Chapter 7 : Placid Pain
It was dark and cold. His body was aching everywhere. His mind felt like it was drifting in air and panic was crawling its way down to his gut. His whole body felt like it was floating and yet his legs were on the ground running frantically against solid concrete.
Suddenly, his mind became conscious of his surroundings, but all he could focus on was on escaping the darkness.
His body started to ache painfully causing him to fall on his knees with his vision blurring, his hand was gripping on his stomach tightly and as he pulled his hand into view blood started to ooze out of his stomach like jell-o. Then something in him snapped, willing himself to stand up and get the heck away from this place despite the overwhelming pain that was now spreading all over his body. Holding on to his stomach, he reached out his other hand to grab onto the door knob, which seemed to move farther away the closer he got.
"Ride me" a sinister voice whispered behind his ear causing his head to quickly turn around to a dark empty space behind him. When he turned back to the door, a pair of pink sunglasses were right on his face making him fall back on his back cowering.
The big dark shadow that wore the pink sunglasses suddenly loomed over him. He felt thin strings pulling on his wrists and ankles, pinning him on the floor and immobilizing his whole body; the stinging pain from the strings made him wince excruciatingly.
He gasped and squirmed around when he saw the dark shadow slowly coming closer revealing the bright colors of the other man's outfit. Anger and fear mixed together in his gut upon seeing the other man's face in front of him, looking amused and hideous.
"No…" he whispered, however, the only response he got was the other man's wide smirk that sent a cold shiver down his spine.
His body started rocking erratically as the bigger man joined their hips together, two big hands wrapping themselves around his slender neck closing his airway. Tears started to pool around his eyes as the other man continued to tighten his grip around his neck, while still rocking their hips hard against each other.
"Stop…" he managed to groan out, tears finally falling down on his cheeks; the pressure on his gut finally proving to be unbearable for him.
'Not bad kid…' the voice whispered against his ear. And when he looked up, he saw the taunting figure of the other man slowly moving away from him. The pain growing colder and stronger as he realize what had happened and how helpless he was. His consciousness slowly fading away, he could now feel the ground disappearing and his body falling away.
His lean body jolted awake, eyes snapping open as he desperately gasped for air, his whole body still paralyzed in fear with sweat dripping down his face.
Slowly collecting himself, he blinked a couple of times as he tried to focus at the image in front of him. Having adjusted his eyes to his dim surrounding, he noticed the ceiling and realized he was lying on the clinic bed. When his body had finally regained some of its feeling in his limbs, he looked around the room and saw the small ray of moonlight that came from the small round hole on the door; it casted a soft veil onto what appears to be the doctor's table.
Sighing deeply, he tried to calm his racing heart. It had been awhile since he last dreamt about that incident and he couldn't believe how real it still felt. Raising one hand to his face, he stared at it as it continued to tremble. Sighing deeply once more, he wiped some of the sweat away from his face as his heartbeat slowly returned to normal.
'What happened?' the blond slowly closed his eyes as he tried to recall the events that had happened inside the bathroom with Luffy, 'I'm gonna kill that damn rubber!'
"Hey,"
Sanji—startled by the low voice—was suddenly pulled away from his thoughts and quickly arose from the bed, draining the blood from his head making him light-headed. Catching himself with his elbow on the bed and cradling his head with his other hand, he tried to regain his composure.
'Who-' the blond finally looked up, eyes squinting, searching for the source of the voice.
"How're you feeling?" the voice asked more softly.
It took him a while to process whom that voice belonged to; but Sanji could never forget the hoarseness of this person's voice; this voice that exudes so much presence despite having a low tone; a voice that has its own quality and sound; you can never mistake it for anyone but Roronoa Zoro.
"A bit stiff…" with his voice still groggy, he tried coughing a couple of times to bring moisture to his dry throat, scanning the area for the said swordsman. After a brief pause, he added, "how long was I out?"
When Sanji finally noticed a dark silhouette on the corner of the room leaning against the wall, he tried sitting up; getting out of the blanket and letting his legs fall off the side of the bed. He noticed that he had on a pair of pajamas with a rabbit's tiny face printed all over. His head still hanging from his shoulders staring at the rabbit's face on his pants just waiting for the other man to speak. He heard some soft shuffling sound on the wooden floor then the sound of water pouring before seeing a pair of boots standing in front of his bare feet.
"Four days? I wasn't counting…"
Sanji looked up and saw a glass of water held out in front of his face, staring at it as if he wasn't sure what to do with it. 'I was out for four days? What the fuck…' When the glass moved closer to him, it snapped him out of his trance and finally noticed the swordsman's tan hand.
He looked at the glass of water and then up to the swordsman's face, which was draped with a darker shade of shadow that hid all his features. Sanji then reached out his right hand to take the glass of water, intentionally holding it in a way that made his index and middle fingers press against the swordsman's ring and little fingers.
There was a long pause between them, and during that time Sanji noticed a couple of things, like how the night waves gently rocked Sunny across the vast sea, how the soft creaking sounds echoed inside the room and somehow filled the awkward silence between them, and how the steady movement of the ship shifted the ray of light around the room, casting the moonlight's soft glow onto a patch of green moss.
Sanji's eyes glowed at the sight before him, the moon's soft glow greatly highlighted the swordsman's features; the scar on his eye; the sharp jawline; the three golden earrings dangling on one side; the beautiful tan color of his skin; the well-toned, perfectly shaped muscles; the long scar along his chest that ran down to his stomach; those tight eight-pack abs of his.
Before his eyes could wander any further below, he had already snapped back to his senses when Zoro finally pulled his hand back and retreated to his corner, his features disappearing in the shadows; leaving Sanji staring at the glass of water in his hand, feeling a bit hurt and lonely as he brought the glass down and held it with both hands. Suddenly, his vision started to blur, and his right temple started to throb making him cringe slightly as the pain grew. Sanji then decided to drink some water, thinking that maybe the cause of this headache was from dehydration. However, Sanji drank too quickly from the glass, causing water to spill from the sides and all over his chest, choking back a couple of times when some water entered his nose.
Sanji was too busy coughing out the water out of his lungs that he failed to notice the swordsman walking to his side and wiping off the water from his face and chest. The swordsman had already unbuttoned Sanji's shirt open to wipe the cook's body dry when he felt hot calloused hands running up his chest.
Zoro had the cook by the shoulder with his left hand while his right hand wiped the cook's pale chest with a soft towel. Looking at the cook's chest, Zoro couldn't stop thinking how skinny the blond became compared to the last time he got this close to seeing the blond's body. He wondered how this skinny and boney figure of a man could still make his heart beat fast wanting to touch the pale skin that glowed blindingly when the moonlight shifted over them. Slowly moving the towel over Sanji's lower abdomen, almost like in a trance while still being aware of the recovering wound, Zoro subtly moved closer to the blond.
Sanji's visible eye gleamed with tears looking at the swordsman's vacant expression while looking at his exposed body. Moving both of his hands to grab the swordsman's sturdy wrists, the swordsman blinked and shifted his attention to the visible blue eye staring up at him.
"It's alright, let me do it." Sanji whispered as he moved his hand touching the towel. To which the swordsman replied by subtly ignoring him and proceeded to wipe downwards; pulling onto the garter of the blond's trousers to dry the area between his thighs.
"Oi! You don't have to-" the blond gasped when he felt warm hands moving down to his thighs inside his trousers, grabbing the swordsman's forearms trying to stop them from moving as his whole face turn a darker shade of pink.
"Raise your hips," the swordsman ordered nonchalantly failing to recognize the dumbfounded look that the blond man pointed at him. "You need to change your clothes." He explained innocently. The blond man blushed intensely realizing that he misunderstood what the swordsman tried to do, turning his face away from embarrassment and slight disappointment. Zoro waited on the blond man, who seemed to be occupied with his own thoughts, to raise his hips. When the blond man appeared unresponsive, Zoro grabbed the blond man's right shoulder and pushed him down on the bed, pulling the trousers down letting it fall around the blond's ankles earning him a baffled look from the blond.
Seeing the blond man's hair splayed on the bed, blue eye glistening in surprise, and pale skin on lean muscles that only had a pair of grey boxers on made the swordsman realize his how the situation looked like. Swallowing his nerves down, the swordsman tried to move back from the blond who was now blushing all the way to his chest, painting his nipples a deep shade of pink.
"I want you."
Zoro twitched at the blond's quiet statement, a million thoughts quickly rushed through the swordsman's head causing all his blood to rush down to his other head, creating a bulge on his green coat.
Simultaneously, Sanji realized what he had said and tried to get off the bed in a frantic rush. Zoro grabbed Sanji's arm almost as if on instinct causing the both of them to freeze in shock.
Sighing deeply and squeezing his eyes shut as if trying to find an excuse out of the situation he got himself in, Zoro released his grip and turned his head away from the blond.
"I don't-we can't…"
Sanji just blankly stared at Zoro's turned face as he tried to think what the swordsman wanted to say. 'You don't what?' he tried to open his mouth, 'You don't want me anymore?' he closed his mouth, 'is that it?' painfully pulling his lips into a sad smile, releasing a soft chuckle that caught the swordsman's attention.
"Yeah, sorry… What am I saying…" chuckling dejectedly as he hung his head low, turning his head away from the swordsman. "Forget what I said," he ordered sounding a bit harshly.
Zoro clenching his fists tightly in frustration realizing that must've said something stupid again because of his terse response. 'I don't want to hurt you out of an impulse'
"Hey, can you get me a new pair of pajamas instead?"
Zoro's tense shoulders loosened as he exhaled the breath that he had been holding in unconsciously as he grunted a nod, slowly turning away for the door. Sanji remained motionless on the bed, also holding in his breath, until he heard the soft sound of the door closing.
"Hah," Sanji chuckled painfully laughing off his embarrassment. He grabbed a fist-full of his blond hair as he tried to muffle his sobs in his throat, confusion running through his mind. 'Why am I crying?' He could feel his body heating up as blood rushed up to his head and onto his eyes. 'Stop it.' Clenching his teeth tight, he pulled harder on his hair and quickly slammed his fist against the mattress, strong enough for the bed to make a loud banging sound against the wooden surface of the room.
"Fuck..." Sanji growled angrily, crouching on the bed holding onto his wrist almost as if nursing it against his chest. But it wasn't his wrist that was hurting, it was his chest or rather something inside his chest, whatever that could be.
"Don't!" this time his voice sounded more violent and gruff, as he tried to stop the tears from falling, thinking to himself how tears never solved anything and would only make him feel helpless, like that time on the big rock island in the middle of nowhere.
When he heard the door creaking open together with the sound of light footsteps walking on the floorboard, Sanji panicked and tried to compose himself thinking why the stupid swordsman was so quick to return. He expected the swordsman to take at least 30 minutes to return for obvious reasons: that he has no sense of direction.
'Shit!' Sanji quickly grabbing the blanket behind him and wiping his face of sweat and tears while still crouching. When he heard the footsteps getting closer to him, the blond slowly sat up and raised his head to look at the swordsman struggling to put on a smile to show that he's okay.
"You're quick to return, did you have a map with you or-"
Glistening blue eyes met with yellow orbs with dark circles underneath them.
"Wha-" Sanji choked back a bit startled at the person standing in front of him.
"You're crying..." a tattooed hand cradled the blond's cheek as a thumb wiped some of the moisture from under his eye away. Leaning onto the hand on his cheek, Sanji reached up to hold the warm hand with his own as his smile disappeared, turning into a painful frown—holding back the sobs in his throat again.
"What are you doing here?" wiping away some of the tears himself, blinking several times to ease the soreness from his eyes, Sanji held Law's hand tighter slowly pulling it away from his cheek without any resistance from the surgeon.
"I..." Law stopped himself, thinking carefully on what he should say rather than what he wanted to, "...heard a loud noise coming from here and just wanted to make sure you're okay." He reasoned out carefully as he pushed away his initial thought to the back of his mind: 'I wanted to see you'
Looking into the surgeon's yellow eyes, Sanji could feel the other person's honest concern and warm kindness that he let out a small chuckle, pulling his lips into a somber smile.
Seeing the blond's pained expression under that forced smile made the surgeon think that this was one of the reasons that made him fall deeply in love with the blond chef. And yes, he finally admitted to himself that he was infatuated with another man, a pirate from another crew, who just so happened to be blond just like his savior—Corazon. New emotions started to make themselves known to the surgeon all at once that he didn't know how to hold them back in front of Sanji anymore.
"And..." the surgeon's shadow slowly enveloping the blond cook, "I wanted to see you," hovering over the trembling figure of the blond, Law brought his hands over to the blond's bare shoulders, slowly moving their way to Sanji's nape.
The blond cook just sat there looking up at the surgeon, wide-eyed and unmoving, savoring the warmth that comforted his cold trembling skin; closing his eyes as he relaxed in the surgeon's touch, imagining someone else touching him.
A vivid image of the green haired swordsman smiling under a full moon flashed before his eyes, jolting every cell in his body awake. A thousand questions running through his mind left unanswered, making him feel insecure and broken. Sanji, unable to think straight and losing to his desires, jumped onto the surgeon pinning him against the wall across the bed, his hands grabbing the collar of the surgeon's black shirt, eyes hazy and brimming with tears as it looked up to see surprised yellow ones.
"I don't want to feel like this..." Sanji hissed in a low whisper, fitting his small frame inside of the surgeon's larger frame, surrounding himself in that comfortable heat.
"You don't have to," the surgeon leaned in to whisper breathily against the blond's neck inhaling his scent.
Sanji quickly grabbed the surgeon's face with both hands as he pushed their lips together hungrily, desperately, and painfully. Law tensed up at the sweet contact and eventually pushed back against the blond, opening their mouths to slip his tongue inside of Sanji's. When the blond's tense body caved in from the warm muscular organ, Law took this opening and grabbed him by the pelvis pushing him until they slammed against the clinic bed—the surgeon on top of the blond. Sanji's upper torso was pressed against the mattress while his lower torso was dangling off the edge of the bed, his feet a few inches from the floorboards.
Law deepened the kiss, moving his lips against the blond's as he circled his tongue inside, tightening his hold and grinding their pelvises against each other in a slow rhythm. Sanji pulling away his mouth to release a breathy moan and slowly arching his back from the immense pleasure of the contact. Law's mouth, having nowhere else to go, found one erect, pink nipple and started sucking it, pressing his tongue against the hard bud and circling it with his tongue before sucking hard again. This jolted the blond's eyes wide open, grabbing the surgeon's shoulders and wrapping his legs around the surgeon's back.
"W-wait!" Sanji, foreseeing what will happen next, panicked and tried to push away the surgeon's shoulders to remove the mouth on his tingling nipple. This, however, only aroused the surgeon more, digging his teeth onto the pale skin surrounding the nipple. "AH!" the blond covered his mouth and turned to the surgeon, staring at him with a shocked look.
"It's alright." The surgeon whispered moving one hand between the blond's thighs, inside the grey boxers and around an erect member. "I'll take care of it."
"Wait... Not here..." the surgeon's hand began to move, pumping the erect member slowly. "Not... here..." Sanji grabbed the surgeon's hand in an attempt to stop it.
"It's alright..." Law repeated, breathing out heavily, his hand slowly picking up the pace. "I won't put it in." When Sanji heard the surgeon's promise his tense body suddenly relaxed under the pleasure and started moving his hand with the surgeon. Closing his eyes as he focuses on the pleasure from the surgeon's warm hand as he panted heavily at the image of the green haired swordsman in his fantasies.
Law realized Sanji's answer and proceeded on removing the grey boxers that was a bit of an annoyance, when his right shoulder suddenly jerked back with so much force that his body flew across the room, his back slamming against the wall opposite of the bed.
"What the fuck" It was more of a statement rather than a question.
Blue eyes widening in panic, embarrassment, and pain, and yet there was a peaceful calm inside him as he stared up at the figure before him.
Zoro stood in front of the cook's splayed out body, his legs spilling out limply over the edge, rose pink skin covered in sweat.
"What the fuck" The swordsman, with his stoic face, repeated more intensely this time as he dropped the crumpled clothes on the floor.
[Author's Note:]
And there we have it! It's over. I'm joking. Haha, it's been awhile... i deeply apologize for taking so long to update. Most of you probably have forgotten what this story was about I apologize again.
When I picked this story up, I read the draft that I started on last year and decided to scrap it and began composing a new story development after chapter 6. It took me so long because I had to revise it every now and then. Not to mention the title. THE TITLE MY GHAD. I wanted to think of a good title first for this chapter, so that I could draw inspiration for the content of that chapter but I couldn't think of anything so I decided to start with the story first. Then after finishing this chapter I thought of what it was about and composed a title for it. Hahaha.
Anyways, let me know what you think of this whole story so far. I'm sticking to ending this in under 10 chapters. I still have no solid content for the next chapter so it might take a long time for me to update the next chapters... so, please forgive me in advance! xD
As always, this has been your curly fujoshi,
