Sorry if it's short. I may or may not have a sweet little cousin spamming my phone with texts. :P But seriously, I love you Emily! AND HERE'S A NEW CHAPTER! WOOO!
Third-Person POV
Raven tugged angrily at the sticky tape-like strip covering her mouth. "I heet dis!" she mumbled.
"Anger is pointless, remember, Rae?" Cyborg reminded her as he puzzled over what Robin had meant.
"Yeth, is is, en soo is whut yoo er toing," she replies. "Hilp meh!"
Cyborg sighed. "Get Beast Boy to do it!"
Raven glared at him. "Adirap, methriote, zincos!" she tried.
Cyborg sighed again. "Fine, I'll help." He marched over to her and quickly yanked the strip off her face. She cried out and glared at him again.
Beast Boy ran into the living room where Cyborg and Raven were. "What happened?" he asked.
Raven ignored him and kept glaring at Cyborg. Beast Boy immediately understood what had happened, seeing the tape strip in Cyborg's hand. Cyborg just sighed. "Sighing won't fix it," Raven said.
"I know, it's just... Well, Robin told me something before he knocked me out, and I'm not sure what it meant..."
"Tell us."
"He told me that he always wins, and he always keeps track of his wins. Then he told me to read the outlines."
"What does that mean?" BB asked.
"That's sort of what I'm trying to find out," Cyborg replied.
"Well, doesn't he have some file cabinet that he fills with random junk? Maybe he has a folder with different things he's beaten us at," Beast Boy suggested.
"You could be onto something," Raven said as she headed toward Robin's room.
Beast Boy's jaw dropped. "Me?" he mouthed to Cyborg. Cy ignored him and followed Raven.
"He does have a file about his previous wins. But what does he mean by read the outlines?" the demoness asked.
"Maybe we should try reading the edges. Like, you know, the outlines," Beast Boy tried.
Raven shrugged and swept her eyes over the paper. Her eyes widened slightly. "You're on a roll today, BB," she whispered.
"What? What's it say?" Cyborg asked quickly.
"Sorry, guys, but if you're reading this, you're either really nosy and a total genius, or Slade is blackmailing me again. Sorry. PS: I have a tracker in my hair gel. Also, Slade sucks. Bye."
"Wow. He plans ahead really well."
"We should read some of the other files. That'd be fun."
"No, you idiots!" Raven scolded them. "We need to track Robin! Cyborg, search the main computer for a tracker named 'gel tracker', or something simple like that. If that doesn't work, type in random stuff like 'i heart starfire'. I seriously saw him naming something like that once." Cyborg laughed and ran off to be a techy genius. Beast Boy just stayed and stared at Raven. "Um, hi?" she said, raising an eyebrow.
"Oh, s-sorry, Rae," he said, running off to join Cyborg. Raven just rolled her eyes, completely oblivious to the boy's crush.
