*Back in the barracks*

Lissa giving Robin a tour around the barracks when Robin spotted a currently vacant room with a round table in the center of the room and a couple of weapon racks next to a window.

"Hey, Lissa, What is this room used for?" Robin asked, pointing at the room.

"Ah...I don't know. Actually, I never have seen this room before." Lissa answered.

"It looks like a great place for storage. Maybe we will start using this room for that."

"Maybe" After examining the room, Lissa and Robin both head back downstair and back in the main room with Sumia and Vaike.

"Hey, Lissa, did ya finish going the newbie the tour?" Vaike asked.

"We just finished!"

"Great, that brother of your still isn't back yet. He must have gotten scary at thought of Tech and his mighty axe."

"In your dreams, Vaike. Chrom would never be scary of you and I already told you he's at a meeting right now."

"He's okay..." Sumia said quickly, plucking a petal of a daisy.

"He's not okay."

"Chrom's fine, Sumia. You don't need to do your flower fortune." Lissa assured her. Sumia start blushing in embarrassment.

"What, I am not-I mean, if you said so." she remarked as she toss the flower aside. Robin let out a laugh.

"Sumia acts just like my mother when she's worried." Robin thought. Then she felt shocked and confused by her own statement.

"Wait...my mother?" A sharp headache enters her mind. The pain was so intense that she sank to her knees and cradled her head in her hands. She shut her eyes as the pain grew more and more intense.

"Hey, what's wrong with the newbie?" asked Vaike, taking note of Robin's strange actions.

"Robin, are you okay?" Lissa said, worried. This was the first time that she saw Robin in pain and turning so pale. Any voice that tried to reach Robin grew grow too distant and faint for her to hear as she found herself in darkness.

"What am I?" she wondered. Then a stream of weird looking blue symbols and words rush in and circled around her.

"What the-" She cut herself off in the middle of her sentence when her surroundings changed to a vast land, full of cherry blossom trees. Standing a few feet away from her was a woman who was wearing the same exact cloak as her with the hood covering upper half of her face.

"Who are you?" Robin thought.

"Mommy!" She turned her head to see a little girl with short pink hair running past her and towards the woman, with hands of cherry blossoms.

"I got some pretty flowers, look!" said the little girl, holding out the fallen cherry blossoms towards her. The woman bends down to the girl and took the blossoms from her. A smile graced the woman's face

"They're lovely, Robin." Upon hearing her name, bewilderment and joy rose up at the same time inside of her as tears started falling from her eyes.

"Robin...is that little girl me and this woman my mother?" Then she noticed a golden locket around her mother's neck, shining with a golden hue.

"That locket..." The scenery changed back into darkness as she saw an image of her current self, looking at the locket and pocketed it inside her pocket. As her image left into the darkness, the symbols and words that surrounded her stir up into frenzy as everything turned white.

"Robin..." Back in reality, the pain in her head was gone as she looked up to see worried looks on everyone's faces, including Sully and Virion, who happened to walk in after Robin was battling her headache.

"Are you okay?" Sumia asked.

"Yeah...just-" Robin answered when she suddenly remember the locket. Fanatically, she searched in every pocket of her clothes to find it gone.

"What the hell is she doing?" Sully questioned.

"What's wrong, Robin?" Lissa asked.

"My locket..." said Robin.

"A locket?"

"I remember, I remember my mother!"

"Really?!"

"Yes and my locket had a picture of her and me as a child."

"Ok, the Tech's very confused. Why'd ya talkin bout a locket and mothers all of a sudden?" Vaike questioned. Robin realized she never gotten to explain her predicament. She finally told everyone around her about her amnesia.

"That's quite the predicament you're in, Milady." Virion commented after hearing her story.

"I cannot imagine what you must have felt, losing all of your memories." added Sumia.

"Frederick did tell me you had amnesia...But ya lead us in battle like ya been doin' all your life." Sully stated.

"If you put it that way, it does seem hard to believe, that's why I'm trying to regain my memories and learn who I really am." Robin stated.

"Well, if your necklace isn't here, maybe ya drop'd at the castle." Vaike said.

"Yea, you should listen to Vaike, no one is better at losing things than he is!" commented Lissa.

"That's sweet-Hey, I don' lose things all the time!"

"Oh, yeah, Then tell where is your axe?"

"It's right here-" he said, only to show that he was grasping at nothing.

"Hey, where'd my axe go?" Vaike started frantically looking for his axe, rushed over to the nearest pile and rummaging through it. Before anyone could react, he started tossing random objects from books to sharp weapons behind, carelessly aiming towards people's heads.

"No, that's not it...no...no..Gods, where'd I put that thing?" Vaike muttered, throw a set of knives and a hammer.

"Eeek!" Virion squeaked, narrowly dodging the knives as they embedded themselves into the wall behind him. Sully had manages to block the flying hammer with a shield that was placed confidently next to her.

"Vaike, I'm goin' to beat the crap-" She was cut as an extra heavy looking tome came flying towards her, bouncing off her shield.

"Hey, here are the axes...no...no...no." Then, a handaxe, bronze axe and tomahawk were flown across the room and toward Robin, Lissa and Sumia.

"Watch Out!" Robin shoved both Lissa and Sumia out of the pathway of the incoming axes while she herself ducked within a millisecond of the handaxe, which nailed onto the wall along with the other axes.

"Oh my gosh, are you alright, Robin?" Lissa asked.

"Barely..." Robin asked softly, sliding down to the ground.

"Ah-ha, I found it!" Vaike shouted, pulling out an iron axe from the pile.

"My trusty iron axe!" As Vaike was soon as he turned around, he was greeted by Sully and Lissa's angry glares.

"Hey, why do you two look so angry for?" Meanwhile, Chrom was lost in his thoughts as he and Frederick were heading towards the barracks.

"Then watch her and see whether or not she is truly worthy of your trust. This is a test not only for her, but for yourself as well." Emmeryn's words echo in his mind, over and over.

"I wonder what did Emm meant?" he wondered. Upon entering the barracks, he witness with both Sully and Lissa yelling at Vaike.

"Calm down, the Vaike didn' do it on purpose."

"You almost flatten me with that hammer!" Sully shouted.

"Those axes nearly chopped mine and Sumia's heads off! Lissa added.

"Luck for us, Robin pushed us out of the way in time, but almost got herself killed!" Chrom's eyes widen as he turned his attention to Robin whom Sumia was helping get up to her feet.

"Are you alright, Robin?" Sumia asked.

"Yes, but I could have done better without the handaxe almost mowing me down." Robin replied, dusting herself off.

"Thank you, Robin for saving me and Lissa. You risk your life to save us."

"Think nothing of it. You and Lissa are very important to Chrom and therefore, very important to me as well."

"I'm important to Chrom...!" Sumia started blushing. Upon hearing Robin's words, Chrom smiled as he cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention to him.

"Well, look what the cat dragged-gahh." Vaike said when Sully punched him in the stomach.

"Don't think this conversation is over, Vaike." Sully growled.

"Right..." he whispered, clutching his stomach in pain.

"Captain Chrom!" Sumia raced over to him, only to be trip by her own feet. She fall face first onto the floor in front of Chrom.

"Sumia, are you okay?" asked a panicked Chrom.

"Is it your boots again?" Sumia quickly stood up and blushing crimson red from embarrassment.

"No, yes, I mean...!" she shouted before letting a big sigh.

"Chrom, great news!" Lissa shouted, rushing over to her brother.

"Robin regained one of her memories back!"

"You did?" questioned Frederick, raising an eyebrow at Robin.

"Yes...it's a small memory, but I was able to see my mother." Robin said. A small smile graced her face as tears started to welt up in her eyes.

"I'm sorry, I am just happy to have one of memories back." She wiped her tears away with the sleeve of her robe. Silently, Chrom walk up to her and held out the locket.

"My locket..." Robin whispered.

"This dropped out of your pocket when you left with Lissa, maybe-" Chrom was cut off when Robin threw her arms around him and hugged him.

"Thank you, Chrom! Thank you!" she said, thanking profusely. Chrom soon turned a bright shade of red, due to the fact that Robin was hugging him. His heart was beating hard against his chest. When Robin finally let go, he regain his composure and started to clear his throat when he found everyone started staring at him.

"Listen up, everyone. By tomorrow morning, we'll going to be marching to Regna Ferox." Chrom stated.

"Regna Ferox?" Robin said with a puzzled look.

"A unified kingdom to the north of Ylisse. It said to be the homeland of barbarians or so they say." Sumia explained.

"Warriors are what they are and Ylisse are in need of their strength in order to quell this new threat."

"You mean those icky zombie thing?" Lissa asked. Chrom nodded his head.

"Yes, now this mission is strictly voluntary so I will only be taking anyone willing to volunteer."

"I volunteer!" Lissa exclaimed.

"Me too!" added Vaike.

"The Tech has been itchin' to go on a mission."

"Count me in too!" Sully stated.

"There's nothing to do here anyways."

"So will I." Virion contributed, recovering from his near brush with death.

"Someone has to keep an eye out for these lovely ladies." Sumia seem a bit hesitant whether or not she goes on the mission.

"I would like to go as well." Robin declared.

"Are you sure, Robin?" Lissa asked.

"Yes, it's better for me to learn and experience everything I can, even if it means going into many more battles." Robin grinned.

"Besides, I am the Shepherds' new tactician, after all." Upon hearing Robin's words, a little bit of courage build inside Sumia.

"I would like to join this mission also." Sumia finally said. With everyone in agreement, Chrom smiled and nodded his head.

"Then we leave for Regna Ferox tomorrow morning."

*Later that night*

It was nearly midnight when Robin was laying down on a bed with a thick blanket covering over her, fast asleep. Right now, she was in the Shepherds' sleeping quarters where she shares a room with Sumia who happened to have an extra bed. As the night was continued on, Robin was tossing and turning wildly as beads of sweat was forming on her forehead.

*In the dream world*

Robin found herself running down a dark hallway. As she was running, her mind kept telling her that she had to kill someone. Then a voice was calling her name.

"Robin...Robin" She turned around to see Chrom, now running next to her. Suddenly, a dark cloaked figure appeared, shooting out dark energy orbs at them. Robin brought her arms up in attempt to shield herself from the attack, but nothing hit her. As she lowered her arm, she saw Chrom with the dark cloaked figure whose palm was glowing with yellow sparks right in front of her.

"Chrom, look out!" she wanted to shout, but no words came from her mouth. It was too late as the figure plunges a dagger shaped thunderbolt into Chrom.

"NOOOOOO!"

Robin sprung up, gasping for air and clutching the edge of her blanket tightly. She felt tears sliding down her face. As she tried to wipe them away, Sumia lifted up her sleepy head.

"Robin, what's wrong?" Sumia asked, sleepy.

"It's...nothing...Please...go back...to sleep, Sumia." Robin answered, trying to her voice as calm as possible.

"If you say so..." Sumia put her head down and went back to sleep. Robin placed her hand on her heart and felt it racing against her chest.

"It was just a dream..." she thought to herself repeatedly.

"Oh, gods, please let it be just only a dream!"
