We parked near where Alice had told us to go. Carlos and Alice went to look for the helicopter to make sure we truly were in the right area. Jill was smoking another cigarette as we waited for their return.

"Alida." Angie asked after a long silence waiting to see if we heard any undead.

"Yeah?" I asked looking down at her small frame.

"Is it true? What you said in the car about Umbrella?" She asked.

I kneeled down to her level. "It is. But you know what? I know that daddy loves you and somewhere in his heart he loves me. Maybe not today, but one day he will realize I was only trying to help him and the family." I did my best to give her hope. I knew he probably would die before ever admitting he was wrong about this. She gave a ghost of a smile and leaned in for a hug. I hugged her back, for once in years feeling the warmth of sisterly love.

"Heads up." Jill said alerting us to Carlos and Alice walking back.

Once they were close enough to us not to shout, Carlos spoke up. "It's there, heavily guarded. We have to go in covert." I stood up nodding, knowing this wasn't going to be easy. "Alice and I thought, if she comes down from the roof over there. She can take out the guards right there." He said pointing to the nearby building. "After that she waves us over. Alida and I can take out the rest of the guards. Jill and L.J. you cover our backs and make sure that Angie is safe." We all looked to one another thinking about the plan. The looks on our faces made me believe that we were all on board. "Alright then." He smirked as Alice nodded running off to the building.

We stood in our mini formation as we waited for Alice's signal. It made me feel comfortable being around these guys. All but L.J. as far as I knew had proper training in weapons and combat. L.J. looked and acted like he was a gangster, which knowing how crime was in Raccoon City, made him an asset as well. I felt like they had my back, they may not care but that's beside the point. After a couple of moments we heard a couple of thuds, then Alice appeared signalling us to follow. All of us raised our weapons and walked forward. Vigilant of both live people as well as the dead. Alice went off to get some of the guards from a different angle. While Carlos and I snuck up behind two of the guards knocking them out cold. All of us continued on as we left guards in our wake.

Carlos noticed Alice missed one of the guards and threw his knife, nailing him right in the head. "You missed one." he said with a smirk. We grouped up together before we slowly made our way into the helicopter. Alice stopped before she entered the threshold of the aircraft. I turned to her, wondering what was wrong. "Alice?" I asked.

She looked at me with fear in her eyes. "We have to hurry" She said.

Carlos looked back to us with a look. "No we have time" Carlos said relaxed. I glanced outside to see what had spooked Alice. My heart stopped as I saw a creature coming toward us.

"No, we have to hurry!" I said with panic in my voice. That's when everyone else looked out the creature as it marched towards us.

"Oh shit we stealin' his ride." L.J. yelled as Alice walked over to the pilots seat.

"Take off!" she commanded the pilot. I heard the cock of a gun and turned around. A dozen or so guards all pointed their guns at us. A man in a suit stepped up holding his gun in front of me as he grabbed Angie's arm and pulled her close. I jerked forward out of instinct to get Angie when he held the gun to her I stopped dead in my tracks. There was nothing I could do. "I said take off!" Alice repeated.

"Alice." I muttered under my breath. The man looked to me with curiosity.

"Ah, little Alida, how you've grown." he said, once he spoke I recognized him as Major Cain. He once worked with my father, he was the one I assumed let Umbrella know about the virus in the first place. He looked behind me to the others. "What's the rush we have been expecting you." He said with a smirk. "Out of the chopper." He held the gun closer to Angie as she let out a gasp. "Now."

All of us slowly raised our arms and walked out of the helicopter. They lined us up and forced us to kneel, when I refused they kicked the backs of my legs sending me to the ground. One by one each guard walked behind us, tying our hands together. I closed my eyes, knowing how this night would end. We would be shot execution style before they took off in the helicopter. After we were tied up each person was frisked for weapons. Slowly one by one we were all unarmed.

I heard Angie let out a cry, my body jolted at the noise as I tried to get up. The guard behind me smacked my side sending me back to the ground. I looked over to Angie and noticed our father sitting in his wheelchair. I was too far away and he was too focused on Angie to see me.

As I looked at all of us lined up ready for death I noticed Alice was not kneeling with us. She was over by my father talking to Major Cain. I could barely make out what they were saying. What I gathered was he wanted her to fight the creature that was now standing a little further away from where the guards were. Alice stood her ground and shook her head no. I watched as Cain pointed his gun in my father's direction. It wasn't until after the bullet went off and Angie screamed that I realized Cain shot him in the chest. Before I registered what I was doing I was on my feet, right before I felt a sharp sudden pain on the back of my head. The last thing I remembered was falling to the cement, Jill and Carlos saying my name.
