I've been reading some really good fanfiction lately, and that made me realize how not that great mine is.

So I wanted to thank ya'll for reading it anyways. C: you guys are awesome and I don't know where I'd be without my readers.

I hope you like this chapter. About halfway through is as close as I am physically able to writing some smut.

Anyways. Not doing my final read through because dinner is about ready. :3

Please review if you see any mistakes. I'll come back and fix any that I find.

I don't think I'd been asleep long when a large crash sounded from somewhere else in the apartment. "Sorry!" I heard Adriel called out.

I sighed and glanced down at Castiel. His eyes were open and staring up at me. "Hey, Cas."

He smiled slightly. "Hello, Dean."

"How are you feeling?"

"Tired, but okay." He rolled over so he was no longer laying on my chest and stat up, stretching. He looked over at me. "Thanks for coming to get me. But how did you…"

I sat up and nudged him in the arm lightly, not answering his unfinished question. "Well I couldn't just not rescue you. Besides… It was my fault you got taken in the first place."

"It wasn't your fault, Dean." He reached over to squeeze my hand. "But it doesn't really matter now."

I nodded. "So are you familiar with Adriel?"

"Not really. She's sort of an old myth. Supposedly she was one of God's highest in command, one of his best soldiers. But when he walked out, so did she."

"So she is actually a girl then?"

Castiel sighed. "Angels don't really have genders, Dean. Most of us are just more comfortable in a certain kind of vessel or form. Adriel just so happens to like them both."

"So you're…you're more comfortable inside a dude's meat suit?"

"I suppose so. I haven't really thought about it much." He looked away. "Dean, if you'd be more comfortable with a woman… I'm sure with a little searching I could find a female vessel."

I hesitated for a moment. It was a tempting offer. I could have Castiel, who was strong and independent and downright amazing, as a woman… There'd be no more gay jokes… No more struggling with my sexuality… But it wouldn't have been right. "No," I found myself saying. "I'd like you to stay as is."

Castiel grinned. "Well that's a relief. I really have become quite accustomed to this vessel."

"I have too." I reached a hand over and grabbed the collar of his shirt to pull him closer. Before he could say anything else, I pressed my lips against his. Cas let his hands slide across my chest before sliding his arms around my neck, letting his fingers curl into my hair. I moaned appreciatively and took that opportunity to slip his tongue into my mouth.

Pushing him back into the pillows, I moved myself so my body was hovering only slightly above his. Castiel pulled away and glared up at me, his eyes dilated with arousal. "You're not going to crush me, Dean."

When I didn't move, he sighed and roughly pulled me against him. The thin barriers of clothing between us were quickly becoming too much. I felt Castiel's cool hand find their way to my waist before slipping under the edge of my t-shirt.

Sitting up, I quickly pulled it over my head. Cas's fingers lightly traced the muscled lines of my stomach.

"Don't start drooling." I joked. "That would just be embarrassing for the both of us."

Cas simply flashed me an evil smile. Before I knew what was happening, I was on my back, head spinning, the headboard smacking against the wall.

"Dammit, Cas." I said breathlessly. "You're going to break something. I don't want to piss off Adriel. That angel scares the hell out of me."

He only laughed. I watched him pull off his shirt and within those few seconds our positions had completely reversed.

I placed my arms around his neck to pull his mouth back to mine. The kiss was a lot sloppier this time, but I didn't care. My jeans were starting to get uncomfortably tight, and by Castiel's heavy breathing, I was assuming his were too.

Cas's hands fiddled briefly with the button on my jeans and I raised my hips slightly so he could slide them off. I moaned quietly as his lips made their way down my chest and stomach before stopping at the waistband of my boxers. Cas smiled at me before continuing down his trail of kisses starting at the top of my thigh.

A harsh knock on the door interrupted.

"What do you want?" I called out somewhat breathlessly.

"I'm a powerful, celestial being! I can hear what you two are doing in there and I do not approve! I was joking earlier when I mentioned the frickle-frackling. Those are brand new sheets!"

I sighed and sat up. "Fine."

"Are you decent? I'm coming in." Adriel didn't hesitate long enough for me to protest. She stepped inside the door and flipped on the light.

Castiel stumbled off the bed in search of his shirt, but I stayed still.

Adriel took her time looking me over, and it took everything I had to not look uncomfortable. "Like what you see?" I grinned cheekily at her.

She shrugged. "You're not really my type."

"Good. I'm taken anyways." I didn't think about what I was saying until after I'd said it. Glancing over at Cas, I saw that he was standing near the edge of the bed holding my shirt tightly. He smiled at me at me slightly and I grinned back.

"How cute… Just kidding. This is making me sick." Adriel declared. When neither of us replied, she groaned. "Alright, love birds… You've been here long enough. I've been a spectacular host, but I'd like to rid myself of you now. So… If you wouldn't mind getting dressed, I will return you both to your vehicle."

I waited till she turned and waltzed out before I got off the bed. Cas had yet to move, and I was a little concerned at how still he stood with his fists securely clenched. "You alright, Cas?"

He only offered me a quick nod.

I found my jeans and started to pull them on, still watching him. His eyes followed me as I picked up his shirt and sauntered over to him. "What's going on in that angel brain of yours?"

"Are we… together now?" He asked nervously.

"I would like to think so."

Castiel visibly relaxed and his death grip loosened. He smiled at me and blushed slightly.

"Now that that's taken care of…" I held out Cas's shirt. "Do you want to get dressed?"

Without bothering to move his eyes from my face, he attempted to jam my t-shirt over his head a little too quickly. His head didn't quite find the hole and, with his angelic strength, effectively ripped himself a new one. He looked at me sheepishly before pulling it back off and holding it out to me. I handed him his own, and this time he managed to pull it on without any mishaps.

I held up my now useless shirt and sighed at the new gaping hole.

"I'm sorry, Dean."

"It's fine." I grinned and winked at him. "I'll just be getting all the stares."

Dropping the ruined shirt on the bed, I beckoned towards the door. "Shall we?"

We walked out the door and found Adriel sprawled out on the sofa. She eyed my bare torso warily, but didn't say anything. She stood up and came over to us, pushing us both in the chest.

I stumbled backward into the side of my car, but Cas hit the ground with a thud. I held out my hand to him, and he took it gratefully. As I pulled him up, Adriel spoke from behind me. "If you need my help in the future, don't bother calling, Winchester. My generous hospitality will not be extended again."

Before I could sarcastically thank her for her not so generous hospitality, she was gone. "Well that was fun." Cas grunted, attempting to brush the dirt off his pants.

"That's not exactly what I would have called it." I said, shivering slightly. It must have been around 2 or 3 in the morning. The only light I had to see by was the large, full moon hanging in the sky. "We'd better go, Cas. Sam is going to be pissed enough already."

"Why's that?" as inquired as we got into the Impala.

"Oh, you know how he is... Always grumpy about anything and everything…" I remarked vaguely, starting the car.

"What did you do, Dean?"

"I left for beer twelve hours ago, and now I'm coming back with you."

He was quiet for a moment, and I put the car in drive and pulled onto the road.

"Did you at least get some beer?" He laughed lightly.

"No…" Looking over at the passenger seat, I saw that he'd disappeared. I sighed and drove onto the highway. We were going to have to have to have the talk about this. He couldn't just keep popping off like that.

The crinkle of paper announced his return. "I got beer," he said happily.

I couldn't help but smile. "Maybe Sam won't bite my head off after all."

Okay, I'm seriously in need of a title for this fic. D= If somebody doesn't think of something, it'll end up with a really lame one like all my other fics.

In other news, the next chapter might take a bit longer. I've been kind of busy with my research paper and college stuff.

Sorry. :/ Thank you guys for reading. Love you. 3

Please let me know what you thought of the chapter!
