The next few hours were spent planning the protection of Baker Street and the search for Moriarty. Mycroft even returned to explain the placement of his men. One ground rule was set up, Sophia couldn't leave the building unless someone was with her. Sophia zoned out there, Moriarty's voice playing in her head.
those around her took pity on her, so she was allowed to stay "
Sophia" John said to her, snapping her out of her thoughts just before they got too scary. Sophia looked to him, instinctively curling into his side as he put an arm around her.
"It's okay Soph, he won't get anywhere near you with us around" he told her, causing everyone to look at Sophia and nod their agreement.
"One life is enough for this case to take" Mycroft added. Sophia nodded at that, her gaze dropping to the key she had returned to the table while the plans were made around her.
And so, for the next two days Sophia didn't leave the flat alone, she wasn't left in the flat alone either, and there were always people watching her. Sophia had considered pointing out that this was a bit extreme, but knew no-one would listen to her anyway, so she kept quiet.
It was on Wednesday that it all fell apart. The Baker Street Irregulars had classes, so returned to University. John had to go to work, so Sophia stayed with Mrs Hudson. The landlady dragged Sophia to help out at the cafe next door, which proceeded to bore Sophia so she went to retrieve her phone.
Sophia was as quick as possible heading up the stairs, grabbing her phone and turning on her heel to head out the door, only to frown as she noticed John's laptop was still on. Sophia moved towards the laptop to turn it off, only to find a sticky note stuck on the screen that froze her in place.
221C at 3:30 Sherlock Girl, I have some unfinished business -JM
Sophia stared at the note on the screen for several minutes, silent apart from a small sob.
Moriarty had found her.
It was another twenty minutes before Sophia returned to the cafe, having decided what had to be done. She would have to meet him, the consequences could be catastrophic otherwise. Sophia knew what he could do. Sophia said nothing about it to Mrs Hudson though, as the landlady was already fussing enough over the twenty minute absence. But Sophia watched the clock for the next few hours, waiting until Mrs Hudson was busy chatting away to a customer before sneaking out of the cafe, slinking back into 221B without a sound. She used the key Mrs Hudson had left her a few days before to unlock the door to 221C, taking a breath before nudging it open.

Sorry for the short chapter, I'm working on the next one as we speak, but this is just a filler for what's about to happen...
