-Chapter 7-

Athena's P.O.V.

A second and a half... That's how long they've been staring at how awesome I am. I sighed. Starting to get ticked off of how surprised they are to see a girl, I look back at Sensei.

"Can I beat'em now?" I asked; irritated. Sensei shook his head making disappointment flood over me. The other elder that I haven't met yet decided to solve the problem. He walked over to the ninja and whacked them with his stick.

"Ow!" They said in a chorus; rubbing their heads.

"You know you didn't have to do that." The one in red grumbled.

"Ah but it was either accept the fate or get whacked by my horrendous stick. You chose the negative out of the two choices." The old man in grey hair retorted. The red guy folded his arms. Hehe... Me and this old man can get along real well.

"Before we get too up ahead, let's begin with some introductions." Sensei Wu announced. He walked over to the ninja; first pointing at the Black one.

"This here is Cole, Black ninja, master of Earth." Following that, he pointed at the Red guy.

"Kai, master of Fire." Wu then gestured to the blue.

"Jay, master of Lightning."

"Zane, master of Ice." Sensei Wu walked up to the elder who stood next to the ninja.

"And Garmadon, my brother." Wu finished off. I bowed to all of them, trying to make a good first impression. The ninja stood up and they all took off their hoods. Once I saw the blue ninja's face, I felt a churn in my stomach, as if I was about to vomit. It's been so long. Even though technically it's only been a few weeks but that logic ain't gonna ruin the moment.

It IS him... it has to be. His scratched eyebrow says it all.

"An other one?" Jay suddenly said. "So what, are we suppose to expect an OTHER one after her?"

"Yeah Sensei, not to sound rude but how many ninja are we suppose to be expecting? First there's three, then there's four, now her?" Cole added. Sensei walked closer to the fellow ninja, eyeing them all with a serene gaze.

"Once time is right, you may now. For now, you rest." The four ninja stood silent for a while with confuzzled looks.

"But we don't know anything about her yet! How can we be a team?" Kai asked with a slight grumble.

"You'll get to know more about her in the morning where you all can bond more. Everything can be explained by then. For now, it is essential that you rest. You four have just returned from a mission. You need it." Sensei Wu responded. The spiked hair guy still seemed flustered so I made up my mind that I should do something to at least gain some trust towards him.

"Look, my name is Athena, Master of Water. Good enough for now?" He stared at me, almost observing, for a while. Then looked away from me.

"Whatever you say." Was all he said. I rolled my eyes; my gaze landing onto Jay. His own blue eyes were staring back at me. My tension faded away and my face softened up.

"To your rooms!" Ordered Garmadon. Everyone but me obeyed. I had something in mind at the moment. While the others walked inside, I grabbed Jay's arm and pulled him back towards me. His face hold an expression of shock and puzzlement as he was dragged back. I inhaled deeply.

"Jay, do you... remember me...?" I questioned him concernedly. He hadn't shown much of anything that he knew me. He bit his lip, staring directly at me.

"I'm SO sorry I couldn't let you know I was gonna be away for a long time. It's just, it all came unexpectedly and I was excited of this new opportunity being thrown at me that I guess I MIGHT have forgotten and I have to admit, I was a bit stressed with this destiny I have to follow and training all day so-"

"Stop! Just Stop!" I cut him off. We both stared at each other for a few moments till I crushed him between my arms. I couldn't see his face but I'm guessing that he was shocked of my action.

"You're still good old Jay." I chuckled. Catching onto the cheerful mood, he laughed along.

"Well, I'm gonna head off to bed. We can talk more in the morning." I said while parting from him.

"Yeah. Good night." He replied; passing his fingers through his chesnut hair as he stroked his head. He smiled softly then walked away. I watched him trod carefully down the hall and into his room. Still left behind, I stared down at my feet; wondering. Man, this is going to be a big adventure.

Me: This is so SHORT. I'm disappointed. So yeah. I know it's been centuries, eons, an eternity, whatever you wanna call it, but I FINALLY have this out. You already know the excuses so I won't even bother wasting kinetic energy from my fingers. (Yep. That's what I'm learning about in school ) This chapter is kinda sucky but it's that way cause (A.) It's been a while so I'm kinda rusty and (B.) You guys probably hate me now so I'm not sure if I should continue. But, if you still wish for an other chapter and that I should continue this story, then just tell me. Don't be shy! I don't bite. I Chew Rubber duckies. I apologize though for saying that I was gonna update soon and instead, ended up updating more months later. Hehe.. bad habit. I haven't gotten much motivation until I came back and read your reviews. You know who you are. Yes, I'm talking to you. I see you. o-o I'm right behind you. I'm just invisible. :D Anyways, THANKS FOR THE PRESSURE! It helped me write this chapter. So, the more pressure the better. I did miss writing stories. I'm glad I'm back... for now. Gosh, I really do talk to myself. _ Well, authors do that. I say it's normal. Hmmm... I wonder how I'll end this... OH! People have been wondering what Ninjago fans are called and I found this thing on The Fold where I THINK we are called, Spinnerz. And NOT the toy brand. Like the Ninjago spinners. Just... Spinnerz. I guess because of Spinjitzu. OH WELL. That's what I'm gonna call you guys. You can't stop me. Cause you don't know me. evil laughter. Yawn. Bleh, think about the Candy Corn. That phrase should really spread. I'm gonna create it as an idiom. It will be an expression that means, good luck. THINK ABOUT THE CANDY CORN! :^D (once again sorry for the extremely short chapter.
