Chaor and Kaz were in trouble. Von Bloot had been able to beat them. The underworld leader was drained of most of his energy, and Kaz...well, he was still covered in rust. Unable to move. The evil underworlder laughed as he grabbed Chaor by his horns a pulled him to his knees. Chaor was now faced to face with his most hated enemy. Von Bloot's red eye seemed to glow brighter, while his former leader's blue eyes seemed to be fading.
"Chaor, I have waited a long time for this moment," Chaor was able to spit in Von Bloot's face before he was thrown against the wall. Von Bloot wiped the spit off his face and smiled, "Even now you show no fear, but..."
Kaz suddenly felt worried that Von Bloot was going to kill Chaor, but in stead, the evil Underworlder turned to him. "You seem to fear for those weaker than you." Von Bloot began to walk toward Kaz, his sharp teeth formed a smile and he looked the teen in the eye.
"I can tell you love your mother very much, so, I just going to keep you around a little bit longer." Kaz felt his blood run cold as Von Bloot patted his head.
"You... will not... take Kassandra from me," Chaor groaned, trying to get back on his feet.
Sneering, Von Bloot shouted, "I have already made her my slave! Soon, she will be carrying my future heir of the Underworld."
Chaor forced himself to stand. "No," he growled in defiance. "Kassandra has already chosen me to be hers."
"Really?" Von Bloot challenged, he looked at Skithia and nodded. "You will see that Kassandra is mine." After that, Skithia came back down with Kassandra, who was still topless, but kept herself covered with her arms.
Chaor felt his heart get torn from his body when he saw the bruise on Kassandra's cheek. Kaz was able to move his head a bit now, and he couldn't believe what Von Bloot had done to his mom. She had been violated by the evil Underworlder, and all he wanted was to rip Von Bloot's good eye out.
"Chaor!" Kassandra gasped, running over to the Underwolder of her dreams. She threw her arms around his neck and started sobbing into his chest. "I was so afraid that Von Bloot had killed you." Her tears ran down her cheeks as the Underworld leader stroked her back in attempt to comfort her, but Von Bloot snatched her away.
"You're mine!" he shouted, "and your son will die first." Kassandra looked at Kaz, then back at Von Bloot.
Smiling, she said, "That's not my son."
Von Bloot's head shot up and he looked at Kaz. "What are you t-" then, before his very eyes, Kaz's skin turned blue, he also grew two more arms. He was...
"Iparu?" everybody gasped in shock, except Chaor.
"I took the liberty of going to get some extra help for this one Von Bloot," Chaor snarled, and blasted him with a iron ball attack. The evil Underworlder was knocked backwards and he clutched his side where iron balls hit him.
Skithia was bewildered and shocked, and Kassandra quickly let her have a powerful kick to the ribs. The gray skinned female felt only a bit of pain from the kick, but as she turned, the red hair delivered a back flip kick to her lower jaw.
Skithia grabbed her jaw and stumbled around before a ember swarm attack struck her. "Hope you enjoy your days in the pits," Kassandra laughed as she rushed over to Chaor.
Chaor embraced the woman he loved as Kaz came running up with a plasma blaster. The young player then blasted Skithia with his weapon and took her down with ease.
Von Bloot was angry, but he quickly found out that Iparu wasn't the only creatures Chaor called to help him. Three creatures came crashing through the ceiling and landed behind the evil Underworlder. Looking over his shoulder, Von Bloot's good eye widened with shock.
There looking at him was Ursis, a warrior muge from Prexxor Chasm. Then there was Cromaxx and Smildon who were also Prexxor Chasm. Cromaxx was first to attack. The mighty Cromaxx let Von Bloot have it with a arbur smash. A giant log came shooting out his chest that sent Bloot flying.
Next up was Smildon who lashed out with a vine snare. The vines wrapped around Von Bloot and then he flung the Underworlder into the wall. When Von Bloot hit the wall, he smashed through it and laid there. Now it was time for the last creature from Prexxor Chasm to step up to the plate.
Ursis took three steps toward the hole in the wall where Von Bloot made impact. "This is going to be fun," he smiled, jumped up in the air shouting loudly, "Rock wave attack!" When he landed, the floor came crashing down on top of Von Bloot. For once, Von Bloot in all his evil ways thought about just calling it quits.
"I've had enough!" he cried getting his feet, but just barely. "I give up."
Chaor's gaze narrowed on Von Bloot. "Arrest him!"
Underworld soldiers that were loyal to Chaor came barging into the main hall. They didn't waste any time putting Von Bloot in chains. The day belonged to Chaor and all those who came to fight to save Kassandra. Takkinom gracefully glided in and landed next to her leader.
She looked at the three creatures from Prexxor Chasm, then at Chaor. "I went and got you a little extra help."
"I'm glad you did," he nodded.
Outside the castle was many soldiers who were gathering up those loyal to Von Bloot. Some lay wounded, some dying. Several officers had been separated from their enlisted ranks and stood in a small group by themselves, bestowing belligerent looks and threats on the silent knot of troops holding them at bay.
As if on command, everyone-Imperial troops as well as Von Bloots's rebels-became silent as Chaor walked by, with Von Bloot being dragged behind him.
The red towering gargoyle-like Underworld leader turned around and spoke out Von Bloots crimes and what his punishment would be.
"Von Bloot," he spoke loudly, filling his foe with a heart stopping fear. "You have broken the most sacred pact: never force humans into our wars, harm them or force them to join our tribes. You, Van Bloot have defied that pact and will pay for it with your life." Chaor ordered as his people gasped and cheered.
An hour later, Von Bloot some how manged to escape, but not without the loss of his right arm. The evil rebel Underworlder' plans for taking over was no more, but as for Skithia, she was sent to the pits where she would remain for the rest of her life.
As for the three creatures from Prexxor Chasm, only two joined the Underworld. Smildon and Ursis, while Cromaxx returned to his home in Prexxor Chasm.
Later that night as Chaor laid in his bed, he couldn't help but feel upset with himself. He had failed to tell Kassandra how he felt about her, even when she expressed how she felt about him through the kiss they shared.
Why did I not tell her how I feel about her? he thought sadly, nothing but the painful feeling of being alone hit over and over again. Kassandra was a goddess to him and her son looked up to him, but how could he ever ask her to be his? There was no way it could work.
He was a creature and she was a human. He was born in Perim. She was not. So... how could it work at all?
As Chaor pondered these thoughts, he didn't hear his bedroom door open, but he did feel "her" smooth hands on his rough skin. Turning his gaze down, Chaor saw Kassandra standing before him. She looked tired, but still had that beautiful sparkle in her eyes.
"Kassandra, what are you doing here?" he asked, a warm smile spread across his face.
"I felt lonely," she told him and continued. "I wanted to be close to you, to hold you, to feel your body against mine."
Kassandra felt Chaor run one his claws down the side of her cheek. "Kassandra?" he asked in tone that seemed like he was afraid, "do you know that I love you?"
"I didn't know that, but I know it now," she smiled before climbing into his bed.
Chaor swept a hand around his sexy Kassandra's waist and lifted her so that her mouth met his in a hot, wet kiss. Their tongue's tangled as he wrapped his tail around her waist.
"Chaor," Kassandra moaned as his big wet tongue ran down the side of her neck. "I love you with all my heart. I don't want this to end."
Those words hit Chaor like a ton of bricks; but in a good to him. Kassandra was everything he could look for in a woman, so he quickly stopped kissing her, reached into a draw beside the bed and pulled out a ring.
"Be my mate?" he asked, placing a soft kiss to her forehead.
Kassandra looked at the ring, but there was no smile on her face, only sadness. "I can't," was all she said to one creature who she loved.
"Why?" Chaor asked, doing his best to hide the sadness in his deep voice. "I love you and you will make a great queen of the Underworld."
"I would make a good queen, but I'm nothing but a program that can port to different parts of Perim," she sadly pointed out the difference between them. "My real body is back on earth, so, now you see why I can't be with you. And I really do want to be with you."
Chaor felt his heart tare in two. No one ever thought Chaor could be hurt in this way, but here he was, looking at the woman he loved who had stolen his heart then broke it.
Kassandra was about to say some more, but Chaor grabbed her by the arm and pushed outside his bedroom and told her to leave. When he closed the door, Chaor felt even more heart broken and he cried. Kassandra stood outside the door for a minute before porting away.
Two hearts were broken that day and it would be hard to except it for they did love each other.
Back in Chaotic, news of Kassandra's kidnapping and rescue by Chaor spread like a wild fire, but there many more rumors about those two. Klay had been blubbing off about how Kassandra had said no to Chaor asking her to be his mate.
"I just can't believe it," Tom said, trying not to make scene about the rumor.
"I've seen a lot of freaky stuff in Perum bros. Yet this takes the cake," Peyton sighed, as he looked over at Sarah.
Sarah shook her head and looked at Kaz. "Your mom isn't doing anything to stop these rumors?" she asked.
Kaz nodded. "No. She won't do anything, she wants everyone to know she and Chaor made out." That was the last thing Kaz wanted to picture in his mine; seeing his mom in bed with Chaor.
"Now I also hear that Chaor has banded her from coming to the palace."
I just hope things turn out for the better. Sarah thought to herself.
