This is practically the previous week in Aria's POV up to the babysitting weekend. I'm really sorry for the short update, I promise I will update soon. Thank you all for your reviews and your support. You guys are the reason I keep writing!

Aria's week had definitely been an interesting one. There was something bubbling in her chest, something she couldn't quite put a finger on after that first art class spent with Spencer. The feeling only intensified the next day at school when she saw her favorite teacher enter the classroom in a hurry. She seemed agitated, cheeks flushed, and a thin coat of sweat covered her brow. As Aria looked at her, a million dirty thoughts crossed her mind confirming what she had been wondering. She definitely had a crush on her hot English teacher.

It was weird, finally admitting what she had felt since the moment she saw Spencer come in that first day of school. She wondered why she hadn't realized it sooner, and remembered the whole confusing ordeal with Emily. She was happy that she'd finally realized they worked better as best friends. The rejection still pained her a little but she had definitely gotten over her feelings for Emily.

After Spencer had burst into the room, the rest of the class had been normal. Except for the fact that Aria couldn't concentrate. She kept staring at her teacher's mouth as she spoke; at her perfect white teeth and soft rosy lips. They way her hair cascaded around her face perfectly, and how that pencil skirt made her long slender legs and backside look incredibly appealing while she was with her back turned to the class, writing on the board.

It was as if some spell had been cast on Aria and she suddenly couldn't take her eyes off of her. It didn't seem fair to Aria at all, the fact that her teacher had such an effect on her and she in turn didn't seem affected. When she had thrown a big smile her teacher's way, it had been answered with a small, polite one. When she had stayed after class to inquire about her TA duties, because she was suddenly awfully interested in keeping her position, she had been brutally dismissed. Well, she hadn't actually been dismissed in a rude way but she had still been left behind by a hurried Spencer. Which left Aria wondering with an immense sense of jealousy if her teacher had someone already.

She tried again the next day, staying behind, and trying with all her might not to stare at her teacher's long, smooth legs barely covered by that blue miniskirt of hers. She had been asked for help with organizing the homecoming dance, and such a request coming from her favorite teacher couldn't be denied, even though she had to work that afternoon. That's right, she had gotten a job as a babysitter. She worked taking care of this sweet little girl, who unfortunately hated her, it seemed. Her mother, Mrs. Rivers, assured her that the girl cried because she missed her, and still wasn't used to being away from her but Aria wasn't too sure.

So she had gone to that stupid, boring meeting hoping to at least get some attention from her crush. Sadly, she was sorely disappointed. When Spencer had gotten there, her mind was obviously somewhere else. Aria had barely managed to gain her attention, before losing it completely once the meeting started. She tried to get her teacher out of her stupor to no avail. Sighing exasperatedly, she had resolved to take some advantage of her teacher's state, and hugged her goodbye even managing to sneak a furtive kiss upon her cheek.

She had left in order to make it on time to her job, but barely an hour and a half later Mrs. Rivers had come home. She had asked her to go home, and had even paid her the 5 hours she had been hired for. Aria had left in state of confusion wondering about Mrs. Rivers's tear-streaked face.

This had all given her time to think about her situation with Spencer. She couldn't seem to get the older woman's attention and this frustrated her. She wanted her to see her as an equal. She didn't want to look like little Aria; she wanted to be seen as a woman. She decided she would make her teacher notice her no matter what.

So the next day she stood in front of her wardrobe and thought carefully. She wanted to make an impression but she also didn't want to seem too desperate. She went through all of her clothes, analyzing every one of her garments before she realized what she needed. She needed a subtle change, something only a person who always looked at her closely would notice. She stood there thinking for a little bit longer before choosing the perfect shirt. It was low cut, definitely showing more than what she usually went with but not enough to be incredibly noticeable. She chose not to wear a skirt and cover her legs with jeans instead. That way the only amount of skin showing would be on top. She also left her hair and makeup just as she would've done it any other day. No noticeable changes she reminded herself.

She smiled at her reflection the mirror one last time before hopping down the stairs and getting into her car. She drove slowly, taking her time. She didn't want to be too early; she wanted her teacher to already be there when she went in. When she got to school, she noticed her teacher's car was missing so she decided to get a coffee at The Brew. She waited for a while before making her way back.

When she got to her classroom Spencer was just beginning her class. Taking a small breath she entered trying to look as nonchalant as she could. Most of her classmates didn't even throw her a second glance when she went in which she took as a good sign. She didn't care anyway. There was only one person's reaction she was interested in.

Ms. Hastings was in the middle of explaining some assignment when she noticed Aria. Really, it was kind of hard not to when her desk was at the front row. She walked slowly and deliberately to her place making sure not to apologize or look the slightest bit embarrassed at being late. She walked in front of her teacher avoiding her gaze.

"Ms. Montgomery just like with every other student here I expect you to-"

She suddenly stopped mid-sentence and Aria couldn't suppress her smirk at the reason. As Spencer tried to reprimand her she had turned around to take a seat. That was when her teacher had actually noticed her. Her eyes had widened slightly and her gaze had definitely wandered lower than was professionally permitted.

"-arrive to class on time." Barely anyone had noticed Spencer's hiccup but it had been enough to Aria.

During the rest of the class Spencer made a point not to look at Aria at all. She couldn't care less. All she had to do was lean forward a little more than was necessary and wait. Eventually her teacher's eyes would wander over to her as she spoke; she constantly gazed at the whole class like any good orator would do. Whenever her gaze happed to land on Aria she would look away suddenly, and her voice would sound just a little bit strained.

When class finally ended she took her time packing up her things. She wanted to be the last to leave. As the last student left the classroom she could feel her gaze on her. She probably thinks I'm going to stay behind to ask her something she thought to herself. No such luck today.

She got up from her desk and found Spencer standing before hers with a small smile on her face. A very inviting smile. Aria suddenly faltered, the urge to talk to her teacher becoming incredibly strong. She steeled her resolution; if she talked to her it would defeat the purpose. She wanted to be seen as mature and not as a whiny little girl who couldn't spend a day without talking to her favorite teacher. So instead of walking towards her, she just threw a dazzling smile her way and walked out. She smiled to herself all the way to her next class picturing with perfect clarity her teacher's dumbfounded expression.
