AN. HEY Everyone, I would just like to tell you that I'm going to skip where they find the information cuz that's boring. Just go straight to their departure, see this is why you need to read the ANs. Also, I just remembered I had Thalia in my story! DID ANYONE ELSE FORGET HER?
Salty: I QUIT MY JOB! *Runs away and tries out for the part of Moby Dick and then gets harpooned.*
Weakness Hunter: Fine then….Sorren the owl can do it for you….Hey REN!
Sorren: Yeah, yeah, I got it. WEAKNESS HUNTER DOES NOT OWN PJO OR HOO….I think disclaimers are dumb.
Weakness Hunter: I do to, but they're necessary!
Thalia
Thalia and Jason had gone to the Hypnos Cabin to ask about sleep's water. None of them knew what it meant because no one was awake enough to answer. Jason and Thalia had tried to keep them awake by shocking them and blowing their blankets off, but it didn't work. Thalia was surprised at how sound the Hypnos Cabin slept. She almost fell asleep herself in there. Jason had to shock her too.
"I think we were suppose to meet at your tree, Thalia." Jason said.
"Race you there! AND NO FLYING!" Thalia yelled as she raced up the hill.
"NO FAIR YOU GOT A HEAD START!"
"WHO SAID LIFE WAS FAIR, JASON!"
A couple minutes later, Thalia was standing victoriously over a panting Jason.
"How…are you…not…tired?" Jason gasped as he tried to regain his breath.
"I'm a hunter! We run all day long." Thalia replied not the slightest out of breath.
"Beaten by a girl, Jason?" Leo said as he and Piper arrived with three standard-issue orange CHB backpacks.
"What's wrong with being beaten by a girl?" Piper and Thalia said at the same time. "Oh and Jason?" Piper asked.
"Yeah?" Jason said from his spot in the grass.
"Could get the rest of the backpacks up here?"
Jason groaned, but he got up and flew down the hill. "Now we're just waiting for Miss. Annie-" Leo started.
"Don't call me Annie, Leo. I just had a little trouble putting the enchanted books back. Apparently you need to put them with their friends or else the fly of the shelf." Annabeth said walking towards them. "And would anyone like to explain why I passed an unconscious Jason holding two backpacks laying in the middle of the path?"
Thalia started laughing while Piper rolled her eyes. "I'll go get him!" Leo yelled as he ran back down the hill.
"So where is this Monster poop hole?" Thalia asked.
"Actually it's called a-"
"I don't care what you call it, Piper. I'm calling it a monster poop hole because it poops monsters."
"Actually it doesn't poop monsters it-" Annabeth tried to explain.
"LALALALALA! DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR NERD TALK!" Thalia yelled as she covered her ears.
"Fine, this monster poop hole, as Thalia likes to call it, is going to pop up in Springfield, Virginia in 7 hours." Annabeth said, "If we take the Pegasus nonstop, we should reach the portal 5 minutes before it opens. The portal will only stay open for 10 minutes; in that time we need to kill whatever monster comes out. Hopefully it will be a small hellhound."
"We should go now." Piper said, "Where are Leo and Jason?"
"Right here, Beauty Queen!" Leo called jogging closer to them with a drenched Jason.
"Jason, what happened?" Thalia laughed.
"Ask Leo." Jason growled, wringing out his purple Camp Jupiter shirt.
"The Pegasi should be here soon." Annabeth said looking up at the sky.
"Shouldn't it be pegasuses?" Leo asked.
"No, it's Pegasi, like platapi." Annabeth answered.
"I see them!" Piper said pointing at the clear, blue sky. Sure enough five pegasi were flying closer. There was a pure black one, that one was obviously Blackjack; a gray one with some small, white spots; a reddish brown one, and a brown one.
"Meet E," Annabeth said as the reddish brown one bowed.
"Ky," The gray one tossed his head.
"And Noen," The brown one neighed.
"I'm guessing you already know Blackjack." Annabeth said as Blackjack stomped his hooves.
"Yeah, that's Percy's horse." Jason said.
"Thalia will be riding Ky, Leo will be riding E, I will be riding Blackjack, and Piper will ride Noen with Jason." Annabeth said.
"Can't we walk or something?" Thalia asked nervously.
"No, the fastest way is by Pegasus."
That was what Thalia was afraid of. Everyone grabbed their backpack and climbed onto their horse. Thalia walked up to Ky, who was pawing at the ground. "Why couldn't I at least have a female horse?" Thalia asked out loud. Ky responded by nipping her a little. "Ow! Stupid horse…" Ky seemed to be laughing at her. Thalia scowled and swung onto his back.
"Everyone ready? Let's go." Annabeth said. Then Blackjack launched himself into the air followed by Noen and E. "C'mon, you stupid male horse, we're going to lose them." Thalia said tugging on Ky's rein. Ky answered by flicking his ear and eating some grass. Thalia got frustrated. "C'MON, we need to -WOAH!" Ky suddenly took off from the ground like a rocket. Thalia held on for her life. Finally, she felt Ky slow down and heard the beating of other pegasi.
"What are you doing?" Thalia heard Jason ask. Thalia straightened up not wanting to look like an idiot.
"None of your business." Thalia snapped at him.
"Just asking, sis." Jason said holding both his hands up like he was surrendering. Ky seemed to be chuckling. Thalia got mad. THE HORSE WAS LAUGHING AT HER AGAIN! "Shut up, you stupid horse!" She said to Ky. Ky answered by dipping down a little. Thalia grabbed the saddle to steady herself. Then Ky shot up again. "'K fine. You're not a stupid horse, please, never do that again." Thalia said shakily.
"I think we're in almost out of New York now," Annabeth called from Blackjack. She seemed to be comfortable on her horse, well, Percy's horse. Annabeth didn't seem to have a single problem with Blackjack. Lucky her.
"Already? We only left twenty minutes ago!" Piper yelled over the wind.
"Pegasi can bend time a little when they fly!" Annabeth yelled back, (Not really sure if that was true, but in the Last Olympian, Centaurs could been time and space, why not pegasi?) "We should be in Pennsylvania in twenty more minutes!"
That was when Thalia made the mistake of looking down. The ground must have been 1,000 feet below them!
"Hey Thalia, you okay? You look kind of pale." Jason asked.
"Yeah I'm fine." Thalia lied as she closed her eyes and leaned against Ky.
"Okay, if you say so."
Then Ky dipped down again. Thalia was going to barf and by the way the horse was tossing his head, she knew he knew it too. "Stupid horse." Thalia muttered as she tried to keep herself on the horse. This was going to be a long ride.
AN. Time to vote. I have three endings and I'm not sure which one I'll pick. Choices are:
A
B
C
I won't tell you what each choice is, you'll just have to pick one and hope it's an ending you like. If no one choses anything, I'm going to abandon the story when it's time for the ending. Also, who do you want to hear from next?
Percy
Or
The Gang
REVIEW AND I MIGHT REVIVE SALTY THE WHALE!
