A/N: A little sillyness to get us in a weekend sort of mood.

5.12 Dead To Rights: Eppy begins with Michael being carted away from the loft towards a federal holding center, for the murder of Max. Jesse and Sam rescue him, and are able to convince Pearce to let him go to Tavian. He talks to Tavian, while wearing a wire, and gets him to admit to killing Max. Then Tavian kills himself before giving him any other interesting information. After a long night of debriefing, a very tired Michael heads home to find Dead Larry waiting for him. He's kidnapped a DCI psychologist, Anson, so he can use his information to break into the British Consulate. They break in, Larry's going to kill Michael, Fi blows him up, and somehow the whole Consulate goes up, killing the security guards who are there. Michael and Fi are perplexed, and talk about it, with Fi saying she killed those men. Anson pops up, turns out he's orchestrated the whole thing to get blackmail material on Fi, and gives them an ultimatum. Help him or Fi goes to prison for killing those men.

5.12.1

He walks up the stairs to the loft with a goofy smile on his face. More "connecting" tonight. Oh yeah, he can get behind that.

Pearce is in the loft, and with that a sense of foreboding begins. This can't be good. But he puts his game face on, just because it's not good doesn't mean it might be personally bad for him.

Or it could be very, very bad.

His blood froze when he saw the charger on the screen. Everything in the world just went wrong.

Later, in the backseat of the armored SUV, feeling utterly deflated, wondering how today could get any worse, a thought hits. When he gets to wherever they're taking him, they're going to go through his pockets and find a semen-soaked sock.

It's official; things are now worse. He debates trying to sneak his hand into his pocket and shove the sock between the car seat cushions, but Pearce is glaring at him, and has been the entire ride.

He hears car engines revving, and catches a small flash of blue out of the corner of his eyes.

Maybe things are about to get better.
