Happy Holiday dears! Hope all was well and if you celebrate thanksgiving, hope you filled your bellies up and have a great time with family.
This is long overdue, and I hope you love it cause writing it was a ton of work. I just love all the reactions i'm getting with this story, so I am pulling out all the stops to make it great. Thanks to all who read and reviewed it and I hope you keep up with me.
I also have a story going with someone you love as much as (or more than) you love me: ChaosTheory. It's called Roadblocks and it's our spin on the recent news surrounding Punklee...only ten times better. The link is on her page and mine, so get to it when your done with this chapter! ;-) enjoy.
"This closet looks so amazing now that you've moved in; but honestly, Maple, how do you have all these Chuck Taylors in every color and style? You seriously don't need it," Kaitlyn snickered as she searched from AJ's large walk-in closet. With rollers in her hair and her makeup done, she tried to put together an outfit for AJ to wear for Amy's brunch.
"You're one to talk, Top Fitness Model. Your closet is basically a second bedroom and it still looks like a small boutique," AJ scoffed as Kaitlyn shook her head laughing.
"I don't have them in every color. Wait a minute. What is th-...oh...my god." Kaitlyn pulled out a pair of African sandals and walked back into the room. AJ laughed from the vanity as Layla helped her prep beautifully for the party, getting her hair and makeup done.
"That is a crime against fashion," Layla pointed out with a snicker.
"John actually gave those to me from his South Africa trip," AJ giggled out.
Layla raised an eyebrow at the bright colors. "Boo, I don't care if the President handed them to you. I don't want to see you wearing those on your feet."
Kaitlyn shook her head, putting them down and finding a pair of blue, white and grey Nike Air sneakers for AJ to wear, waving it as AJ agreed joyfully, "Better! Match that with the black leather jacket, blue skinny pants, and my favorite skull face blouse."
Kaitlyn placed them with the outfit out and went into her jewelry safe. "What's the password again?"
"The release date of my first book." Kaitlyn thought about it, then punched in the numbers, successfully opening the small safe and eying all the Zales, Cartier, Hermes, Tiffany's, and other small pin-up girl and punk inspired jewelry gifts that AJ had received, yet some of them she hardly wore.
AJ was never really the materialist kind of woman (in fact, watching people mistake her for a 15 year old girl was always more entertaining), but these became the perks of a hard working successful woman who held her own. She was wealthy, loaded even, due to her instinct of having to save her pennies, her accomplishments as an best-selling artist, and Nick making sure she and Dulce would be well even after he had died. AJ may have lost him, but she was still the fiery, fun, vibrate, respectful woman that Nick feel in love with and married. And with full knowledge of how close she was with AJ, Kaitlyn was going to make sure she was okay here.
She gasped at a silver necklace that stayed in a Zales box. "You guys want to match the lightning bolt chain?"
"Hell yeah. It's from you. Why wouldn't I want to?" AJ agreed. "I'm wearing mine. Just bring the Skull cuff with it."
"Ooh, this is a must." Kaitlyn picked it up with some other jewelry and a nice wallet to go with it.
"Alright! All done," Layla boasted after she dropped the curling iron on the counter. Layla entered the room to see AJ's hair and makeup fully done and gushed happily.
"Oh, AJ. Take a look, love, quickly." Stepping behind her chair, AJ followed orders, and looked at the mirror with her. While she didn't have much on, AJ was the type of girl that didn't need it. Her lips were painted dark purple with a bronze shadow eye that blended with her olive skin tone perfectly, and wore her dark brown hair wavy. "You look great," Layla complimented.
"Only because it took a glam soldier like you to do this," she muttered, still covering her body under the robe. Layla scoffed, annoyed that AJ still wouldn't accept her looks. "I feel like a ten year old boy standing with all of you."
"Yeah, right. You are the most physically fit shorty I know. A beautiful smile and hips that any girl would love to start with. And, even as a mother, you still manage to wear the hell out a band tee." Kaitlyn leaned over her best friend's shoulder and looked into the reflection as well, smiling with warm assurance. "You will be 29 soon and you'll still be punk, tomboy and beautiful, Missy." AJ bowed her head and nodded in amusing at them, feeling a little better about the compliment.
"I still think going out today is a really bad idea. Dulce's not here and with this date…" AJ expressed, sighing with a pout. "I should just fly to Ohio and go see him."
"No AJ. We had an agreement this year. No sulking around the house or visiting Nick's grave." Kaitlyn remained her, watching her nod toughly with a tight smile. "This party is going to be fun. It's what you need to do because he would want for you to go out."
"Right," AJ repeated to herself with a brighter smile, making the girls smile as well. "Okay, we're going to party."
"Great! Now, I gotta tell Stephen to call the car for the day, so I will be right back," Layla stated as she hustled out, leaving the two best friends alone.
AJ looked at her outfit, and then gasped at a gift as Kaitlyn smiled. "It's cute, right?"
AJ picked up the small box with wondrous awe, lifting the top and looked inside, smiling wide with content. They were a tiny pair of Converses, decked out in an array of colors, sized in a way that really only one person could have wore them. And AJ had a feeling of how they were meant for. "They're so cute and adorable! Thank you so much, Kait. Dulce is going to love these. She doesn't have Wonder Woman shoe in her collection yet, so this is gonna be a great surprise for her!" Kaitlyn merely rolled her eyes smiling as the uplifted AJ bounced up in a bubbly manner, and hugged her kindred sister.
"Wait, there are three of them. I mean, no child should ever have one brand of shoe. This one is mine and since the other ones are too small for her..." Kaitlyn pressed her lipstick together as AJ just stopped, flabbergasted at what she had realized. After taking a moment to put the pieces together in her mind, she looked back upon Kaitlyn, her brown eyes beginning to water.
"Kait...are you-?"
Noticing what was happening, Kaitlyn cut AJ off, sternly pointing at her with wide eyes.
"If you cry your eyeliner off, Layla is going to kill you," she warned. "But…yes. You're going to be a Godmother, AJ!" Kaitlyn beamed with a light smile. AJ, still stunned at what had just happened, merely shook her head lightly in disbelief. She could barely form any sentences, or ask any kind of questions to Kaitlyn.
"When…? How…?"
"I just wanted to start a family now, is all. We went to a check up with a possible GYN and she came back with positive test, she said I was four weeks …I'm having a baby!" She giggled out loud along with AJ and the two women hugged each other warmly. They both soon frowned and Kaitlyn shook her own head in disbelief. "Wow...I'm having a baby," she repeated in mild shock as AJ nodded in sympathy.
"Yeah, it's not really rolling off of the tongue right now, but give it some time. You'll be screaming about your Carrot Top-haired babies soon enough," AJ teased as Kaitlyn transfixed her with a tight bewildered look. "Kidding! Kidding! But seriously, this is great. I bet Stephen is so excited."
"I know," Kaitlyn sighed in return. "He's starting now to experiment with some Irish-American baby names I just told my mom last night." They laughed together at the mere thought. "I'm excited about all this. And you know I don't do unexpected well, but I can handle this. Things are perfect the way they are," Kaitlyn assured with a knowing smile.
"Well, I think that's lovely and awesome, Kait. But I warn you, Chickbuster; just know that if that kid starts experimenting with hair dye…."
"My baby will not have black and blonde hair, now hush up and get dressed," Kaitlyn snickered out as AJ left for her closet to get dressed.
Maria and Amy belted into their mics and read from the small screen posed for them as Punk, Kofi and Colt all howled with laughter. Adam watched with his best friend Jason, Amy best friend Trish, Maria's husband Mike, and most of guests as he clapped for the pair. Amy jammed next to Maria, staring at the words on the screen and belting out songs in Stout NYC, a live band bar and grill in the heart of Midtown West.
They chuckled out a bit while singing and kept everyone at the private party laughing and entertained. Amy was happy with the early turn out and liked how everyone was having fun so far. She looked at her watch after getting off stage then glanced at Punk, watching him stare at his, which meant he was looking for the time to leave.
"What's up?" Seth asked from his table with Dean and Roman as Amy tapped his shoulder.
"You guys have anything planned after this?"
"Not till six. Punk might stop by the Fozzy press show with the interns. Why?"
"I invited AJ." They all turned to Amy with a frown on his face. She responded by giving them a humored, evil laugh as Dean scoffed in amusement. "You didn't tell him did you?" she shook her head, smiling with her lip bit as he snickered. "You're a creative woman, Mrs. Copeland."
"You know it. Just make sure he doesn't leave early please?" They all shared thumbs up and nods as she walked back over to her table. Colt kept his hosting duties up and kept the karaoke going. Layla, Kaitlyn and Stephen all walked in with AJ, holding her hand through the entrance. Amy and Adam greeted them as they came over. "Glad you made it guys." Amy said to AJ as Adam gave her a hug also. After she introduced Kaitlyn, Layla and Stephen to them properly, they took a seat at a table nearby with the Shield members.
"Karaoke night, also?" Layla asked.
"No. Colt just hired someone. I told them it was okay until the bands came," Amy explained. "It fits with the scene, plus Adam wanted to feel like he was at home in Canada and have a good Cheers time. But hey, if it keeps people entertained, I'm fine with it." They chuckled and watched as Colt kept singing Uptown Girl playfully and passionately, if not horrendously off-key.
Colt spotted the group, raising a flirty eyebrow as he swayed over to them. He grabbed Layla's hand and kept singing, making her shake her head and teasingly brush him away. Colt also noticed AJ and Kaitlyn laughing and shook her hands as well, singing and making them as welcome as possible.
As he made his way back to the front and finished off with a bow, Punk glanced back and kept his focus and attention solely on AJ. She soon caught his eyes and he noticed her smile grow softly, giving him a small wave as he nodded. Before he could do anything else, he felt the mic shoved into his chest. He gave Colt a bothered glare and after failing to fight him away, he gave up, chuckling with his hands up as he went to the stage.
With all eyes on him and a nervous grin on his lips, he leaned to the karaoke machine, looking at Maria as she gave him two thumbs up, as if to help "encourage" him to continue on. "Obviously, as you guys can tell I had something to do with this." Everyone laughed at his comment which was dripped with sarcasm, causing him to nod in agreement, even if it was a bit shameful. "But hell, why not? Despite the rain coming in later, we're still having fun, right?" They hooted for him as confirmation and he kept glancing at AJ, smiling as she started snapping photos of everyone at her table with her camera.
"Amy is one of my favorite people in the whole world. But knowing how wild she can get sometimes, it's great to see that Adam's tamed that beast." Adam gave him nod as Amy snorted. "I'm happy to be with them here, but I'm not the only new people in town. Hola, AJ; I see you," he chimed in a humming melody as she blushed. "How are you guys doing?" Layla and Kaitlyn cheered with excitement and pointed to AJ, who tried to avoid the attention as everyone cheered. "Feel free to welcome her. She's looking gorgeous tonight, isn't she?" She merely mouthed thank you as he nodded, and continued on.
"Okay. I promised I would sing this. And it's by a band named after my awesome hometown. I'll never do it again but a promise is a promise. You guys are the inspiration. So now, here is, as promised, the corniest wedding song of all time." he cleared his throat as the song played. Everyone started cheering and Maria leaned into Mike, feeling him kiss her and she blushed with her drink in her hand. "Mike and Maria Bennett have been married for thirty days everyone. Give 'em a hand!" They applauded at that announcement as he sang (or said each word carefully) on.
"I want to sing something, too," Layla spoke up. Kaitlyn agreed with a huge smile, but AJ gave her an eyebrow. "Oh come on, AJ! You love Karaoke."
"No, I loved coming to it," AJ corrected. "You two and Nick always loved doing this while drunk and with a group of old men smiling at you." She giggled aloud, thinking about those old times.
"No, I remember you getting up and doing it with us. Please, AJ?" Kaitlyn begged as Colt walked over to the table with a waitress.
Dean greeted and pointed to the guy. "Girls, this man is the man; Mr. Colt Cabana of Cult of Personality Radio. Colt, from left to right, Layla, Kaitlyn, her husband Stephen and this lovely little lady, my friends, is the one and only AJ Lee."
Colt nodded with a huge smile. "Glad to see we've met, finally. I've heard so much about you, AJ," Colt warmly greeted as he shook her hand gently. "On behalf of the team, I just want to thank you all for coming. And as the host of Showtime at the Stout NYC, I came to hand you guys the book." Colt passed it along and looked at Layla grinning.
"I know my favorite DJ lady is getting up there." He gave her wink as she giggled.
"You know it Cabana. I was just about to ask AJ what song we should sing."
"Bullshit. We're not singing anything," AJ snapped and Colt laughed it off.
"AJ, we don't boo anyone. Even if you sound like a cow in pain. It's all in fun so take your time and choose a ballad, a rap or a tear jerker. Keep it in the seventies to the nineties."
"Okay. But first and foremost, I would like to have something to eat first. I haven't had meat in days," AJ rambled while looking at the menu gasping.
"Well, get a plate and get ready," Colt promised with a wink, hoping his best friend would make the moves needed. "You're sure to have a good time with us."
"I hope so," AJ responded with a smile. "I really need to have one today."
Punk finished off his song and AJ clapped with everyone as he bowed. He walked over to Adam, who was laughing with Amy and a few other people. He stopped in front of Amy and nodded to AJ. "Really?"
The group eyed him with a frown as Adam shrugged. "What?" he looked over at Amy laughing at AJ and gasped. "Oh! AJ's here. Yeah, she's nice. Amy likes her. So Amy invited her. Problem?" Adam asked as Amy looked on also, listening in as Punk gave them a tight smile.
"No. No problem at all," he growled and he raised his eyebrow, clearly amused by his lying. Punk seemed panicky and thrilled to see her in the same room, but was masking it with his typical standoffish attitude. Vintage Phil Brooks. "It's fine. She's a guest."
"And she's hanging out with her friends and people that also work with you. Why do you care?" Amy snapped with a snicker.
"I don't."
"You do," Trish countered and Jay grinned with a throat-filled chuckle.
"It's okay if you like her, Punk. She's here all night if you want to talk," Amy chimed with a bright smile, which told him that Amy knew exactly what she was doing when she asked AJ to come.
"Duly noted," Phil grumbled with a roll of his eyes and left them alone.
"He'll do it when we totally aren't looking," Trish muttered with a smirk, seeing what Amy was talking about as Punk heading back to his table.
"Yep. Only a matter of time."
"Stephen, what are you doing?" Layla asked as Stephen was called by Colt to the stage.
Kaitlyn looked around anxiously and Stephen looked at her with his trade mark goofy blinding smile. That wasn't a good thing, especially when crowds of people are involved. "Stephen Farrelly, don't you dare do it."
"Darling, it's fine. We're among friends."
"Not really," she sneered and he chuckled at the grip she held on his arm. "Baby, please don't go." He did the complete opposite, then gave her a kiss on the cheek and went to the stage.
AJ leaned over with Kaitlyn and frowned. "What is Stephen going to sing?"
"Take a huge guess," she mumbled out and covered her face when Stephen tapped the mic and put it to his lips, giving everyone an intrigued look as his spoke.
"How's everyone doing tonight!" They greeted as everyone cheered up, smiling with the red hair Irishman as he nodded. "Ms. Dumas, I know today is about your show, which I love listen to on my spare time," he winked as she raised her cup approvingly. "But something new is happening to me and me lady. So if you don't mind an Irishman's accent, I'd like to show my dedication to her with this song."
Everyone cheered on as Stephen looked at the screen, and while the song played, it through everyone off a little due to the tempo and the mood. But Kaitlyn kept her hand over her face and Layla started laughing with Roman once they realized what song was playing. Even Dean and Seth chuckled at the choice. Stephen then turned to Kaitlyn as she lifted her head with an awkward smile.
You're having my baby,
What a lovely way of saying how much you love me,
You're having my baby,
What a lovely way of saying what you're thinking of me
With his accent blasting the tune loud and clear, AJ was the next to catch on and frowned with Amy, then cut her eyes with annoyance as Punk, Colt and Kofi just snorted out a louder laugh with Maria. "He is such an attention clown," AJ muttered as she observed her friend singing the classic with a passion.
Kaitlyn couldn't help but to giggle through her peaking tears, seeing Punk mouth 'You are?' to her with a huge grin of his own. She bowed her head to confirm, shrugging her hands shamelessly and he yelled in excitement for the happy man. Amy gave her two thumbs up and everyone started to cheer Adam on. "Why did I marry him again?" Kaitlyn asked the group with a huge smile on her face as he started to sway more, still in the groove of his song. "I'll going to let him have this."
"I know," AJ said as Stephen kept going fearlessly.
Seth leaned in and asked, "You're holding out on him after this aren't you?"
"Oh yeah." She nodded as AJ scoffed out a smirk, swaying as Stephen made his way to their table still singing. He stood in front of Kaitlyn as she blushed brightly at him and wiped her tear away. No matter how embarrassing this was, it was of many sweet things Stephen liked to do for her. He wrapped it up and Kaitlyn just laughed at him, clapping as he leaned over and kissed her, earning awe from everyone as Colt hit the stage to encore him. Kaitlyn giggled against his lips, looking happy with him as people started walking over to congratulate them.
AJ felt happy for them, but soon she noticed half the room was coupled up. She didn't like the wave of jealousy and unbridled bitterness that hit her as she watched Adam and Amy talked with Maria and Mike at their table, or how all the other couples were talking. But on a day like this, it was normal.
"Um…I need some air." She jumped down from the chair and Layla raised her hands in confusion.
"What? I just picked a song," Layla stated.
"AJ? You alright?" Seth asked with a frown as he noticed the forlorn loon on AJ's face.
"I'm fine. It's just really crowded here. I'm getting anxious. I'll…just use the bathroom."
"I'll come with…"
"No Layla," she barked out, causing Amy to turn her head with the table, noticing how bothered AJ was getting. "I'm fine. I'll just be right back." She didn't wait for them to keep talking and just walked towards the bathroom and finding a stall, sliding down to the floor in despair upon finding one. Once there, she leaned against the door, sighing deeply as she looked up.
"Oh, Nick. Why did you have to leave us?"
It was moments like this that made her hostile about everyone and anything. Her emotions were running all over the place right now. Hot one minute, cold the next. She didn't need to have a manic episode right now. However, since the date was stamped on the calendar, she had all the reason to be upset about her situation. She didn't want to be. She had a better home, a wonderful daughter and the best friends in the world by her side. She was healthy and didn't have any regrets or disappoints about her life. She just needed to get over the hump and the fears of doing alone and single.
But knowing that Amy was with Adam and Kaitlyn had Stephen hit her like a ton of bricks. She didn't have an Adam or a Stephen to partner up with or share a moment with. She didn't have anyone to love anymore. Her love was already gone. Dealing with this over the past two years had been harder than she could have ever thought, and with the days of Dulce coming to stay with her coming closer, reality was starting to set itself in:
She stepped in way over her head with this "starting over again in New York City" crap.
"Man do I need to lay off the Pepsi," Punk let out as he flushed the stale and headed to the sink. He washed his hands and took a quick look in the mirror, checking out his hair and face and giving himself a wink. Taking a deep breath, he tugged the bathroom door open and walked out without looking around. He suddenly collided with someone and held his arms out to catch them, and then looked down, pulling back with a bright smile. "AJ! Hey. What's up?"
AJ glanced up while sighing in relief. "Hey…I'm sorry. I should have been looking…" she ratted out nervously while slipping her hair behind to show her multi-pierced ear. He could see she was upset about something. She might have just be stressed out, and he could just walk away from it, knowing he didn't want to be a part of any drama right now. But as he noticed the pout she wore and the glossy brown eyes that looked at everyone in the party, his heart tugged a little. No one should be sad, especially at a party.
"It's cool. Um…hey, listen; you alright? I mean, I know Sheamo's choice of song was funny, but I didn't think it would make you upset either."
"No, no. That's not it. I just…I'm really just thinking too much. And about the wrong things." She twitched a little and Punk frowned, not knowing what was going on.
"Oh, okay. So what is it? Are you just triggered by all the mushy crap going on? Cause I know how you get when you're all worked up," he noticed.
"It's not really anger, just frustration and I'm a little on edge. I don't feel like being harassed or picked on right now, so if you'll excuse me…" she started to leave, but Phil's hand reached for her arm softly and he kept her in place with a caring gaze.
"Look, I can see your upset or that someone upset you. So before you go in and push this person into running traffic, you need to talk it out with someone," he comforted with a smile. He was only joking as he let out a short laugh, hoping it would make her crack that bright smile of hers or get snappy with him. Anything to get her out of her funk.
He instantly started to regret it the moment when he noticed her body start to tremble and shake, and while she let out some chuckles of her own, he saw her face scrunch up and her eyes close. Then, she started sobbing, looking down and breathing hard as tears flowed rapidly from her eyes. "Oh…ah...oh, boy." People who worked there started looking their way and Punk just looked around, wincing and desperately hoping someone else would notice, but everyone was making noise to someone singing in the other side of the room.
He shook his head and tried to calm AJ down. She didn't as the sobs continued, now only a little more louder, so Punk just opened his arms and tried Plan B. "Okay, okay, calm down. I'm sorry okay?"
"Just leave me alone!" AJ shouted through her weeping, but the touch of his hand caused her to stop moving away.
"No, I can't. Now when you're…okay, okay, just bring it in, c'mon." She frowned at first, not understanding why he was being nice. His reassuring nod and small smile made it feel okay. AJ slowly leaned her small frame into his large one, letting her tears fall on his grey Iron Man tee, soaking it expediently. He slowly raised his hands and slowly rubbed her back, then placed another hand in her hair to pat it.
"You're going to be fine, AJ. You're going to be fine." He kept saying this as she kept crying. He rolled his eyes at his failing attempt, knowing he was not Dr. Phil of comfort.
He inhaled her fragrance and noticed she wore a peach scent today. He likes it and suddenly wasn't bothered with her in his arms. "C'mon, AJ, please. Just stop crying and talk…."
Suddenly, the cries stop, and he peered down to see her pulled away, looking at him with her big doleful brown eyes still teary and a small upside pout on her face. She looked flustered and just wiped the tears way as he chuckled. This girl was a piece of complicated art.
And somehow...he liked it.
"Sorry. I just needed to get that out," she exhaled in a huff and nodded with him. "You know…built up and bottled up for some time. I just feel a little unstable and now…emotional." She slowly dragged with her teeth together, hating the way it sounded. "I'm going crazy here," she muttered out.
"I see," he observed. He leaned down to her and gave her a coy smile. "But I sorta dig it." She let out a relieving sigh as he winked his eyebrows.
"I really should be excited for my friends and happy to be here."
"Well, why aren't you?" he asked, frowning as she scoffed.
"Because...today's the anniversary of the day an evil, psychotic bitch murdered my husband and ruined my life before my birthday. And so far, I've pretended I'm okay when I actually feel like shit," She rambled out, sighing in relief once she got it out.
"Ah, you're a Pisces huh?" he asked with an informed frown. "Well then that explains the emotional, snappy, defensive and raging side of you." She giggled with him as he smiled. "I'm sorry that you're down about today. What happened a few years ago wasn't fair to you and you lost someone who was more than important to you."
"Yeah and instead of getting over it, I'm still fucking crying over it," AJ sniffled with a fresh streak of tears rolling down her eyes.
He nodded with understanding. "It's rough, I know. And it's okay to show a little emotion over it every once in a while, since you shows you still care for them after they're gone. But you can't let it bring your mood down or your life, because it affects everyone else around you who see you like this. So you definitely need to put on a real smile. Cause having fun is the only way to get over the hump, Smalls."
AJ frowned with a tilted head. "Um…Smalls?"
Punk shrugged a little as she glared. "Well, I called you kid and Princess and you hated that. Seeing as you put me in headlocks and choke holds as a result of that, I didn't want to see how you react to that nickname," he explained in a sarcastic tone, even garnering a few giggles out of AJ. "Besides, "Shorty" is what everyone else says and, I'm way better than all those other losers. I need my own."
AJ's mirth continued as she finally let out a light hearted laugh upon hearing that, making him smile as he picked up a tissue for her tears. "Thanks," she expressed gratefully after accepting it.
"No problem," he replied. "Wanna go back in and make the best of your weekend?" She nodded with good earnest and he mouthed okay. He felt her tension leave as he took her hand, but she kept smiling and took a deep, relaxed breath as they walked back to everyone.
'She feels alone' he thought as he surveyed the scene, trying to figure out the cause for AJ's sour outburst moments ago. Watching Kaitlyn get serenaded by her supportive alive husband must have struck a nerve. He figured that AJ wanted that. She had a family and one part of the deal was taken from her. That must have been an unbearable pain to go through, and Punk upon meeting her had decided to be a witty jerk to her about it. Looking back on it, he considered himself lucky she didn't deliver him five fingers and her palm to his hairy face. He didn't know her all too well but from what he did know past her aggressive side, was that she was still nice, humble and dorky. He called her that because in a way, he's considered himself as a cool, smartass kind of guy. She was also smart, creative, and amusing as it was for a woman under 5'4, she was hot, in her own quirky unique way.
Punk was now finding out that his interest and intrigue in AJ was actually starting to grow.
