Knight-Captain Blaze was completely looking forward to the promised quality time with his leader, unlike some other Knights we all know. (*cough* Earth. *cough*) He had all but bounced down the hall with glee, before finally arriving at his fellow Knight's bedroom door.

With a breath full of anticipation, he knocked on Knight-Captain Ice's door with some barely concealed impatience.

Wait a minute.

Psh. I've got it all wrong. We're talking about Blaze Knight. Blaze Knight, knocking? HAHAHAHAHA. The world would have exploded and the God of Light would have descended to the Temple before that would have happened. Plus, it wasn't like Knight-Captain Ice was his superior or anything, right? (He won't kick Sun's door for sure, after all, Blaze didn't have a death wish.)

So, strike that out. What had really happened was this; Blaze jumped into the air and did a flying kick at Ice Knight's poor door before almost snapping it in half.

In fact, he probably would have murdered the door if Ice hadn't chosen that exact moment to open it. Luckily, Knight-Captain Ice's reflexes were really good, or else he would have probably been squashed.

Little Sun, who was in his arms looking vastly amused, would probably have been squashed too. At least Ice prevented a minor catastrophe of Blaze accidently turning his idol/leader into a pancake.

Emotionlessly turning to his co-worker, Ice felt his eyebrows rise slightly. He was inwardly slightly annoyed, I mean, he's shown so much reactions in a day! Although one could not really blame Ice; first, Judgment Knight strode into his room with a bed head, next, he (and his door) almost got killed by his fellow Knight.

If it was Sun, he probably would have completely removed the mask he always wore as 'Sun' before swearing with a wide and colourful range of vocabulary.

But then again, since Sun's a small child now, the most he'll do is probably giggle. Which is what he was currently doing right now.

"Erm." Blaze started sheepishly, rubbing his hand against his head. "Sorry about that. I wouldn't have kicked your door if I knew you were already behind it."

"…"

So you would have kicked it if I wasn't, is what you're saying, right?

A little giggle cut into the air. Ice stared at his little charge silently. Even when he was a tiny child, Sun still seemed to get a laugh out of his Knights, doesn't he?

Blaze stopped his blabbering as he started staring at Little Sun too. He blinked before suddenly blurting out his thoughts. "You really do make a good baby-sitter, you know!"

Ice slowly blinked, his eyebrows deciding to climb to his hairline before staying there. Blaze, unaware, continued to elaborate. "I mean, Sun looks so happy! And you were also the one who figured out that Sun was hungry when Pink first brought him!"

Blaze nodded happily. "I would have never thought of that!"

Ice's eyes grew warmer at the honest praise and he would have smiled if he could have. Unfortunately, he couldn't, but Little Sun did enough of it for both of them.

In fact, even now a huge and sweet smile was plastered on his childish face as Little Sun nodded in agreement with Blaze's explanation. He patted Ice's arm gently before cutely piping up.

"Mama Ice is Mama! Sun really loves Mama~"

Both Captains froze as they began to stare at Little Sun incredulously. The child gave them both a shy smile.

On the other hand, Ice felt his face grow warmer at the offhandedly-made comment. Quickly passing the small child to Blaze, he ushered them outside and closed his bedroom door after giving a small pouch filled with sweets to the brash Captain.

Blaze blinked, one arm holding Sun and the other one holding the pouch. That had been…odd, in the very least.

He lowered his head to stare at his miniature leader. The only question now was what to do…

Sun gave him a childish smile before giggling softly. "Bwig Bwother Blaze," Blaze would never, ever, admit squealing at that moment, but he did. "Why are you staring at Mama's door?"

Blaze blinked and ruffled his Leader's hair childishly. "I'm not! Well, now you're with me for the day…hmm…let's…go kick down some doors!"

Blaze blurted out the first thing that came to mind. Luckily for him, Little Sun seemed to like his idea as he began to nod his head eagerly. Blaze smiled.

"Let's go kick down my Vice-Captain's door first!" With that, he grabbed his little charge before plopping him onto his shoulders. And then he raced down the hall, Little Sun squealing the entire time.

O-M-A-K-E

Blaze Knight slowly went through the motions of kicking before looking down at his miniature Leader. "So, in one powerful push, you kick the door with all your might." He said to his little charge.

Little Sun blinked as he took the information in. He nodded slightly to show that he understood. Blaze grinned, before he gave the child a light push to his Vice-Captain Blaze's door.

Complying, Little Sun sucked in a big breath before his foot flew out and smashed into the door. To Blaze's surprise, it actually flew open.

To his credit, his Vice-Captain didn't even jump. He calmly started to talk. "Ah, Captain, what do you want-"

It was then did he look towards the open door…and at our dear miniature Sun. Blaze's Vice-Captain's face immediately slackened at not seeing his Captain, but instead a giggling little boy.

Blaze started laughing as his face showed an evil grin. He hadn't been able to get such a funny reaction from his Vice in ages! Oh, if Little Sun could do this much damage to his always-ready Vice-Captain…

Blaze chuckled in anticipation. Look out, Holy Temple!
