I couldn't help but over think about what Mira had said…

"I saw you outside…"

Those words echoed in my head.

She saw me? But how?

Before I could overthink anymore I had reached my apartment door.

I dug in my pocket for my keys…What the!? Where are my keys?!

I checked all the pockets I had available and came to a terrifying conclusion.

I'm locked out.

"Urgh, I probably left them at the guild or something. Great, just great"

As I turned around to go back towards the guild, I heard something.

I looked around to identify the noise.

"Where is that coming from?" I decided to look up.

The noise was coming from…My window!?

My jaw dropped and immediately I thought of the person who could be in my apartment without me.

"Natsu" I seethed through my teeth.

I looked around for a rock of some sorts, found one and threw it at my window.

Sure enough, the pink haired dragon slayer poked his head through my window!

"Luce?"

"Natsu! You come down here and open this door!"

I hear fast steps, the door opens and Natsu is already in front of me "What are you doing here?"

I look at him baffled "Oh, I'm sorry. I just thought I could sleep in my own apartment!"

I walk towards Natsu and finally reach the comforts of my room.

I fall onto my bed and enjoy its comfort. "Mmmmm bed."

Natsu closes the door and walks over to me. "I thought you were going to Fairy hills to bunk with Levy tonight"

"Eh?" I sit up and look at Natsu confused "Natsu, I never told you that. I never even thought of doing that"

Natsu looked at me confused "Did you get bored or something?"

I raise my eyebrow "What do you mean?"

"You left like half an hour ago"

What? "Natsu…I just left the guild. It was getting late and I needed to get home"

Natsu raised his eyebrow "Hmm, maybe you did hit your head a little too hard"

I opened my mouth to say something but just let it go. With Natsu, there was no point. If anything I'd probably just confuse the crap out of him.

"I need a shower" I admitted.

"Okay, you do that. I'm gunna sleep on your comfy bed while you're at it" Natsu plummets onto my mattress and sighs in utter bliss.

I roll my eyes and head for the bathroom.

I close the door, lock it and began to strip.

In the silence my mind began to conduct questions

I left an hour ago? How does that make sense? First the guild and now this!?

"Hey Lucy?"

I turn the faucets and let the steamy water run. I sit on the edge of the tub as I wait for it to be filled.

"Yeah?" I reply

"Where's Happy?"

I raise my eyebrow "Uh, I don't know Natsu"

"But you took him with you" He replied.

What? I said to myself. I decided to go along with it "Oh, I did?"

"Yeah"

"Well…Maybe he stayed behind 'ya know? Since Carla is there and everything" I explained.

"Since when do they let males into Fairy hills?" Natsu added.

"Since when did you start asking so many questions? He'll be fine" I replied

"Whatever you say" and Natsu finally stopped with the questions.

I turned off the faucets and went into the tub.

Nice and steamy. Now I'm in an environment where I can think.

Maybe it's Gemini? No…They wouldn't open their own gate and cause confusion right?

It felt a little weird lying to Natsu like that…But I need to have this roll on a little longer. I want to know what else "I've" been doing. If I find that out then maybe I'll be able to find out what the hell is going on here.
