Stretching and yawning Finn wakes up to a room that isn't his. He looks at the unfamiliar setting and that's when his eyes lie on the girl siting at the computer table.

*He clears his throat.*

"Good morning handsome" says Stacy with a smile

"Morning" he says back

"What time is it?" He asks

"It's 8:00" she replies

"What? I gotta go. I have my moms party today and I can't be late." Come by later. I would really like to talk about last night." I'll text you the address." He tells Stacy.

"Ok" she tells him.

Finn walks to her and places a kiss on her cheek.

A quick shower & half an hour later Finn is out the door. He's driving to his mom's house with the radio on low and thinking about last night. It was a wild night filled lots of screams & intensity. He enjoyed himself but there was a feeling in his chest telling him that it wasn't right. He just doesn't know about what and why.

Pulling into the driveway, he checked the clock and saw that he made it just in time. He grabs his keys, which he always keeps in the pocket of his backseat for when he goes home and gets out the car. Just as he's about to open the door he hears a laugh, an all familiar laugh that belongs to a 5'2 brown-eyed girl.

Finn doesn't know why but he starts to get nervous.

He takes a deep breath and opens the door. Right there in his living room is standing the girl who he hasn't seen since the last time they talked. He feels awkward.

"Um, good morning guys! Finn says to Rachel and Kurt.

"Good morning dear brother. I thought you were not gonna come" says Kurt

"Of course I was Kurt, I just lost track of time." He says

"Morning Finn" says Rachel in a whisper

"Hi Rachel. I didn't know you were coming"

"Oh well I called Kurt to hangout today & he told me he was gonna grow Carole a surprise party so I wanted to help." she replies

"Oh that's cool!"

*Awkward silence*

"Ok! Let's get to it kiddos" says Kurt clapping his hands. He really hopes that they could just patch things up and at least be friends because he's uncomfortable.

Rachel and Kurt start in the living room. They are putting streamers up and listening to music while Finn is in the dining room, blowing up balloons. He soon joins the other two in the living room to help them out. He joins them in with some funny dancing and he's laughing. He doesn't even notice that he got a text from Stacy saying she will be there in 10 to 20 minutes.

Rachel is having so much fun rocking her head and dancing to the music and being with Kurt and Finn that she looses her balance. She let's out a loud scream but before she hits the ground, very familiar arms grab her but he waist and prevents her from landing on her butt. She looks up to see Finn staring at her with a worry look on his face but soon that look turns into something else when she looks him straight in the eye. They're both so lost into each other's eyes. Rachel in Finn's beautiful amber ones. Finn in Rachel's beautiful big brown ones. Finn really wants to look away but he just can't. He so lost in them and he's holding her and wants to let go but some force doesn't let him. Rachel reaches up to him and touches caresses his cheek so softly and Finn closes his eyes embracing the touch. A feeling of electricity taking place.

"Finn?" someone says

Finn was so embraced in her eyes & touch he didn't hear the door or Stacy walking in.

Finally after another "Finn" he got his senses together. He turned to see Stacy there with Kurt and lets go of Rachel and walks to her. Stacy gives him a small peck on the lips.

"Hey! I texted you saying I was on my way and didn't get a reply, so I just assumed you didn't see it." She tells him

"Oh yeah! Sorry I was busy with decorating and the music was to loud." He tells her back

"So aren't you gonna introduce me?" Stacy asks

"Oh um yeah, this is my brother Kurt and this is um my friend Rachel." he introduces

"It's nice to meet you all. I'm Stacy." She says

After waves of hello are given they all get back to decorating and get Stacy welcomed in. It's a bit awkward for Finn because he has Stacy on one side giving him questioning looks and Rachel on the other giving him longing ones. He feels so confused right now he thinks he's gonna his head explode.

Stacy- "Hey, let's take a break. Can I get some water?"

Finn- "Yeah sure. Follow me."

They walk to the kitchen & Stacy sits in the a stool while Finn gets water bottles from the fridge.

Finn takes a sip of his and decides to talk to Stacy about the previous night.

Finn- "So about yesterday, that was kind of intense. A good intense."

Stacy laughs. " It was. I liked it a lot! I like you a lot! You're so amazing Finn. You're funny, charming, strong, dorky but hot at the same time and so driven about your future. You're a MAN any woman could be fortunate to have and I want to be that woman."

Finn blushes. This girl. This girl is incredible. He takes a seat in the stool next to Stacy and runs he hands up and down her arm.

Finn- "You know something about you is so captivating. Not only are you beautiful, but your passion and the way you look out for people is amazing. Not to mention you're sexy as hell and the way you're in bed can drive any man crazy. You've helped me so much and I have fun with you every time we hang out. I guess I'm trying to just sum up why I like you a lot to."

"Really?" Stacy asks

"Really."

This conversation is all taking place while a certain someone is peeking through the kitchen door hearing everything that was just said.

Rachel can't take anymore of the conversation that's taking place so she runs outside yelling to Kurt "I'M LEAVING". She didn't even care that the door slammed and that it stopped the conversation behind it.

She hears footsteps behind her and she thinks its Kurt so all she says is that she shouldn't have come and doesn't want to talk about it. The footsteps are getting closer she really think Kurt is trying to annoy her.

"Kurt, what par... She doesn't even get to finish because it's Finn who's been running after her.

Finn stops and walks up to her.

"What's wrong?" He asks

"Nothing is wrong. Everything is great." She spits out sarcastically.

Finn- "C'mon Rach, I know that's not true. I knew you heard the conversation"

Rachel- "So then why ask?" Want to put me thru that misery again. Because that is what that was, misery. A very painful one." She starts sobbing

Finn takes her in his arms and starts running her back.

Rachel- "It hurts Finn. It breaks my heart knowing that you have feelings for someone who isn't me. It hurts that I lost you. It hurts that I don't you know you anymore. It hurts that you've moved on because I haven't. I'm still so in love with you just like was before. It hurts that I lost you."

"No, Rachel no. You didn't lose me" Finn says to her looking into her eyes and he can't help but get lost in them, seeing in them that girl who he fell in love with and may not have stopped after all.

"I didn't?" She asks making him snap out of his trance.

"No, you didn't. You will always be a huge part of my life. You're my best friend and I really want you in my life again. I know what I said last time about being two different people and not knowing each other anymore but just forget that okay. Let's get know this new us. Let's rebuild our friendship" Finn tells her staring in her eyes.

"I don't want friendship Finn, I want you." Rachel tells him pulling out of his arms.

Finn- sighing "Rach"

Rach- "Why can't we give us another shot? Is it because of that, that Stacy girl?"

Finn- "Rach, listen to me. We've hurt each other so much, so us being together is not healthy. We've grown up and it's time to move on to grown up things and when it comes to Stacy, right now we're not exclusive or anything but we're getting to know one another and I do like her."

Rachel- "Ok Finn. I can't stop you from seeing whoever you want. I did let you go so I have no right to feel this way."

Finn- "So you're okay?"

Rachel- "I'm not sure. I will be though"

Finn- "So are we best friends?"

Rachel smiles. "We're best friends."

"One last thing though. We're endgame" With that she walks away.

Finn stands there with a smile on his face not sure if it's because their friends again or because of what she said about being endgame.
