Me: Hey, I'm sorry to say that I'm not back yet. I still have seven chapters left to do for ruby gold boarding high school madness, but you guys have been so patient that I decided to update this instead or the other one this week. So here you go!
Disclaimer: i don't own shake it up!...Hoes.
( Deuce's point of view... )
"Woot! lets get you ready!" CeCe said holding a bag of clothes.
"Um... CeCe."
"Yeah?"
"What is that?"
"What's what?"
"Thaaat." I said pointing to the bag.
"Oh, I went out and bought you some clothes since you usually dress like a hip hop hobo." She grinned.
"I do not!"
"You do too!"
"Alright fine I don't care but you are not watching me get dressed this time."
"Haha, you think you can tell me what to do."
"*Sigh*"
"Come along." She said motioning me to my own room. I sighed again and began walking to it. "So what are your favorite colors deuce?" CeCe asked as she layed out the clothes on my bed.
"Why does it mater?" I asked.
"Because, if you were the colors you like you'll feel more confident and will be more open when we get to the party." My eye's widened. CeCe actually was making some sense. "Don't look all surprised! I'm very smart, I just chose not to show it." She said. "So, what is it?"
"Black and blue."
"Okay, try these on." She said as she threw him a pair of jet black jeans.
"Hey, these actually look pretty cool." I said starring at them.
"Duh! I picked them out." She said, waving her arms. " Put'em on. " I sighed as I took off my pants.
She thinks I'm straight right, so why is she so comfortable about me getting striped down to my underwear for?
"They fit pretty good. Now put this on." She said holding up a deep blue shirt with black designs on it.
"Where did you get this stuff?" I said amazed. I loved everything that id seen so far.
"Can't tell ya, but just so you know this is you birthday, Christmas, and whatever flubbing gift giving holiday there is, present for the next two years."
I laughed.
(At the party, pulling up on the curve after picking up a reluctant Dina...)
"WOOT! WE IS HERE!" CeCe yelled at us after parking Dina's car. We pulled up to a large beautiful house, possibly a small mansion, and their were people everywhere. Neon lights shined out the houses windows and red cups and steamers were all over the place. The typical high school Friday night party... and I hated it.
"Welp, you can take me home now CeCe."
"WHAT! Boy you an't going no where, you either Dina. You guys both promised!" CeCe scolded.
"But I don't like people..." I whined. She sighed and got out of the car.
"Well that's too bad. But you gon learn today!" CeCe said as Dina also began to get out of the car.
"I don't care what you do tonight CeCe but not drinking, smoking, drugs or sex of any kind." Dina said crossing her arms.
"Ugh, you guys are so stereotypical. And like I would do any of those things anyway... okay maybe the drinking but that is so it! And even if I did I couldn't get drunk because my mom would kill me. Then she would find out where the party was and arrest everyone involved."
"She so would." Dina snickered.
"Well meow that you two are done being party poopers, let go!" CeCe said, strutting off in the direction of the house.
"Did she just say meow instead of now?"
"Yup..."
"...This going to be a loooong night." I sighed.
We followed CeCe inside of the house and somewhere along the way I got lost in the crowd. The constant hands rubbing on me made me feel a little sick to my stomach even though I know no one was doing it on purpose and I could smell the sent of some kind of smoking substance coming from up stairs. God knows I wanted to get out of here but I promise CeCe and unlike her, I keep my promises... plus I don't know how to drive and CeCe took Dina's car keys so we couldn't.
I had finally found a place on the wall with enough room to breath and once I started to relax a bit my nerves shot up when I saw the person coming threw the front door. WHY THE HELL IS TY HERE!
I had the strong urge to run and hide somewhere, but then I realized I had no reason to. Ty should be hiding from me!... I think. I'm not sure anymore. You know what, I'm just gonna go hide anyway.
(No ones point of view point of view.)
"God, why did you drag me here." Rocky moaned as she came through the door behind me. "I've been here less than five minutes and some guy already tried to grab my butt and another tried to get me to go home with him."
"Can you at least try to have some fun?" Ty said brushing off his black jacket.
"Get me a good book, a quiet room and a Beyoncé cd and I'll be all good." Ty sighed and walked into the crowd only to see Deuce trying and failing to hide behind a lamb. Ty flinched. "I guess I should go talk to him. Just so he thinks I'm not trying to push him away." He whispered to himself. He watched as Deuce's eyes widened when he realized the taller boy was heading for him.
"Hey man." Ty said, painting an awkward smile on his face. Deuce opened his mouth looking like he was trying to say something but closed it again. After waiting for Deuce to say what he was about to say Ty started talking again. "So, you having a good time?"
"Um...Y-yeah... I guess." He mumbled quietly.
"That's good... So ill uh, see you later."
"Yeah. See you." Deuce said as Ty walked away
(Deuce's point of view.)
Okay, that was the most heart racing and awkward conversation in my life. But the worst part is I don't even know why! Things are so weird between us now and its irritating as hell!
"Deuce!" Someone yelled in my direction. I looked around to see the source of the voice was Gunther. He was surrounded by jocks and popular kids. He motioned me to come over but I just stood there and shook in my shoes. The people around him stared at me like I was crazy but the one that got to me the most was the one in front, the blonde, beautiful, and all powerful queen of the school, Tinka. I could tell she did not approve of me.
After seeing my nervousness Gunther came over to me and dragged me over to them.
"This is the guy I was telling you guys about. Isn't he adorable?" Gunther said hugging me. I pushed him off and he pouted. Tinka still had that same scowl on her face.
"Um hi." I said waving my hand shyly. The group smiled a little bit.
"I guess he is a little cute." One of them said. I blushed and looking to the floor.
"I take it back, he's a lot cute." The same person said and the group laughed.
"Don't be so shy man." One of the guys said. Tinka was still glaring at me.
I stood there as they talked to each other and Gunther kept putting his arm around my shoulders. The kept asking me questions about myself and I shyly answered them much to there amusement. Once Gunther left to find a bathroom Tinka smiled and pulled me off to the side.
"Y-You wanted to talk to me?" I said nervously. Tinka could destroy anyone in this schools reputation. She had all kinds of connections to everything, all the school clubs, the school president, even the lunch ladies. She looked me up and down and a smirk appeared on her glossed pink lips.
"So your the one my brother has taken such a liking to." She said with her silk like voice.
"Yeah... I'm Deuce. Deuce Martinez."
"Look, you seem nice juice-"
"Its Deuce."
"Whatever. But I can tell you don't have the slightest bit interest in my brother." Well, she wasn't exactly lying. Gunther's nice in all but I don't want to date him.
"Its not that, I just don't see myself dating is all."
"Well whatever the case, I think you should stay away from him." My eyes widened. She wants me to stay away from Gunther.
"Why?"
"Because, I don't want my brother getting hurt. We've been through a lot together. If you don't want to be with him, stop leading him on."
"I'm not. I just want to be his friend."
"Okay look. I shouldn't be telling you this but I guess I have to since your the first person my brother has ever tried so hard to get. Gunther may not seem like the type but he's very sensitive, and if you-" She stopped and swallowed. "If you hurt him I swear I'll make your lie a living hell. Got it?"
Me: There's a little taste on what to come. Hope you enjoyed it!
