Hi guys, I'm sorry my writings not very long and can sometimes seem rushed. I am working on my writing skills. Thank you everyone who has reviewed my story it really helps my not only in my writing but also my confidence. The chapter may be a little sadder. I want everyone who has gone through these struggles, along with even worse things, PLEASE try to reach out. I know it's difficult and i know what it's like to feel trapped, alone, unneeded, worthless ect. So please i don't want you to feel that way. Even though i have never met you, know that i care. "Akira?" Ryu timidly asked. Akira looked up from her book at her brother happily. As of late, Ryu had become distant and more timid if that was possible. She had noticed that he slept through breakfast, ate lunch in his room and ate little at dinner. He barely if ever spoke as if he were scared to even open his mouth. "What's up?" She answered.
"A...am i f-fat?" He mumbled.
"What!?" Akira said sharply.
"Nevermind...it was just me being silly..." Ryu turned away and scampered off. "No Ryu!" Akira sighed and stood up suddenly feeling the need to shoot something. Her brother had looked so scared and she had frightened him off. Sometimes she wished she could be an omega so that she that could sympathise with Ryu. She missed when they were younger and though Ryu was timid and almost fragile, they had great fun causing trouble for their parants, but now at the age of fifteen they had drifted apart. Akira hung out with other alphas and she was sure Ryu hung out with his omega friends.
"Hey mum?! Akira yelled.
"What?" Akihito replied sharply with a hint of irration. Akira cringed suddenly remembering her mother had told her. "Do NOT disturb me unless it's something urgent I'm cleaning my cameras...and tell your father that to...perverted bastard!" Her mother had mumbled the last part but Akira had heard her and laughed earning glare from her mother.
"Umm..." Akiras eyes lit up as she thought of a better excuse instead of 'is there any food'. She walked up to the bedroom door and peeked in. "Ryu spoke" She said. Akihitos eyes widened then he smiled joyfully. "What did he say?!" Akira looked down.
"Something along the lines of 'Am i fat' but I'm not sure" Akihito shot up from the bed and tried to run to his sons room but was stopped by his daughters hand grabbing his arm. "Akira..!"
"No mum!" She argued. "Ryu came to me and if you go in there than he'll know I've told you and might not speak to anyone again. Just tell me what to do and I'll do it for you" Akihito hesitated but seeing Akiras point gave in. "Ju-long left for Hong Kong two months ago and Ryu has been down ever since so i assume it has something to do with his inner omega wanting to be close to his alpha, but it shouldn't have had this big of an affect on him...Has anything happend in school?" While here, Ju-long had attended the same school as Ryu and her so he could spend as much time with Ryu as possible. Ju-long had been in Japan for three years. But now at sixteen, he had to return to Hong Kong to be introduced as the heir to his fathers business. Both businesses.
"Not that I'm aware. He seems perfectly happy at school" Akira said. "I'll just try talking to him about stuff..." Akihito nodded his head saddly. He was worried for his omega son.
"Ryu?" Akira knocked on her brothers door. "Y-yeah?"
"Can i come in?" She heard a shaky yes. Akira pushed the door open to reveal darkness. "Ryu? Wears the light switch?"
"Please don't turn the light on!" Too late. Light filled the room, revealing a puffy, red eyed Ryu. "Oh Ryu!" Akira rushed forward and embraced her brother who burst into tears, soaking his sisters top. "What's wrong?" Ryu clung to Akira as if she would disappear forever if he let go. "They...they'll hurt mum if i tell you!" Akira was shocked at the answer before rage pumped through her body. "What's going on Ryu!" Ryu took a deep breath before he shakily started the tale. "Y-you know the omegas at school who have b-been hanging around me l-lately?" He started. Akira nodded her head, silently guiding her fragile brother towards his bed. "Well th-their families are Fei-longs enemys in the underworld a-and because my alpha's Ju-long, they see me as his w-weakness," Ryu tried to hold the tears back but it was futile. "Alpha used to intimidate them but now he's g-gone they set a-a trap for Ju-long. They think i will call my mate if things get worse, but i won't. I'll keep the Lui family safe because they're important and will be f-family soon." Akira was shaking with rage. No rage isn't nearly strong enough to clarify how angry Akira was. "Are me and dad not alphas ? We could have stopped this..."
"Then you would be in danger!" Ryu exclaimed. "What do they do to you Ryu?"
"Th-This" Ryu lifted his top to reveal bruises and cuts. "What else!" she hissed. "They say stuff, call me names" More tears leaked out of Ryus eyes. "We're going to dad about this Ryu," The omega panicked. "no excuses. Come" Ryu clutched onto Akiras hand and followed her out into the hall. "Dad?" Akira called out. "Yes?" came the reply from the living room. "Dad something bad has been happening to Ryu" Asamis head snapped up to stare at Akira and the cowering form behind her "Ryu?" One look at his mother and fathers concerned faces made Ryu break. He explained everything. When he had finished, Akihito pulled him into a warm embrace. Asami had disappeared into his office to contact Fei-long and explain the situation while Akira and Kirishima researched everything they'd need to take down the bastards who had caused Ryu such distress.
"Fei-long is on his way to Japan" Asami said swapping with Akihito to hold his son close. "Here's everything you need to know dad" Akira said as she handed seven files over to the older alpha. "Ryu..." Asami started before he was shushed by his daughter. "He's asleep" she explained. Asami smiled before he picked him up and carried him into his room.
When Ryu woke, someone was stroking his head. "Ryu?" The sound of Ju-longs deep voice calmed the omega. "Alpha? You're back!" Ryu through his arms around the other boy. Ju-long laughed hugging Ryu into his chest and inhaling the sent that was soley Ryu. "Why didn't you tell me little one?" Ju-long whispered. "They told me they'd hurt my mum and you would be killed...i...i was scared to lose you..." Ju-long tightened his grip on the omega. "I love you" Ju-long confessed.
"W-what?" Ryu couldn't believe his ears.
"I love you" Ju-long admitted proudly. Tears welled in Ryus eyes. "I l-love you too" The two shared a quick kiss before pulling away and pressing their forheads together. After that Ryu and Ju-long were inseparable.
A week later seven families had gone into poverty and at least two people were killed in an 'accident'. They should've known. You don't mess with Ryu.
