~Rin's POV~
I shut the door behind me and left my shoes in the hallway. "I'm home, mom!" A brief memory of what had happened the previous night played in my mind.
I remember crying... and then I told Yukio something... and I blacked out. The following day I woke up somewhere on the campus and managed to make my way over to the house before 5 A.M. I heard a door opening and closing somewhere along the other hall, but no voices.
"Mom?" I leaned over a bit as to look down the hall. I saw my mom standing right outside her bedroom door, somewhat looking at the ground, facing the wall opposite of the door.
"Mom... Is everything okay?" I slowly walked over to her, waving my hand in front of her face.
"Mo-" I suddenly grabbed my shoulders and we both fell over. She had me pinned onto the floor. There was a loud ringing noise in my head, sounding like it echoed through my skull, back and forth. But it was never from outside of my head. I shrieked as I felt something piercing my skin. My vision began to blur. I faintly saw red as I slowly went limp and my mind became hazy. My head fell to the side, looking into the slightly opened door. I saw Kaori's feet and some blood, the rest of her hidden by the bed. Right before I blacked out, I heard her voice.
"No one is taking you away from me..." Her voice was gentle but scary, shaking a bit as she slowly brought her head in, pausing so her mouth was right next to my ear.
"Not even Yukio." She whispered as black slowly crept in from the edges of my vision. I faintly heard her laughing, but I blacked out.
What happened next, I wish to forget.
~Yukio's POV~
"Alright... Where's Nii-san? I was supposed to meet him here to hear his plan..." I stood in the middle of the park, looking around. Nii-san said that he would already be here, but he's nowhere to be seen. What if something...?
No... How could that demon have found out? Was someone spying?
Maybe he's just caught in traffic? Maybe there's a lot of pedestrians?
What could have happened?

I huffed, sitting on the bench. I had been sitting here for 7 hours. People walked by and looked at me like I was crazy from how long I was sitting here. Something is definitely wrong. Nii-san shouldn't be taking this long. Besides, I can't wait here much longer. I have dinner in 15 minutes and there's a teacher meeting right after that, Mephisto called back Ukobach because he wanted a meal for once, I can't cook, and even if I tried, I wouldn't have enough time to make anything by the time I got back from the meeting before I would have to sleep, as I have a few school council meetings before school tomorrow morning. I'll starve if I stay here much longer.

I sighed. It's been a long day, and now it's time to teach the cram school. I entered the classroom and jotted down a few notes, waiting for the cram school to arrive. This whole thing with Nii-san is bringing me down... He left the dorm before I could get another chance to talk to him - but he got Obinata to let him use the phone in the lobby and told me to meet him in the park. Said he had a plan. Said he'd already be there. But he wasn't. Well, no use in worrying about it now. I did save the number onto my phone so I can always call if I get too worried... but it would be weird if I suddenly called and Kaori or the demon that originally took him picked up. Not only weird, but probably bad, and she would take him away again if she got the call or heard the call.
I continued thinking to myself, constantly trapping my train of thought with doubts, until the cram school came in, which I didn't notice until Suguro cleared his throat. Loudly. Now that I think about it, I do space out often, so it's not common, but it's not rare either. It's just uncommon. I lifted up my head and silently thanked Suguro in my mind, standing up and writing on the board.
"If you would all open your textbooks to page 485." I heard pages flipping behind me, then I heard them slowly come to a stop.

It was about 10 minutes from the end of class. We had managed to get everything finished already, so we had been sitting here for a few minutes. The rest of the class was a free period.
I sighed, leaning my head into my hand, shutting my eyes and thinking. A sudden ringing dispelled my thoughts, and I sat up, looking around the room. Everyone looked at each other, but no one said a word. Then I realized it was MY phone.
I sighed again, picking up the phone. Nii-san's voice rang from the other side, hushed and sounding tired, but talking quickly.
"Yukio! Azami... she... she found out... I don't know... She knocked me and Kaori out... I'm some sort of... stone room... Help, please!" He fell silent for a moment, silently gasping. "OH SHIT! NO!" I heard him screech, then static, then the call ended.
Everyone was staring at me, and I was staring at the phone. I released a breath I didn't know I was holding. I closed my eyes and thought for a moment, before standing up abruptly and walking over to a closet, pulling out 3 or 4 pistols, loading them with holy water soaked bullets, and packing several holy water grenades. I then closed the closet, turned around, and walked across the room to the door. Right as I was about to step out, I heard Shiemi's shaky voice.
"Yuki-chan... What... What's wrong?" Her voice was small, and she was staring at me with big eyes. I looked over my shoulder and looked at her for a very long minute, before answering calmly...
"It's Rin." I said quietly, before facing forward again. I heard them calling after me, saying that Rin was dead, as I charged down the hall.
I have to find him.
Before it's too late.
So I revised chapter 6. I was thinking about how fluffy it was for the entire vacation, that it was like... ;( I was DYING the WHOLE TIME... FROM IT... Lel.
So I... yeah, decided to revise it.
ALSO... I have forgot to do this for.. ALL.. my stories.
I OWN NOTHING... except for Kaori, Obinata, and Azami. And the printer.
Das vedania!
