I liked writing the Giliken one so much...I wrote this.
This is a bookverse since Quadling Country wasn't mentioned in the play, but I made them a bit nicer to Elphaba than she makes it seem in the book.. It's from her Point of View.
Quadlings
Oz sees them as useless creatures,
I see them as wonderful people.
They don't gawk at my odd skin,
or call me names,
or throw stones at me.
In fact, they wish to play games with me.
I wish dearly to do so,
but I must care for Nessa.
When I do go out,
they gather around me
and ask me to sing a song.
They appreciate me,
in a way no one else will.
They give me compliments,
and tell me I'll be great some day.
I can only hope so.
Quadlings
Oz sees them as useless creatures
I see them as wonderful people.
Like it?
