"Hey pop's nice to see you again." Emmett said as he walked over to Aro. "Well it wouldn't have been so long if someone had the decency to at least call or at least visit." Aro shot back quickly, it was clear though he was just kidding and was not actually offended. Just then Carlisle, Alice and Edward shouted disturbing the father and son ribbing that had been going on "What the hell is going, Emmett is a vampire there is no way he is related to Aro. He was turned into a vampire by Carlisle/me." Emmett let out a sly grin "Actually Carlisle you didn't turn me, I shifted into my vampire form when you injected me with your venom. We Dhampir can't turn unless we want to or if our true mate or mates are changing us. Plus before you ask I had indeed gotten into a fight and was bleeding when rosalie found me just not a fight with a bear but a traveling Vampire in the area who was mad that i had trespassed on his territory because I still had the scent of a vampire. I'm Bella's twin brother, son of Aro and Sculpia, prince of the Volturi and the Vampire race." As He finished the jaws of the the three fell and all they could do was stare at him they had only thought of Emmett as a big teddy bear and beneath them to find out they had been tricked by the a person they thought below them well it shook the foundation of their their brains had finally rebooted all that ran through them was the sole thought of how screwed they were as they had discussed their plans and certain incriminating topics with Emmett in the house. Looking at their faces when they found out that he tricked them and who he was, brought an immense satisfaction to Emmett that he outright smirked at the three. "Nice job Bro, I think that you broke them." Bella chirped from Aro's lap where she had seated herself during the confrontation between the Cullen's and Emmett. "I think I did, well then Hurray for me ." Emmett replied. "Kids, be nice it's not helpful poking fun at idiots who can't defend themselves." Sculpia scolded, entering the room, though it was tempered by her smile.
Pov Change (Sculpia)
Seeing her children in the flesh and not in her dreams, Sculpia had walked into the throne room oozing contained excitement, as it wasn't proper for a queen to appear excited in front of her subjects. Bella however had no such reservations it seemed for as soon as she heard her mother she launched herself at Sculpia from Aro's lap shouting at the top of her lungs "mama,mama catch me". Laughing Sculpia caught her little girl and gave a kiss to her darling little girl who, she felt like she hadn't seen in forever,"mama, I missed you so much. Did you miss me? How have you been? Is my garden alright, was it too much trouble to take care of? Are Linda and Leo okay? Did they miss me, I know I missed them. How is the guard?" went Bella talking at a mile a minute, her little one always talked fast when she was excited especially in moments like this but she wouldn't trade her for the world as she was hers. "Mamma what's wrong you're not listening to me." she heard Bella say, It seemed she had missed a break in Bella's monologue where she was supposed to answer her questions while she was having her inner monologue. "I'm sorry sweetie, I was just thinking how great it is to have you and your brother back home." Sculpia quickly reply lest Bella Started worrying "Now how about we sit down and you can tell me all that you've been upto since you've been gone." "Okay mommy." Bella replied.
The family spent about an hour getting reacquainted with each other. At this Marcus, the third Volturi brother came into the throne room. Marcus had lost his companion a few centuries ago and ever since then had stayed his wing of the castle rarely coming to the throne room unless it was an official case or that this had been the way things had been for the last century,the occupants of the throne room were surprised to see him outside of his " Hello, Marcus, its nice to see you today. Did you need anything?" Aro questioned shaking off his shock at seeing his brother outside of his rooms first. " Oh no I do not need anything. I simply saw my bonds change and came to investigate." replied Marcus. As his gaze swept through the room taking in the features of the people in it and the bonds that they had with each other, it finally landed on the last person in the room a female with caramel colored hair, golden eyes, and the figure of a goddess. As his eyes devoured the image of the goddess before him marcus's beast awoke from the slumber that it had been in since didier's death, it screamed mine and in that moment Marcus knew he had found his true mate in this goddess if she would have him.
While Marcus had been having his moment the rest of the group had also come to the realisation that they were witnessing the meeting of true mates. Bella went over to Jasper and sat on his lap. SHe decided that she needed to be matured for this scene and thus aged herself back to her regular age. Jasper looked down upon feeling the extra weight in his lap, finding his mate on his lap he grinned and hugged her closer knowing just what Marcus was going through even without his empathic abilities, he had gone through much the same thing when he had met Bella.
"Hello, miss my name is Marcus Volturi. May I have the pleasure of knowing yours." If Esme was human she would have totally been blushing " Hello Marcus my name is Esme Platt." "What a wonderful name for a wonderful lady." " Why thank you" "You are most welcome now would you like to go for a walk with me." "That is a wonderful Idea, Shall we." Aro interjected here before the two could leave " Brother before you and the wonderful Ms. Platt leave we have to deal with the Cullens and their crimes against human and vampire kind." " Oh very well be quick about this. I would like to get to know the lovely " "You can call me Esme" "Well then you may call me Marcus."
Well I finally updated. Sorry for the wait I moved states then school started and things got hectic. I know I'm making excuses but you can expect another chapter by next week, now that I'm done with this chapter which I've been trying to get over but I just couldn't phrase correctly so I just have to settle.
