It feels good to be slamming out these chapters. I hope you enjoy this one! Love you guys! :)

Akihito finally got to Wally's and found Yama-san in the out door area, just like him and his dad. Yama-san saw him and waved him over.

"Hey, Aki!"

"Hey! What's up?"

"Nothin' much. I already ordered for you. Double cheese burger, medium fry and a large chocolate shake, right?"

"Yup, you got it." Akihito sat down across from Yama-san who just shook his head.

"Where the hell do you pack it all in?"

"Who knows. All I know is I'm hungry and the food's good." They both broke into a laugh as their food arrived, startling the waitress. They apologized and dug in. They talked about whatever came to mind and enjoyed themselves for a while until Yama-san suddenly looked serious.

"Akihito, I need to ask you a favor."

"Sure, what is it?" Yama-san looked around and leaned forward as did Akihito.

"I'm working on this homicide case and I need your help."

"What do you want me to do?"

"I want you to take you camera and work your magic so I can convict this guy once and for all. That man's name is Tachi Ryuji and he's been found as a possible suspect for the murder of one of his business partners. This isn't the first time he's been suspected of murder and for some reason there's never enough evidence to convict him."

"So where do I come in?"

"We think that he's going to kill another partner soon who recently tried to cheat him out of 40 million yen. The partners name is Takuma Kyoichi. I want you to watch Takuma and keep an eye out for any of Tachi's men or even Tachi himself. When you do, get the pictures you need, high tail your ass out of there and call. Got it?"

"Ya, I got it."

"And Aki, are you sure you can do this? You don't have to if you don't want to."

"I can do it, and I want to. If it's for you, I'm there."

"And understand, no one else knows I've told you. This is totally off the books, so if something happens to you, there's not much I can do."

"I understand. Don't worry, I can take care of myself and I'll be careful. So where is Takuma's offices and home address?"

"I thought you'd ask that." Yama-san leaned over and opened his bag. He pulled out a file and handed it to Akihito. "In there you'll find office's, home address, phone records and numbers and the IP addresses to the wifi he uses at each building. You remember how to hack right?"

"Yeah. With the IP addresses I'll be able to hack into his planning schedule and get updates on my phone if something changes."

"Good lad."

"So, does this mean I can use the LAB?"

"You bet."

"YES!" The LAB is something Akihito hasn't used since his hacking days for the police. He started hacking when he was 15 and stopped when he was 20 to go into criminal photography and free lancing. Now he couldn't wait to start tinkering around with the computers in there.

The only bad thing with assignments like these was that you had to be up day and night and it's a pain in the neck when ever you've got something else to do. Akihito had spent over two weeks in the LAB with Yama-san coming in so he could sleep, but he felt like dying. Following Takuma around made Akihito feel like he was protecting this guy and it was pissing him off.

Now it was two PM and Akihito hadn't slept in three days because Yama-san's been busy on his end, too. He was sitting in a café with Takuma's main building across the street while he was in a meeting. Akihito had his head down with his tea on front of him, so he didn't notice someone sit down across from him.

"Not feeling well?" Akihito jumped a mile high in his seat and had a mini heart attack at the baritone voice across from him. Akihito looked up and there was Asami, dress to impress and his infuriating smirk planted on his face.

"You have got tot be kidding me."

"It that all you have to say after nearly three weeks?"

"What else is there to say?" Akihito huffed and put his head back on the table with a thump. He really didn't have the energy for this.

"You don't look so good." Akihito let out a weak laugh, but didn't raise his head.

"I bet. I probably look like shit. What are you doing here? What do you want?"

"What make you think I want something?" Akihito lifted his head and placed his chin on the table.

"Oh please, Asami, don't play innocent. Like you'd actually come all the way out here just for a chat." Akihito rolled his eyes and placed his forehead back on the table. "Ok, hit ma. What do you want, you damn bastard?" Asami looked over Akihito and became slightly worried about the boys health.

"Well, actually I was hoping that you would join me for dinner this evening."

"Not happening. I'm working tonight."

"Lunch tomorrow, then."

"Working."

"Dinner tomorrow."

"Still working."

"When will you be off work?" Akihito snapped his head up in frustration.

"I don't know, ok? It all depends on when this stupid case I'm working on is over with."

"What case?" Akihito's eyes narrowed.

"That is none of your concern."

"It could be."

"Well, right now it's not, so back off." A beeping noise came from Akihito's cell and he looked at the message. "And there's my cue. I've got to go. I'll see you around." Akihito got up and was passing Asami when his wrist was caught. He was spun around and Asami laid a hand on his forehead. "What the hell are you doing?!" Akihito growled as he pushed Asami's hand away.

"Like I said, you don't look so good, but I doesn't look like you have a fever." Akihito rolled his eyes.

"Of course I don't have a fever, I'm just tired."

"When's the last time you slept?"

"I don't know, three days ago. And what does it matter to you, anyway? You know what, never mind, just let go of my wrist so I can get back to work." Akihito snatched his hand back from Asami and turned to leave. "I'll see you around," he threw over his shoulder and was out the door, merging with the crowd.

Asami was rather shocked to know Akihito hadn't slept for a few days and got a bad feeling. What was Akihito working on and for how long? He looked as if he were going to fall over when he stood. Asami's phone went off and he too headed out the door into his car and headed off to a meeting with Akihito still on his mind.
