A/N: Sorry this had taken so long. School sucks.
Nothing really to say much here I guess...
Well, I'm not quite sure when I will get the next one up, but I believe the next one should be a bit more 'plot based' so to say. Um...Something big will happen next chapter, and I won't say exactly what (to keep you guys guessing) but, I believe what I have planned should happen next. If not you guys can chase me down with a talking turtle and force me to clean your giant flying unicorn things.
Thanks to Everyone who reviewed.
Enjoy!

Harkinian House
12:11 AM
Link was lying on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. There were a bunch of lines on the ceiling that made no sense whatsoever. He could make out the shape of a dinosaur, but that seemed about it. The people who designed the ceiling really had nothing better to do with their time did they?
He turned to his right and looked at the end table. This used to be Zelda's old room, before she had moved out, and it doesn't look like anything had changed all that much. The walls were still white, the carpet was still the shade of forest green, and the bed was still in the center of it all. It was plain, not filled with her posters or most of her things anymore.
One of the only pictures left in the small room was on the end table that Link had just turned towards. It was a picture of them, when they were about 10. Link had short hair, was wearing a white dress shirt, and his broad smile showed the missing tooth he had. Zelda had her hair in a braid, a light blue dress on, and a ring of flowers in her hair. It was at Sheik's parents wedding, which was weird because Sheik was already 10 at the time they had finally gotten married.
The door had opened and in walked Zelda. Link sat up.
"I talked to Crystal." Zelda said.
"And?"
"Her boyfriend broke up with her after she told him she was pregnant and hasn't talked to her since." Zelda said as she got into the bed next to Link.
"Well that's stupid of him."
"I know. It's his kid and he doesn't want anything to do with it. It's partly his fault for the baby, he should at least help!" Zelda said angrily and crossed her arms, looking at the foot of the bed.
"It's okay. We could always help," Link said as he wrapped an arm around her, trying to calm her down.
"That's not the point Link!" Zelda almost screamed, but remembered everyone else was probably sleeping.
"Then what is?"
"It's the fact that-" Zelda sighed. "Nothing, it's late, we should go to bed." Link nodded and lazed back down towards the bed. Zelda put her head on Link's chest and wrapped up into him. Link kissed her head.
"Good night," He said. Zelda didn't say anything, but she did cuddle closer to him.
"Link." She said.
"Yeah?"
"I don't want to have sex until I'm married." She turned her head towards him, Link just stared at her. "Look at my sister, she had sex before marriage and now her boyfriend isn't going to help with the baby. Plus Sheik, his parents had him before they were married, his dad left for five years before coming back and marrying my aunt. I just don't want that to happen, and I don't want to fear of that happening until I'm married. I want to know that if I'm going to have a kid, then the man that I'm going to have it with is going to stay. Is that okay?" Zelda said as she looked up at him pleadingly. Link just smiled at her.
"What would make you think that it's not okay?"
"What everyone was saying at dinner today, talking about how we haven't done anything yet. They're probably just waiting for us to do something. I know that you were probably thinking about getting over with."
"Zelda, I don't want to do anything until you're ready, and if you want to wait until you're married, then that's fine with me. We don't have to do anything." Zelda kissed him.
"Thank you."

Harkinian House
2:30 PM
The day went by rather quickly. Zelda and Link had woken up around 8:00 and had breakfast with her family. Her mother and sister weren't speaking to each other during it but, they did seem to not be mad anymore. Zelda's family was such a loving family. Her grandparents had shown up around noon, along with her aunt, uncles, and cousins. Everyone was laughing and having a good time with each other. Link mainly kept to himself, or followed Zelda around. Link knew the family well but, didn't really know how to act with a family, only having himself and his grandmother.
"Ah Link!" One of Zelda's uncles said. This one was named Mike, one of her father's brothers.
"Hello, Mr. Harkinian." Link said as he shook Mike's hand.
"Please, please, you're apart of this family now, call me Mike."
"Uh..." Link said, not sure what to say to the 'being apart of the family' thing.
"Uncle Mike!" Zelda said as she came over and hugged her uncle.
"Zelda, how are you?"
"Good, good. How are you?"
"I've been doing good. I was just talking to Link here. He seems to have grown up quite well."
"Yes he has," Zelda agreed. Link just smiled.
"I remember when he was just a small guy, coming around with his grandmother, Ann. You would drag him everywhere with you Zelda. It was the funniest thing."
"Yes, I remember that," Zelda said.
"We used to laugh about how it was going to be one hell of a prom picture."
"Prom picture?" Link asked.
"Yes, yes! All of us adults used to joke about how you two were going to go to prom together, which you two did end up doing."
"Only as friends." Zelda corrected.
"You say that now, but look at you two, a half a year later and living together!"
"Yes, and we're dating, sir." Link said.
"Dating! Oh yes that was also what we joked about! How you two were going to end up together, get married, and have-what was it?-Twenty kids Zelda?" Mike said as he gave a look at Zelda who turned beet red.
"Twenty kids?" Link asked.
"Yes, Zelda used to say it too, if I recall correctly. We would bring up marriage between you two and she would agree to it! Mind you, she was 6 or 7 at the time. As you two got older, you guys would always deny it. Then you end up going to Senior Prom together, living together, and now you're telling me that you two are actually in a relationship! I guess us adults could see the future! Now just for the wedding and the twenty kids." Mike laughed. Zelda chuckled uncomfortably, she grabbed Link's hand as something to do.
"Sir," Link said.
"Yes?" Mike said as he wiped under his eye.
"I don't think having twenty kids is a smart idea in this economy, and I think Zelda and I would go insane around the tenth kid!" Mike laughed to that.
"That's a smart idea! Maybe only a couple kids." Zelda looked up at Link and smiled.

Harkinian House
8:30 PM
Everyone soon left and it was just Mrs. Harkinian, Mr. Harkinian, Zeke, Crystal, Zelda, and Link left. Mr. Harkinian was sitting in his green chair, Mrs. Harkinian was doing dishes, Zeke and Crystal were sitting at the island, and Zelda and Link were sitting on the couch.
"So, do we open up presents now?" Zeke said.
"Sure, honey, start passing them out." Zeke nodded and went over to the tree. He started riffling through the presents, making sure there was none for the party that they were having tomorrow. Zeke started making piles in front of everyone for their respective presents.
"Dad." He said to himself as he added a small present to Mr. Harkinian's pile.
"Mom."
"Zelda."
"Crystal."
"Me."
"Crystal."
"Zelda."
That's how it went for the next few minutes. Everyone soon had a good pile of presents in front of them, everyone except Link. Link was fine with it though. He didn't really expect a present, he did get a present from them when he was younger but, that stopped after he had told them, at the age of 16, that he didn't want them spending money on him. They did however, give him 40 dollars every year.
"Link." Zeke said. As he passed a present to Link. Link took it and looked at it.
"It thought I told your parents not to buy me anything?" Link whispered to Zelda. Zelda swatted him.
"Just accept it."
After all the presents were handed out, there seemed to be about 10 in front of everyone, again with the exception of Link, who had surprisingly gotten 3 presents. Link asked Mr. and Mrs. Harkinian about why he had gotten presents.
"Well, you're dating Zelda now, and we think that you should get presents for that." Mrs. Harkinian said.
"And for making her happy," Mr. Harkinian added. Zelda took Link's hand after her father had said that.
The presents were all opened and everyone seemed to have gotten what they wanted. Zelda got clothes, some DVDs, and other little hair things. Link had gotten a police shirt, a shirt of his favorite football team, the Ordon Broncos, and a sweatshirt of the same team.
"Thank you Mom!" Zelda said as she kissed her mom on the cheek. "And you too, Daddy!" She did the same to her father.
"You're welcome dear."
"Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Harkinian."
"You're welcome, Link."
Zelda and Link had gone off to bed after that.

Link and Zelda's apartment
9:56 PM
Zelda was sitting in the living room. She and Link had gotten home a few hours ago, not wanting to do anything, Zelda got changed and was watching TV. Link was changing right now.
Zelda was watching the Seinfeld Christmas special, The Red Dot.
Link had come into the living room, wearing his Pj's and holding something behind his back.
"What have you got there?" Zelda said as she motioned to Link's hands.
"Uh, your Christmas present."
"Link, you didn't have to get me anything!"
"You may say that now but tomorrow you would be pissed that you didn't get anything." Zelda rolled her eyes as Link plopped down on the couch next to her. He took the present out from behind his back to show a long, small, and thin box. Zelda took the box.
"What is it?"
"Open it." She unwrapped the red wrapping paper to reveal a box. She opened the box to look at the necklace inside. It was a silver necklace with a single Z on it, the Z had diamonds in it. Zelda gasped.
"Link, this must have cost you a fortune!" Zelda complained. Link smiled at her.
"Price doesn't matter," He said as Zelda put the necklace on, "Merry Christmas, Zelda."
"Merry Christmas, Link." Zelda kissed Link.
