I'm officially on vacation and you know what that means...Updates! Here's the latest and thank you for your patience and reviews. : )

Damon stared blankly at the ceiling ignoring the cool body on the side of him. Elena and Damon had come to a silent agreement that whatever was happening between Stefan and Bonnie needed to be stopped as soon as possible. Of course it had nothing to do with Elena's own jealousy or his uneasiness that somehow the spirits had involved themselves and bounded Stefan to the little witch, the way they saw it Damon and Elena just wanted to stop a train wreck before the train left the station.

"How long are going to pretend you're sleep?" Damon asked still staring at the ceiling.

Elena's eyes snapped opened, she looked over shoulder and studied her boyfriend for a second and frowned. When this thing started with Damon he was happy, he had finally gotten what he wanted in the end and that was all that matter to her, it still did. "Are you ok?" she asked shifting closer to him as he wrapped his arms around her.

Damon kissed the top of Elena's head "I need to know if this is real Elena," he whispered in hair.

Elena lifted her head off his chest to stare at him "It is real Damon, I've told you that"

Damon shifted a little to get better look at his girlfriend, Elena was beautiful, innocent in her own way but naïve when it came to so many things. "I know, but this time I need you to say it because you mean it not because you want to make me happy."

Elena frowned and sat up completely "Damon—"she tried but Damon interrupted.

"If this wasn't true, seeing Bonnie with Stefan wouldn't have bothered you, especially when you're supposed to be with me and in love with me. "

Elena dropped her eyes avoiding his penetrating gaze. "I do love you Stefan—," her eyes snapped up to his when she realized what she had just said.

Damon closed his eyes and nodded his head, he knew it was slip up but it didn't mean it didn't hurt any less. "I'm going to get this—."

Elena grabbed Damon's arm, "No, you're not going to walk away like that Damon, I slipped up, I made a mistake."

Damon nodded "You did slip but unfortunately we both know it wasn't a mistake."

Elena jerked back a little "Don't try to put this on me, Damon; I'm not the only one who needs to question a few of their choices these past couple of months."

Damon narrowed his eyes but didn't say anything.

"Ever since Bonnie was turned you've been detached and jealous."

Damon raised a brow and stood up from the bed "Jealous? Why would I be jealous of Bonnie and Stefan?"

Elena laughed humorlessly "Who said I was talking about Stefan and Bonnie?" Damon showed no reaction of being caught "maybe I'm not the only one who needs to reevaluate their choices." And with that she disappeared in the bathroom.

Damon cursed under his breath not understanding what the hell he was doing anymore.

"Stefan for the umpteenth time, I said no and if you ask me that again I'm going to set you on fire." Bonnie narrowed her eyes at the younger Salvatore.

"Ok, fine then drink it." Stefan handed her blood bag and waited for her to take it. He didn't tell Bonnie until later, but he heard her argument with Damon and to say he was pissed would be an understatement. "Drink the bag and then I'll leave you alone."

Bonnie dropped her eyes but reached out for the bag. She popped the cap and put the bag up to her lips and squeezed it until the red liquid flowed into her mouth and down her throat. It took an act of god for Bonnie not to gag at the first taste of it but she managed. She could feel Stefan's eyes on her as she drank half of the bag, but when she felt that similar bile rise up she sped towards the bathroom and emptied her stomach.

She wasn't surprise to see Stefan was right behind her.

"How long?" he asked not bothering to elaborate because she knew what he was asking.

Bonnie shook her head after rinsing out her mouth "It just happened, I know I should've told you—"

Stefan nodded in agreement he didn't want to chastise her but damn it she was being reckless and that was unlike her "You eat from the source from now on, I'll teach you and we can go from there."

Bonnie shook her head, "I'm not feeding off a human and "she pointed her finger at him" I told you that already."

Stefan narrowed his eyes "Bonnie, you're only half witch, which means you still need blood to survive and since you can't drink from blood bags you're drinking from the source."

Bonnie felt her anger build or maybe it was Stefan's "I've told you I'm not drinking from a human and that's final and since you seemed to have forgotten let me remind you, just because I'm sired to you that doesn't mean you own me."

Stefan stepped closer to her "You mean protecting you right? Your ancestors wanted—"

"My ancestors have made more than enough decisions in regards to my life, so don't you dare stand there and throw what they want in my face."

She didn't know why she was being so difficult, in all honesty she didn't know how this all happened but she was tired, she was so fucking tired of feeling everything especially when she was around Stefan.

She needed blood, she needed Kol.

"Besides I think you should be concerned more with Elena, She's still sired to Damon and that's punishment enough." Pause "I think you need to help her break the sire bond."

Stefan raised a brow not understanding how this was his problem "Elena, is with Damon and they can deal with their issues like a couple, you know like a normal people."

Bonnie jerked back "What about any of this is considered normal? We're talking about sire bonds between hybrids and vampires."

Stefan chuckled "How do you expect me to break their sire bond," he wasn't going to get involved, just call it curiosity.

Bonnie lifted her shoulder "Easy, tell her you love her."

Ignoring the glares from his siblings Kol swallowed the last of his scotch and then hurled the glass to the fireplace. After last night the urge to kill something was so intense he could practically choke on it. He couldn't recall a time where he felt such blinding rage; the witch snapped his neck and left him there like he was nothing. He can't say he was surprised though, Bonnie was a witch and he guess when it came to witches anything was possible. Now add that to the fact she had super hearing, speed, strength and the odd taste for vampire blood. Kol shivered. Even knowing that apart of him still wanted to hunt her down and drain her dry, but the other half of him wanted to do things to her that would make mother Teresa blush.

Rebekah watched as a sly smirk appeared on her brother's face. "Do you mind telling me what's gotten you into a mood?" she asked not at all interested in his answer but she thought she would ask anyway.

Kol finally spared his sister a glance but still ignored Klaus. "It's not what my dear sister, it's whom?"

Rebekah rolled her eyes "No one wants to hear about the poor soul who had the unfortunate pleasure of having you as company."

Kol feigned disinterested and continued as if she hadn't spoken "Something so small and delicate shouldn't have that much power and no one to guide her." He whispered to himself but his siblings heard him.

Klaus raised a brow knowing exactly who he was referring to "Bonnie Bennett was the women who you spent the evening with?"

Rebekah's mouth twisted in obvious disbelief,

"You don't believe me?" He asked looking between both Klaus and Rebekah.

It wasn't that they didn't believe him, Hell who were they kidding they didn't believe him. Bonnie Bennett didn't socialize with the Mikaelsons, the rest of the Scooby doo gang were the ones guilty of that.

"Why would Bonnie Bennett be interested in you?" Klaus almost a little affronted.

"Why not!? It's no secret that I hold witches at high esteem, surely you of all people can understand that Nik," he said giving his brother a pointing look "but then again your taste had certainly declined since then, hasn't it brother?"

Rebekah didn't bother holding in her laughter, her brothers had the common love for witches but none of them had it as bad as Klaus and to see that he had given up on his pursuit of them in favor breaking up a high school romance between an idiot vampire and her wolf. It was ridiculous.

Klaus stood from his spot on the couch. "Unless you want to spend another—"

Kol rolled his eyes interrupting the hybrid "You're going to what? dagger me again? Is that it? I assure you brother your threats are as hollow as the spot in that blonde vampire your so fond of head."

Klaus growled and speed towards his younger brother; as if Kol was expecting it he grabbed Klaus by the collar and slammed him down on the grand piano. The sudden strength surprising everyone in the room including Kol, the only person who was capable of taking on Klaus head to head and doing actual damage was Elijah. This new development caused Kol to smirk but inside he was thinking what the hell was going on?

Kol backed up and looked at Rebekah who had her mouth open rather unattractively,. "Don't be to surprised sister? We all know I'm capable of anything," he looked down at Klaus who was trying to recover from the impact "Next time I would reconsider trying that again, brother." And with a final smirk he was gone.

Klaus stood up and glared at the direction Kol vanished from, Kol has an arrogant on a good day but this was something different. Looking at his sister he saw that she was thinking the same thing.

Elena watched as Damon walked over to grab another drink, they hadn't said much to each other since her little slip when she called him Stefan and the little truth that she was certain he didn't want to hear, she really wished it wasn't true, but she knew differently which not surprisingly stung a little.

"Are you going to ignore me for the rest of the evening or are we going to talk about what happened?" Elena asked crossing her arms over her chest.

Damon had stilled for moment before bringing the glass back up to his lips. He really didn't want to think about Elena still loving his brother even with the sire bond in place, he didn't want to think about Elena's love for him possibly not being real. Hell, he didn't want to think about the sudden, Damon shook his head there wasn't anything happening between him and the witch besides mutual respect that hid the utter dislike they had for each other, or was it the other way around.

"We'll break the sire bond as soon as possible, I promise." He bit out pouring himself another drink.

Elena sighed "Damon, breaking the sire bond won't change anything I still love you with or without it."

Damon's head snapped up, honestly he would never get sick of tired of hearing her say those three little words to him even if the more she said it the less he believed them. "I love you too, but first thing first we have a dance to attend to and a mistake to stop form happening." He downed the drink and slammed the glass on the counter.

Elena nodded. She knew deep down inside there was nothing going on between Bonnie and Stefan, In fact the odds of something happening between Caroline and Stefan were greater but still, the way they looked at each other unnerved her.

"So what's the plan?" Elena asked "We can't just go up to them and ask them to stay away from each other; it'll look suspicious and even worse it'll look like we're jealous." Elena practically whispered the last part.

Damon nodded in agreement and although he was certain Elena was, he was anything but jealous.

"Then we'll just have to keep them occupied now wont we," he grinned and watched as the light bulb over Elena's head went off and she grinned back

Elena walked crossed the room and launched herself into Damon's arms and kissed him deeply.

Sometimes it was just too easy.

Rudy watched as his daughter and Caroline ran in and out of both bathrooms, Finally giving up he made his way to the living room and picked up the first book he planned to read in god knows how long. He needed to do something to keep his mind off of how disastrous this dance could turn out to be. He was never around when any of them took place but whenever he talked to Liz after his daughter failed to give him the real recap on events, Rudy knew without a shadow of a doubt that Mystic Falls was where he needed to be so when Liz told him about the position as Mayor after Carol Lockwood's death, he took it without hesitation. While his daughter thought it was her job to protect the town, she was failing at protecting herself. And that was where he came in.

Rudy was pulled out of his thoughts when a knock came from the front door. He got up and opened it not all surprise to see Stefan Salvatore and Tyler Lockwood on the other side. He eyed the young men before motioning for them to enter.

Tyler cleared his throat uncomfortably, never getting over the sheer terror Bonnie's father often presented just by being in his presence. He wasn't afraid of the man physically purse, but then again maybe that was the scary part. For his part Stefan smiled openly at the men while trying to ignore the underlying rage that was building at the sight of him. He was aware of the Rudy Hopkins dislike for him and his brother but he was still getting used to it up close and personal.

"Mr. Hopkins." Tyler finally said when the tension was too hard to ignore.

Rudy's eyes soften and gave Tyler a nod in recognition "Tyler," his eyes landed again on Stefan before responding "the girls are touching up their makeup, which means they'll be down in a hour."

Tyler chuckled and followed Rudy in the living room with Stefan on his trail.

Thirty minutes later the girls finally came down stairs sporting their 80s inspired gear Caroline dressed like Whitney Houston in the "Wanna Dance with Somebody video" whole Bonnie decided to keep it funky deciding to dress like Janet Jackson from the "Pleasure Principle" video

Bonnie rolled her eyes upon seeing Stefan, who had on blue jeans, a white t-shirt and leather jacket. "You sure went all out didn't you Stefan?"

Stefan smiled and then shrugged "What can I say; I wanted to turn a few heads." He held out his arm out to Bonnie in which she took.

Rudy cleared his throat getting everyone's attention in the room. "You know the deal, I don't want any deaths on unexplained disappearances—,"

Bonnie cut her father off before he was able to continue. "Dad, we've already discussed this, everything will be fine. If you want we can bring a few crosses, some garlic and a few bottles of holy water for extra precaution." She joked but Rudy didn't find it funny.

"Funny, but I just want everyone especially my daughter to make it out of this dance alive and in one piece."

Everyone winced at this; Rudy still didn't know that Bonnie was a card carrying member of the walking dead.

Bonnie kissed her father on the cheek ignoring Stefan's questioning look before walking out of the door.

"You didn't tell your father?" Stefan asked pulling Bonnie to the side.

Bonnie sighed and avoided eye contact "No, I much rather prefer if my dad stayed clueless to the fact that his daughter is dead."

Stefan nodded refusing to fight with her on this, while wondering if his guilt over Bonnie's death will ever subside.

"Fine, but you're going to have to tell him some time Bonnie."

Bonnie nodded "And I will but not tonight, he's just getting use to the idea of me being a witch, a vampire will kill him."

"If you don't first," Stefan added and walked away.

Bonnie's jaw dropped open pratically caught flies. "Wow Stefan don't hold back on my account, please tell me what you're really think?" Bonnie walked passed him and got into the car slamming door with her vampire strength. It was a miracle the window didn't break.

Stefan turned and met a disapproving gaze from Caroline; he knew was going to get it in the neck from her as well.

"This was sure to be a night to remember." He mumbled and got into his car headed for the dance.

Kol watched as Stefan, Tyler and Caroline made their way into the school but for some reason Bonnie was dragging. She can feel him, the blood they exchanged was doing wonders for her in fact it was working better than her locater spell. He smiled, when her eyes locked on his. She was afraid he knew, she didn't need a heartbeat for him to know that because it was written all over her face. She thought he was going to retaliate after snapping his neck like he was nothing and if she had been anyone else he certainly would have, but after exchanging blood twice he was starting to think she wasn't just anyone else.

Just as he was about step out of the shadows, Stefan walked up behind her.

"Hey, you ok?" he asked

Silence

"Look, I know I shouldn't have said what I said back there, but the fact that the blood bags aren't working and —"

Bonnie shook her head trying to ignore the feelings of Kol' closeness was giving her "No, its fine, you were right and I was wrong now let's go dance." She said moving swiftly around him and into the gym.

The sound of 80's music blasted through the gym as Elena and Damon strolled in arm in all Damon dressed similar to Stefan only difference was instead of blue jeans he wore black. Elena, who looked pretty, decided to dress like Cyndi Lauper in the "Girls just wanna have fun" video.

"Well if this place isn't a sight for sore eyes." Damon rolled his eyes but in the inside he was jumping with girly glee, the 70's and 80's were some of his best decades.

"Come on Damon, you know this brings back memories." Waving a hand around the gym "And even if it doesn't we're going to create some of our own tonight." She beamed at him.

Elena smile turned into a smirk when she heard Bonnie trying to coax Stefan on the dance floor, good luck with that she thought, Elena had to beg in order for him to consider it, so there was no way in..

Elena's smirk fell when she saw Bonnie leading Stefan to dance floor "What the hell? I have to practically beg him to get on the dance floor, but with her he just goes without hesitation."

Damon's jaw tensed but he didn't say anything instead grabbing Elena's hand and leading her to dance floor next to Bonnie, Stefan, Caroline, Tyler, Rebekah and Matt.

Damon tried but he couldn't keep his eyes off her. Without being told he knew she was dressed like Janet Jackson in that one music video and he had to admit the look looked better on her, her hair hung past her shoulders with her newly trimmed bangs covering her green eyes, the black shirt showed off her toned mid drift and those jeans made her ass look..

"Damon." Elena practically yelled

Damon's eyes snapped up to see his girlfriend scowling at him. "What?" he smirked, he was certain that he was just caught ogling Bonnie. No, that wasn't what he was doing, was it?

To say Elena was pissed off would be understatement. "I asked if you knew how to do any of the dances from the 80's."

Damon rolled his eyes "No and if I did I wouldn't be caught dead dead doing them, let alone teaching you them." he ended blandly

Elena pouted and then looked over her shoulder as she watched Tyler and Bonnie entertain the crowd with the Kid n Play dance.

Twenty minutes later

Bonnie made her way over to the punch bowl already smelling the liquor that was mixed into the red liquid. Her throat was burning after all the screaming and laughing she was did. Tyler and Matt had the crowd in a frenzy when they took it upon themselves to have a impromptu break dance battle. It was the funniest thing she had ever seen.

Bonnie poured some of the red liquid in her cup and sipped on it, she swayed to the Police's "Every breath you take."

"Having fun?"

Bonnie rolled her eyes "I was until you showed up," she drained her cup before going for a refill.

Damon flashed a smile "Oh come on witchy, you know the party doesn't —"

Bonnie held up her hand "if you're going to finish that with the phrase "start till I walk in," I'm going to drain you dry." she said a little too seriously, She hadn't fed since Kol and she would be lying if she didn't say the sound of Damon's blood wasn't absolutely mouthwatering right now.

Damon saw something like hunger flash in Bonnie's eyes but it was gone in the next second. "Hungry witch?"

"Not unless you have a snickers."

Against his better judgment he laughed "You know what I mean."

Bonnie shook her head. "No, I had a big lunch." she deadpanned and moved to walk around Damon, but being the stubborn asshole Bonnie knew him to be he grabbed her wrist and because she was wearing spike bracelets he ended up cutting his finger. Bonnie's head snapped down to his hand when the smell of vampire's blood filled her nostrils.

She closed her eyes to calm herself down because she knew she was two seconds away from jumping Damon. Unfortunately, it wasn't working because her fangs burst through her gums while the veins underneath her eyes pulsated.

Damon saw Bonnie's happy face and grabbed her by the arm; like ghosts they vanished. It took Bonnie a half second for her to realize she was being dragged through the empty school hallways.

"Put me down Damon!" he growled her fangs still out.

Damon didn't stop until he found a empty class room "You could've gotten yourself caught?" he gritted out the shutting door behind him.

Bonnie shook her head in the negative "No one saw me." she denied her fangs disappeared when she no longer smelled his blood. "Now, can we leave?"

Damon took a step closer to the careless witch "No, when was the last time you fed?"

She was so tired of this fucking question.

"Why is everyone monitoring my feeding schedule?" she practically yelled

"Answer the question." he shouted back

"This morning if you must know, I fed in front of Stefan."

"You fed from a human?" he raised a brow in doubt.

Bonnie ran her fingers through her hair "No, I had a blood bag Inspector Gadget." she could fill her annoyance and anxiety building.

Damon narrowed his eyes "And when you didn't keep it down—"

"I had another." she deadpanned and moved to walk around Damon.

A light bulb went off in Damon's head as he thought back to what started this mess, He bit into his wrist and watched as Bonnie froze. She rotated her shoulders and released a heavy breath and from where he stood he could see her small frame tremble as a result of her lame attempt to fight her new urge.

"Bonnie." he whispered her name like he was talking to a wild animal. "It's ok, let me help you." he knew this wasn't exactly a good idea, but she needed help.

Bonnie lowered her head, her back still to Damon. "I-I can't—"

"Yes you can, all you have to do is let me help you."

Bonnie turned slowly towards Damon her happy face once again on full display "You don't understand—" she tried to explain even though she didn't have any answers.

Damon shook his head "I do understand. You're hungry and you can only feed from vampires, I'm a vampire so let me help you." he said walking towards her until he was standing in front of her.

Bonnie looked up into his icy blue orbs and saw what appeared to be sincerity in his eyes, that couldn't be right she mentally chastised.

Damon reached up and wrapped Bonnie's long tresses in his fist pulling her as close as possible. She closed her eyes and widens her jaw a little when she was mere inches away from his neck.

Don't do this Bonnie

She moved closer

You already fed from Kol

And before her fangs pierced Damon's neck she ignored the final warning that traveled through her mind.

You're going to regret this.

Damon's body jerked at the immediate contact and against his better judgment a moan escaped his lips and then...

You know I had to leave you guys with a cliffhanger, let me know what you think : )
