PERCY'S POV
So let me just explain to you what happened. Ten years ago Leo went to try and find Ogygia and reunite with calypso. When he got there he was horribly injured when he found calypso. Well, he thought was calypso. Really what happened was that Nico was trying out his new drag queen look. He and Will just broke up so he had been going through a rough patch. Nico was so overcome with grief and pain that he used one of his drag costumes and dressed up like calypso. To wreak havoc on man kind, he cast a death curse on Leo and sent him back to us. Annabeth was the first one he bit, then Jason. Before I knew it the world had been over run by an undead swarm of zombies. Now, here I am. Alone. Trying to survive for a purpose of which I do not know. For 10 years I have lived. But I don't know what for. I have been training with the bow and arrow. It makes it easier to kill the zombies without having to go kill them with a sword. Also, the Olympians? They're gone. Before my father died he gave me a book. A list of names of people that I could trust, and a list of names that I could not. A long time ago a prophecy was made:
The world will burn by death and decay
The yearning for love the start of the pain
But one with scars and one with a secret
The third a traitor for the cause of good
These three cant save the world but save another
And right the wrongs done by the gay boy with a broken heart
That's the prophecy, and I'm the one with battle scars. All i know is I need to find the others, wherever they might be and try to save something, even if it's not the world.
