"My plan has not been completed, but I will not fail. In due time, the Pendragon will fall. I cannot wait to see him suffer the way his father made me and my people suffer. And then I will bring him back to his dear father. It will destroy him. First his wife killed by magic, then his son. Nothing can stop me once I take my rightful place on the Pendragon throne." The cloaked figure spoke to something that could not be seen with the normal human eye, but it could be heard by everyone. A deep hollow voice filled the cavern.
"You know the consequences if you fail."
"I could never forget such a terrible fate. And I will not fail Master."
"One can never be to careful."
"You are right, but you know I would never disobey you, Great One."
"Dear Morgause, you disobey everyone!" The voice laughed, "but I have something you hold close to your heart, and I know you will do as I say if only for her sake. Now finish what you have started and give the Pendragon's what they have coming to them."
"Very well." Morgause bowed low to the unseen evil, and left. She knew her Master would not kill her, but the alternative was far worse. Her Master would force her to kill the only one she had ever really cared for. He was more powerful then anything she had ever seen before, and she knew he could carry out every one of the threats he had made if she failed. Emrys was watching over Arthur, so she would have to be subtle to get past him. She didn't know where Arthur was now, but that wouldn't last long. This time, she would be a little more...creative, in getting rid of Arthur Pendragon. She knew some very interesting little spells that would do the trick...one way or another. Just watch the almighty Emyrs fix this.
