Ch. 7 Skyfire
Flynn wrote something down on the notebook next to the open textbook. He leaned back and stared at it before erasing it again. The 17-year-old boy shook his with a groan. The math problems causing a slight ache to form in his brain right behind his left eye.
"Still working on your homework," A quiet voice asked from behind him. He jerked in surprise, before looking up towards white faceplates.
"Yep," He grunted, brushing red hair away from his eyes. "I don't understand any of this. It doesn't help that all the letters and numbers are all messed up." Skyfire glanced towards the book and the boy before sitting lightly on the ground.
"Perhaps, I could help in someway..." The massive shuttle offered. "Perhaps, I could read you the problems and help you work through them." Flynn nodded. Hoping that it'd be easier this way instead of what it's currently been.
Flynn came rushing into the base. The paper in his hand rustling as he ran towards the white Autobot. The smile on his face brighter than it's been sine the autobots had met him.
"It's a B-!" He shouted. Skyfire thought about the DNA molecular model that he found beside the door to his quarters. He sat listening to the boy as he continued chatting about his very first and, in Skyfire's opinion, a well deserved B-.
