"Mistress, why so gloomy today?"
"For the last time Azgup, will you please call me by my name?!"
"Well mistress, what is your name?", he says, jumping on my stomach.
"Jeez you're heavy Azgup," sitting up. "It's Enulaia."
"Enulaia? Why did they name you that?"
"My mother was a mage remember? Well when Arthas invaded Silvermoon, my mother was summoned there before became pregnant with my sister."
"You have a sister?"
"I have two. None of us have the same father. Our mother was an adventurer. My oldest sister was a night elf. It was still a taboo to intermate among the races."
"We're just gonna sit here all day aren't we?"
"Azgup, it's been a long week. I'm tired. Besides, this is a nice lake and the murlocs are leaving us alone."
"But Drusilla said we should head to Stormwind City so you learn how to summon a voidwalker. Remember?"
"I know, I know, I know. I want to relax first. We've learned a lot since leaving Westfall a month ago."
"You never finished your story."
"Oh yea, anyway. My mother met this young night elf priest in Silvermoon. He was there to help with the healing. Like I said, she had been summoned to help the "blood" elves. There wasn't much she could do. The two of them met and fell in love. They never married. His hair was the color of an emerald. They were together for about 5 months when she learned that she was pregnant. He had been summoned home to Mt. Hyjal. He died in the battle for the mountain. She weeped for many months."
"Then what happened."
Its starting to get dark now. I don't want to return to Goldshire any time soon. I'm glad I already gathered all the materials to build a decent fire. Azgup dives into the water to grab some fish. I could have just used my fishing rod but all well. Azgup resurfaces with two medium-sized fish.
"Watch this."
I'm standing about 10 feet away from the neatly placed logs. I may not be a mage like my mother, but I sure as hell can light a fire with my hands. Casting incinerate on the logs has been my proudest moment of the day. It's not much but it suits me. I hand Azgup a stick to put his fish on. He doesn't hesitate to stab the fish with the stick. I at least bother to descale my fish before stabbing it. Life really has changed since meeting Azgup.
