That night, Himuro Tatsuya had decided to go out for some air. Once he went out, he passed by and took a small glance at the house. What took him by surprise, was the fact someone was sitting on the roof. To be precise, it was Aisaka Shiraishi. She was wearing long pink PJ pants with the same white T-shirt. In that instant she noticed him.
"Why aren't you asleep Tatesuya." the girl peered down.
"I should be asking you the same Shiraishi." he smirked.
After trying to learn pronouncing names, they started discussing other things. He was now sitting next to her on the roof.
"I couldn't sleep." he finally gave her his reason.
"Me either, for a very odd reason." she sighed as the wind blew by.
"After we leave, what are you going to do?" he now asked.
The country girl flinched.
"I'm not sure. This place might be gone for Natsuo and I one day. My brother was planning to visit us and decide with us too about what to do with this place." she said showing a sad face.
"Are we ever going to see each other?!" she asked a question that startled him slightly.
"I don't know. Just don't worry about it. Just wait until the time arrives." he said starting to feel sleepy.
"Yeah."
...
The next thing they knew, they had fallen asleep laying down next to each other on the top of the roof. The next morning came in pretty fast. Himuro shifted slightly. He was not on the ground nor his bed. He decided to open his eyes to see where he was. He was somewhere high. That's when he remembered what had happened last night. Next to him was Shiraishi laying next to him. She was about a few inches away from him. She looked beautiful and peaceful while sleeping. It gave him a weird feeling in his stomach. He stared a her for quite some time, until her eyes slowly fluttered open.
"Did we fall asleep on the roof?!" she asked startled seeing him and him a bit as well.
"Yeah, it looks like it." he said looking around slightly.
"What time is it?!" she asked.
Luckily, he brought a watch.
"It's only 5:30." he said looking at his watch.
"Oh, here I thought we were 9 or something."?she felt relief.
"Now what." he said feeling somehow awkward with the silence.
"Want to take a stroll around here." she suggested.
"Sure, why not." he accepted not even sure of what he just said.
Himuro jumped of the roof. He lended Shiraishi a hand to help her from getting down. Shiraishi went grab the same horse from yesterday that was tied. She also grabbed her hat.
"If I remember well, her name is Crystal?" he said.
"Yep, thats correct." she replied with enthusiasm in the morning.
"Why did you name her Crystal?" Himuro asked this time.
"Well, she's white. Reminding me of Pegasus. She shines just like it. And from what I know, my mothers name was Crystal." she said looking at the sky.
Shiraishi was holding onto the rope that was attached to Crystal. They arrived in a plain field of grass. They stopped to look at the sunset. It was beyond expectation. The sky was breathtaking.
"It's beautiful isn't it?" Aisaka started.
"Yeah. Sure is" Himuro slowly replied.
"I always come and look at the sunset before I start my day." she said still looking at it.
Himuro turned to look at her. Her eyes shining with the sunlight. It also made his heart skip a beat once again.
"Its worth it." He said.
She felt the breeze go to her hair. Her hair was slightly messy, but he arranged it a bit. She brushed over it too.
"I think we should head back." she said smiling.
"Yeah, let's go." they proceeded to head back and most likely wake up the others.
They went back silently. No one spoke a word. Once they got there, Shirashi put Crystal back where she was. She left her horse some more carrots and a new fresh bucket of water first from the small shed next to the house. Aisaka and Himuro went back in the house. They were all still asleep. Some were snoring loudly, especially Aomine and Kagami. Aomine Daiki was still and always will be tired. There was always going to be people around him to keep him awake. Especially his childhood friend, Momoi Satsuki. When they all woke up. They all tried waking the ganguro, who wouldn't wake up. Much to his dismay, he got a bucket of water poured on to him for not wanting to wake up. Natsuo had left a note saying, he already left the house to start some work. They all started cleaning up the living room.
"I didn't even notice he left. He must of woke up even before." Himuro said, not saying he fell asleep outside with Aisaka and didn't want them to know.
"Thats the most obvious answer I guess" Shiraishi sighed.
"He even cooked breakfast for us cuz' he was bored." Kagami said.
"No! Oops, sorry" Shiraishi accidentally shouted.
There was already bacon and eggs on the kitchen table for all of them.
"Let's eat!" Shiraishi said still shocked of the sight.
They wondered how they had the ingredients.
"My brother comes back with groceries every time he visits."
They gulped nervously. Shiraishi and Kuroko started first. They all waited until the saw their eyes sparkling. They stared shocked. The last time Kuroko made that face eating food was during the day the school sold a special sandwich.
"Sorry if I scared ya' earlier. I usually cook around here, I don't like to see him work. Even if it's simple, it's still awfully delicious." Shiraishi said smiling.
"Its really good. It might be better than Kagami's." Kuroko said.
Kagami sulked and complained. They all decided to try. The next thing they knew, their eyes were all shining. Well, except for Akashi's of course. However, he still looked pleased about it.
"Thish shit is gout yet sho shimple." Aomine said with food in his mouth.
"Ya' hesh righ forsh once." Kagami said also and they started arguing.
"Aomine-kun and Kagami-kun, please swallow your food." Kuroko said.
"Daiki and Taiga, quit it." Akashi glared and they immediately stopped.
After a couple of minutes, they all started errands that needed to be done. Akashi wanted to try training Crystal, as he did have some experience with horses. Shiraishi, Himuro, Kuroko and Momoi did the laundry near the pond. They actually bonded pretty well. Murasakibara was repairing the house with Takao assisting him. Aomine, Kagami and Midorima went to the well to get some fresh clean water. Kise did a bit of almost everything, mainly helping Murasakibara and Takao. Hyuga and Riko were picking many different herbs. Kasamatsu and Kiyoshi went fishing, they met Natsuo who was already done fishing for a few fish. He left the rest for them. He went back home to clean the house. It didn't turn out exactly good for some of them.
Bad luck, was what Midorima would call it. It was hard living without Oha Asa. Aomine and Kagami were arguing. He tried to stop them, but ended pushed in the well. He was completely soaked from head to toe. Akashi would of handled it better. Kiyoshi got many fish in his face while fishing. Momoi accidentally wet Kuroko's shirt. Murasakibara and Takao got hit by many things. They had many things needed to be fixed. They still worked well together. Kise was exhausted from running all over the place. Akashi's time turned out well. Everyone else did fine enough. They all got back to the house after finishing up chores. Kasamatsu and Kiyoshi successly came back with a good amount of fish. Kagami, Himuro and Natsuo cooked like last night. As everyone went to wash up from a long day. Late that night, they started discussing about random topics. Like dreams, goals and many other thing.
"I've always wanted to go to school. My friends were the ones who actually taught me everything I know so far." Shiraishi said.
"If you had the chance, which school would you go to then." Takao asked.
She thought for quite some time.
"I'm not sure to be honest. I wouldn't care as long as I enjoy myself." she grinned.
"You would be a second year this year, are all your friends in the same grade too?!" Takao asked.
"Actually, they're all a year younger than me except for Michelle who's in the same grade as I. I think she was attending Kaijo?"
"Kise and I go there." Kasamatsu said.
"I don't remember any senpai named Michelle?" Kise said thinking.
"Hinata Michelle, she was born in London, but both her parents are Japanese. She studies here thought. After she's done with college, she should be heading back." Riko's brows rose up, but nobody noticed, she seemed uncertain somehow.
"I don't know where the others went for high school, but they might have maybe all split up between your schools and others."
"What about middle school?" Momoi now asked.
"I think one of them went to Teiko, but I can't remember who it was, but oh wells, maybe I'll remember later."
