Chapter 7

All plans the team had for the day were all shoved aside when a group of bank robbers decided to hold up a bank and one of them shot and killed a cop and now had JJ's husband Will held hostage inside suffering from and gun shot wound as well.

Spencer twisted his hands together nervously as he and Kevin made their way to the scene worried about his teammates after the explosion almost took all of them out. Fortunately he had figured it out before it occurred and the mission was aborted just as everyone was about to enter.

A huge sigh of relief poured from Spencer as he saw Aaron hurrying around the scene trying to control the commotion appearing to be unscathed.

With all of the craziness the two men didn't have time to exchange any words with each other than what was directly case related and the rest of the day turned into a blur as the team worked franticly to find and save Will and Henry.

Everyone was breathing a sigh of relief that everything was over and Issy Rogers was behind bars and Will and Henry were safe and JJ was at the hospital with them along with Rossi.

Spencer looked up to Aaron's office seeing him moving around in it through the window wishing he could go up there and throw his arms around him and hold him as close as possible. Instead he remained at his desk and kept silent as the other's chatted around him.

"Hey everyone. Dave wants to know if everyone is free tomorrow night?" Aaron called out from the catwalk outside his office.

"If he's buying, yes." Emily mused.

Everyone else nodded in agreement at Emily's statement.

"You hear that Dave? Were in." Aaron smiled and hung up the phone.

"So what are we doing tomorrow night?" Derek asked.

"JJ and Will are getting married and Dave is throwing the wedding for them in his back yard." Aaron grinned.

"Well it's about time!" Penelope cheered. "People I'll see you there tomorrow because I just need a shower and my bed." She added getting up from her seat.

"Me too." Emily added hopping up.

Derek and Strauss followed behind.

"You coming pretty boy?" Derek asked.

"I just have one more thing to do and I'm heading out. See you tomorrow."

"Ok."

Once the bull pen was cleared Spencer got up and made his way up the stairs and down the catwalk to Aaron's office and stopped inside the open door.

"Hey." He said softly seeing Aaron bent over his desk.

"Hey." Aaron answered softly looking up from his file.

"Everyone else left for home so I wanted to come up and finally ask you how you're doing?"

"I'm fine but now that the adrenaline rush is over I'm crashing." Aaron smirked.

Spencer moved on into the office and closed the door behind him and strolled over to the window and pulled the blinds closed. He then turned around and looked wantonly at Aaron with his wide doe eyes.

"I just wanted a minute alone before we head home for the night." Spencer whispered.

"What do you have in mind?" Aaron asked quietly.

"Honestly I'm not sure." Spencer blushed looking down at the floor.

This was his first attempt at being seductive and he felt he was failing miserably.

He heard the chair pushing back from the desk and the sound of Aaron's shoes moving across the floor toward him.

Fingers slid beneath his chin and gently lifted his head to look up at the man standing before him. He could tell his cheeks were flushed and he felt very awkward at the moment.

Without a word Aaron bent down and softly placed his lips on the side of his exposed neck. A winded gasp escaped from Spencer's mouth.

"Is this what you had in mind?" Aaron asked pressing a kiss under his ear.

"Mmm yes." Spencer sighed.

Strong arms wrapped around Spencer's waist and drew him in close. Slowly the lips on his neck moved up to his jaw line and then up finally to his mouth.

The soft sounds of lips moving together and rapid breathing filled the office as the two clung to each other.

Spencer wanted nothing more than for Aaron to pull him to the floor and tear his clothes from his body and take him completely. Instead he began to feel Aaron slightly pull away from him.

"What's wrong?" Spencer asked not wanting to loose the contact.

"Nothing is wrong. I just need to stop this before I can't any longer." Aaron panted lightly.

"I don't want you to stop." Spencer pleaded nuzzling back into the man he loved.

"We're not going to do this here Spencer. It's been a long difficult day and we need to just go home and get some sleep and I want to spend some time with Jack before he goes to bed." Aaron said kissing the side of Spencer's head.

"Ok." Spencer said reluctantly letting go of Aaron.

Aaron brushed his hand over the young man's face with a grin and then stepped over to his desk to grab his things and turn off his desk lamp.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked.

"I just need to grab my bag."

Once Spencer had his bag the two walked together to the elevator and rode it down to the parking garage.

"See you tomorrow." Spencer smiled before getting into his car.

"Ok." Aaron smiled back.

Aaron closed the door to his apartment and sighed as he dropped his keys on the table. Before he could get any further into the room he was grabbed and pulled into a hug.

"I'm so glad to see you." A soft voice said into his chest.

"I'm fine." He said putting his arms around Beth.

"I saw some of the news feeds after Jack went to bed. I can't believe what happened." She gasped.

"Well it's all over now." Aaron said pulling away from the hug. "Thanks for staying with Jack and taking him on the bike ride today."

"No problem. He's a great kid. Do you want me to make you something to eat?" Beth asked hoping that she might be able to stay a bit longer.

"Thanks but no. I really just want to go and kiss Jack and go to bed."

"Ok. I'll just head out then. Do you want to have lunch tomorrow?"

"Actually I was wondering if you would like to attend a wedding with me tomorrow evening?"

"Who's getting married?"

"JJ and Will. She finally gave in and said yes and Rossi is putting it together at his house to surprise them tomorrow."

"I'd love to go." Beth smiled then reached up to give Aaron a kiss.

Aaron closed his eyes and leaned down to take it. Beth reached up and put her arms around his neck and kissed him warmly and long. It was nice having someone worry about him and be there to kiss him goodnight.

After a minute she pulled back and grinned up at him.

"Call me tomorrow?"

"I will. Goodnight." Aaron smiled opening the door for her.

"Goodnight." She said before walking out.

Aaron climbed into his bed and pulled the covers over him and sighed. Tomorrow he would be attending the wedding of two people he cared for very much and his entire team made it through another rough case in tact. It was going to be a good day. The only thing that had him worried was that he'd invited Beth to be his guest and Spencer was going to be there.

Rolling over in his bed Aaron could feel a stirring in his boxers as he thought about the sexy young virgin that he was kissing earlier in his office. A low moan emanated from deep inside as he continued to imagine the feel of soft pale skin across his lips.

Unable to stop himself Aaron brushed his hand over his tented boxers and slowly slid it inside and stroked himself into a hazy state of bliss.

The front door to Rossi's mansion opened and Aaron walked in with Beth and Jack. He quickly scanned around to see if Spencer was near but didn't see him.

Derek, Emily and Penelope were huddled together on the far side of the room so he motioned for Beth and Jack to follow him to where the group was gathered.

Penelope quickly made her escape from the group seeing that Kevin had just arrived bringing a date and she didn't want to have to play nice.

Derek took Jack and Beth to see the cool water fountain leaving Aaron to talk with Emily who looked very distracted.

Spencer messed with the tie around his neck and waited nervously for Aaron to arrive. His nerves were causing him to be hot so he made his way outside to get some fresh air and clear his mind. This was the night he was hoping things just might move on to the next level and he would finally get to make love to Aaron.

The feel of love and romance was in the air with the impending wedding that was going to take place and Rossi's yard was all decorated up for a party.

Spencer knew that they wouldn't be able to be together romantically around the others but he hoped that maybe he would be able to slip Aaron away for a short time to reveal his plans for after the party and maybe get a little appetizer in to set the mood.

His stomach danced full of butterflies as he thought about it and decided that he should probably go in and see if Aaron had arrived yet.

Just as he straightened his tie one more time he looked up to see Derek coming out with Jack and Beth pointing at the water fountain. His heart dropped right into his stomach. He couldn't believe she was there.

Instead of going inside he turned and walked to the other side of the yard where he hoped nobody would see him.

Aaron gave Emily one last smile and made his way out the doors knowing that the date he had made with her tomorrow was going to be one where he was going to get some disappointing news.

Sucking in a big breath he walked outside to join Beth and Jack by the fountain also wondering where Spencer was.

"Daddy come and see this!" Jack said excitedly when he saw his dad come out.

"Wow! Derek was right. This is really cool." Aaron smiled back at his son.

Beth walked over and laced her arm through Aaron's and snuggled up close to his side smiling widely.

Spencer swallowed hard seeing the act of endearment between the two. It made him furious to see that woman touching his guy.

"Reid? What are you doing over here?"

Spencer looked over to Emily standing beside him giving him a curious look.

"I just…wanted some space." He answered quietly.

"Space from what? Come on. There's a party going on and you need to be social." She insisted taking his arm.

Spencer reluctantly let her drag him back to where the others were gathering awaiting the arrival of the bride and groom.

Aaron then looked up and saw the very hurt looking eyes of Spencer coming toward him and he knew that he had really stepped in it deep this time.

Thank you again for all of the support! Hang in there everyone!
