POTTERS TO THE PAST - CHAPTER 7

Here's Chapter 7!

Just for you to know, Lily is in third year, Albus in fifth and James sixth. The Marauders, Lily, Severus etc. are in sixth also.

Shoutout to my most consistent reader, lindz4567, who always reviews. *whispers* Don't tell anyone, but you're my favourite!

Hope this is enjoyable. I'm trying to lengthen my chapters a bit more. Details of James' prank will come soon!

"Mr. Potter?"

Albus nearly jumped out of his skin. He turned to right to see Professor McGonagall watching him warily. This could either go smashingly, or very, very badly.

He cleared his throat. "Yes, Professor McGonagall?"

'This is certainly not the Marauder then. After all these years she still hadn't managed to persuade Mr. Black and Mr. Potter to not call her 'Minnie'.

"Albus, your name is? You are not from this time, correct?"

"Erm, no, I'm afraid not, Professor."

Suppressing her amazement, Minerva said "Very well then, Mr. Potter. Professor Dumbledore requires your presence in his office. You know your way without being accompanied?"

"Of course, Professor." he said, and with that Albus hurried out of the library.

One Severus Snape pulled his abnormally large nose out of the book he was annotating. Just what had gone on there?

Lily Luna was confused. Just who was that exactly?

"A self-righteous prat, that's who." she mumbled to herself as she made her way to the Gryffindor Common Room in search of her knob-headed brothers. Where were James and Albus?

I hope they're safe, at least.

Lily stopped and her mouth dropped open a little.

In front of her a rather slim girl of medium height was walking slowly along the corridor up ahead, arm in arm with a slightly taller girl. They were chatting avidly, but that wasn't what had caught Lily's attention.

Merlin's beard - she looks just like me.

The girl had long, straight dark red hair, and although she couldn't see it, Lily knew the girl's eyes would be a striking green and almond shaped, like her father's.

Lily Evans. My grandmother.

A wave of emotion overcame her. Her grandmother, who sacrificed herself for her father's life. How could anyone be so...good? But wait, they were coming closer.

She can't see me! We look identical!

As subtly as she could muster, Lily sped around the corner and dived into a broom cupboard, praying that Sirius Black wouldn't be snogging the face off some poor girl within.

I guess I'll have to go to the Headmaster.

Review, pretty please!
