instead of high-tailing it out of there, she kept walking in the back of the room to the empty desk near the window. Figuring it would give her some peace of mind to be away from all the other kids. While she was on the left side of the room, most of them were on the right. Closer to the doors.
She took out her headphones, and drowned out all other noise, ignoring the weird looks from her teacher. She took out her notebook, and started to chew on her pen. It helped her to think, and now everyone else in the room wasn't that much interested in her anymore she could concentrate even more.
Amu kept looking at her writings from early this morning, and when she thought about her parents who had supposedly locked her inside her room she laughed to herself in her mind. They were so idiotic. The door could be locked, yes - however, it was to be locked from the inside, they only had the key that could do that from the outside. All she had to do was turn the lock and open the door. It made her want to burst out laughing, but that wouldn't do because she couldn't draw any more attention to herself, especially since what happened at lunch yesterday.
It seemed so far away...shaking her head, causing her pink locks to hit her face, she looked back down at her notebook which lied innocently on the desk in front of her with a frown on her face.
Where should she start? She only has the basics of the basics. She started to make a list of materials she or Ami would need on the run. Then she came up with several places that they could use as safe-houses. As she wrote down the word 'safe-house', she thought about the mansion from this morning, or yesterday. She glanced up and caught the same prussian haired teen looking at her. Glaring at him, Amu quickly looked back down and continued to write in her notebook.
Eventually, and for this teen is seemed like forever, the bell rang, and all the students from this homeroom started to get up from their seats. They were all going up to their friends to talk to them while going on to their next class. She put her book away in the desk compartment, as to not draw any students attention towards it. Blue eyes were staring at her book and she narrowed her eyes. When it was away the same eyes narrowed their eyes at Amu, not in a menacing way, but a questioning way.
Soon his eyes lit up with slight anger and the boy turned around to leave the classroom. Amu, feeling thuroughly confused, watched the boy's back as he left and when he did leave she was snapped out of her revire. She forgot about the teacher in here.
Their lips were moving, but Amu couldn't hear and Ms. Teacher noticed this. She gave the pinkette a frustrated look and made a motion of taking out her headphones. Amu quirked her eyebrow, ready to say something that would make her sound like a smart-ass. Something like, 'I didn't know you were allowed to wear headphones sensei.'
But, alas, the door was opened again, and the students filled out in their respective seats. Leaving Amu to fall asleep at her desk.
...
Feeling something coming towards her head, or even near it, Amu shot up. She was met with the suprised looks of her teacher and some other students that had stayed behind she guessed. Looking at the teacher, she saw that she had a book in her hand and was about to slam it down on the desk to wake her up. It was a good thing that at least Amu didn't attack her or anything.
Amu, over the years, grew to be a light sleeper. Waking when doors were slammed, sleeping wherever she could; so a sudden movement caused her body to react naturally.
She took her headphones out and turned her phone off to save the battery this time before grabbing her only book and leaving the classroom. As she was at the door the teacher called her back, saying that she had to talk to the now annoyed teen.
Gritting her teeth, Amu stayed and waited till everyone else left the classroom before looking expectantly at the teacher. The teacher sighed and made her way to the front desk.
"Amu..." The teacher hesitated, and it got on Amu's nerves, although she didn't care about her other classes, she didn't want to be held up.
Making a motion that meant for her to go on, Amu crossed her arms. Tapping her foot against the floor as she tried to be patient and wait for something to be said.
Clearing her throat the teacher started to talk again, and it made Amu freeze, "You're failing this class. I'm afraid that you're going to need to make up a lot of work in this week or else I will be forced to give you a tutor."
Amu, 1. didn't have any time what-so-ever for any make up work, and 2. could not possibly have a tutor. It was too risky. Though she figured that she could just blow both of them off just long enough for her to get Ami out. That would actually take about 2 weeks at the most. So the first week - this week- she was good, however next week would be dangerous water. Having to avoid the tutor wihle making sure that the teacher wouldn't call home about her to her 'parents'.
Amu nodded absent-mindely, mentally adding to her plan that she would need to get all their stuff out of the house first before they actually left. It would be safer that way, and quicker. She just needed a place to put all of these things. Where could she put them...
The teacher told her something but she wasn't listening, and Amu walked out of the classroom into the empty halls, her feet leading her to her next class. Whatever that class was. Her mind preoccupied with information she deemed more important than school.
She arrived at her next class, or just a random classroom, and walked in passed the teacher to a seat in the back. Only a few stared at her including the teacher, though the students were the ones whispering about her. The teacher tried to enforce some sort of a system but when Amu's response for being late was just, "Time", then he couldn't do much about it. Discouraged, he continued his class ever-so-often glancing at the pinkette who was suprisingly writing something in a notebook. Though he had a suspicion that it wasn't for his class.
The same went on with the rest of her teachers. Of course the rest of the time she wasn't late, but she would continue to write down her plans in her notebook and teachers would get suspicious as to what she was writing. They knew she never took notes so it was not really normal for Amu to do this. That and the teachers would usually hear something about Amu, Saaya and the lunch period. Some were worried, some just didn't care. All-in-all, it was what Amu suspected. As long as they would leave all her alone, she would be able to somehow get through the days.
She was writing furiously in her notebook when the bell rang, signalling that it was her lunch period. Students rose, some having already packed up their stuff, and the rest lingered behind with Amu. Looking up, her golden orbs glared at those who were watching her, she closed her book and started to get up. They quickly darted their heads away, some dared to glance back occasionally. This made Amu weary. It was almost lunch, and the last time she went to lunch something bad happened, well not too bad she hoped.
Seemingly indifferent, Amu gathered her book and pen and left the classroom aware that those students were following her. She picked up her pace and was debating whether or not she should go to the cafeteria. Taking her chances, Amu took the route to the cafeteria, slowing down her steps.
Taking a casual glance behind her, Amu saw that many of the students that she may have had class with were following her pretty loudly. They made it real obvious that something may happen during this lunch period and it did nothing to make Amu feel any better. She made sure her steps were slower and more pronounced, trying to avoid the inevitable.
She tried a small pep talk with herself, but that only succeded in making her feel worse about herself, so as she reminded herself about Ami and about her pride, she walked through the cafeteria doors.

Lie: Hahaa! Sorry, I just wanted to stop it right there and leave it at an obvious cliff hanger :P
Truth: So many people will now hate you at this moment.
Lie: NOOOOO! But I can't change it now! I already have the next chapter written, I'm just trying to edit it - very slowly, might I add. BE PATIENT PLEASE! I know that I haven't done the best job with editing my works but it would help if you could point some mistakes out. I speed type and then rarely go back over it to make sure everything is correct.
Truth: Well that won't make them any happier.
Lie: *goes into a corner to mope around and sulk* D:
Truth: I don't know where everyone else went actually...well anyway: R&R, give support, all that author stuff.
