Clint was sent to kill Natasha Romanova, but he had a secret that he didn't tell Fury, Natasha was his soul-mate and Alpha, he went along like he agreed with Fury's decision but he had his own plan, try to get her to come with him. He knows that he's playing a gambled but she's his soul-mate, so he's hoping he can use that to his advantage to her to come with him to join SHIELD.
